Naruto looked at Sasuke, looking at his cold black eyes. That were full of hatred and darkness. Just by seeing his best friend like this, makes Naruto sad and make him still want to do what he always do.

Never give up on showing Sasuke light and bringing him back to the leaf village, no matter what. Naruto doesn't care how long it'll take to bring Sasuke back.

Sasuke looked at Naruto, he scowled, "Give up already Naruto. I won't come back to the village, ever" He says.

Naruto frowned, he clenched his hands into fists tightly. That his knuckles started to turn white, "I don't care how much it'll take!" He exclaimed and he put a clenched fist on his chest, where his heart is at, "No matter what! I'll take you back to the village! That's my ninja way"

Sasuke stared at him blankly,"Pathetic, you just don't know when to give up. If you keep this up, on trying to bring me back. Your just hurting yourself" He coldly said.

The Uzumaki growled at the Uchiha's stubbornness, can't he not see that Naruto is hurting?! It hurts him so badly that it'll make Naruto want to end his life any moment. He grabbed Sasuke's shirt colar, pulling him to him, "Stop it! Just stop it being like this!" He snapped, surprising the Uchiha abit.

Sasuke had a blank look on his face, but it soon turned to an angry look, his eyes becoming more colder and full of hatred, "Stop it...?" He gripped on Naruto's wrist that was gripping on his shirt colar, "Why? So you can bring me back to the village? Do you just want me to suddenly stop achieving my goal? Killing Itachi?!" He barked angrily, his grip tighting Naruto's wrist even more as he kept talking.

"Why would I do that?! I will kill my brother, to avenge my dead clan! That he killed!" He punched Naruto on the stomach with full force, that it made Naruto cough up blood and flew back, from Sasuke's strength.

Naruto fell on the ground and groaned, blood dripping from his lip, "Sasuke..." He mumbles as he tried to stand back up, but ended up falling on the ground again. Once his leg couldn't stand much long, where Sasuke had stabbed him with his katana earlier.

Tears threatened to fall from his face as he was laying on his stomach on the ground. He looked at Sasuke, who is walking away from him, "Can't you see.... teme, I... love you!" Naruto yelled, tears already spilling from his cheeks.

"It hurts.. it hurts so bad! Just seeing you, being like this! Stop being so d*mn selfish!" Naruto says.

Sasuke stopped walking and stayed there for a moment before he started clenching his hands into fists. Thinking to himself, How can Naruto be so stupid? Does he not know yet that Sasuke won't come back?! And that angered the Uchiha more, but...

Part of his heart is telling him to give up, give up on killing Itachi and go back to Naruto. His lover. Even though Naruto doesn't know that Sasuke loved him, then again. Sasuke isn't to sure if he even loved Naruto!

Sasuke turned around and walked to Naruto. Once he went to Naruto, he looked down at him with a cold look. No, he refuses that he loved Naruto. That's impossible, Naruto is just an idiotic childhood friend. Before Sasuke spoked, Naruto stood up. Surprising Sasuke, but unexpectedly, Naruto-

Bam!

Such force, when Naruto punched Sasuke on his cheek. Which made the Uchiha fall to the ground with a 'thud!' sound. Groaning abit, Sasuke put his hand on his cheek and looked at Naruto. Who was crying..?

Tears streamed down Naruto's cheeks, obviously he was in pain. Which is not from his wound that Sasuke gave him earlier, but it was his aching heart. Even though knows that it's useless forcing Sasuke back to konoha, but Naruto refuses. He refuses since he couldn't leave his best friend, his lover alone in the darkness and seeking revenge on his older brother who killed Sasuke's clan that one fateful night.

"Tched..." Naruto grunted as he put his hands around Sasuke's neck as he bend forward abit as he brought Sasuke up to him, "Like I said, Sasuke. I'll never give up! I'll bring you back! And stop you! No matter how many times! I'll still try!" He says as droplets of tears dripped down on Sasuke's cheek.

Sasuke looked at Naruto in abit shocked, but it soon dissappeared. Showing a cold look while Naruto's face turned into a soft one, yet seriousness on his blue eyes. Sasuke grabbed his katana and put it at Naruto's neck when Naruto leaned to Sasuke's face, "Cause.. I love you" Naruto says and kissed Sasuke on the lips. Ignoring the fact that his neck is bleeding when the sharp blade of Sasuke's sword slit his throat when he kissed Sasuke.

Sasuke eyes widened abit, obviously shocked, but they soon closed as he kissed Naruto back. A single tear run down his pale cheek. He knew.. that he know now. That he loved Naruto and Naruto loved him too.

"Just give up already..."

Ehhhhh.... I think this wasn't very good one-shot.. but I hoped it was good!! ^^' Hopefully.... but, I understand if it's not good.
