Sonakshi was seated in front of the doctor with the watchman who forced her to come with to the hospital. Sonakshi saw dev standing behind her and nervousness increased . she got shocked to see him.

Her hands started to bleed more. Sonakshi he screamed loudly making the doctor stop his talks and look at him. It's hospital you should not scream like this Sir...... He said trying to silence him and teach him few mannerism which he lost because of sona.

The doctor denied to treat sona as it's like a suicide case. The doctor asked them to file a police complaint and then come for treatment. Here Sona was getting weaker and weaker. She felt a strong pain in her wrist. Dev who witnessed all this broke out his silence. First treat the patient doctor.... I will go and file the complaint and give you answer for this problem. He said as the doctor just looked at him. But..... I mean I agree with you but please tell me how did this occur. Was it a suicide or murder. The doctor asked and dev replied it's a suicide because of murder. Meanwhile sonakshi laid her head down on the table losing her breaths. I will pay you extra money...... Dev said in a straight tone to the doctor. As he was not able to see sona suffer in her pain. The nurse immediately took her inside the ICU as per the doctor's words. The doctor was so confused by dev's talks. You go with her inside the ICU. I will start my treatment but no need of your extra money The doctor said to Dev and he started to pick up few instruments to treat sona dev  walked behind sona but stopped looking at the watchman.

Dev: did you forced her to marry you?
He asked the watchman as his eyes turned red in anger.

Man: no sir..... I did not marry her. She is my boss's wife.
He replied in a soft tone increasing his anger

Dev: I want to meet your boss.
He said and went inside the ICU.

Sonakshi was having little consciousness as she was given oxygen mask.  It was very important for sona to stay awake. She should not close her eyes when the doctor operates her hand. Her eyes looked here and there but not dev. Dev's eyes was only looking at sona. He was not able to move his gaze anywhere. The doctor injected glucose in her right hand. She slightly lifted her hand in pain. This made dev to bite his tongue in bitterness of seeing her suffer. The doctor took needle with thread to sona. She was so frightened. Her hands trembled. The doctors failed to grip her hand. She started to sob and asked the doctor to leave her to die. She was getting scared looking at the Doctor Who was bring the needle closer to her. The nurse got her head and held her hands but sona pushed her and behaved like a stupid crazy girl.

Sonakshi's pov:
I was getting so scared looking at the Doctor. If he saves me my life will again become a hell.  If only dev wasn't there I would have ran from there and died. I was trying to move my hands and started to do many crazy stunts. Dev came closer to me. Wake up he said and it sounded like an order to me. What's running in his mind I thought. My body stooped moving when I looked into his eyes. I felt like his Eyes was burning no I am wrong he has tears in his eyes. I am too confused. I woke up slowly.  Dev encircled his hands around me. My head was hitting his chest. For the first time he held me so close to him. I raised my head up and he bent down to look at me. Relax it won't pain he said rubbing my arm. No leave me please. I just wanna..... Before I could speak he stopped me in the middle raising his voice. For the first time I looked at him like that. He was so angry. I know he gets angry but at the moment when he said shut your mouth I saw his madness more than thousand times higher. I closed my mouth thinking that as a wiser choice now. Your a very strong girl right? Just bare this pain for few minutes. He spoke and I still remained quite. I screamed while the doctor inserted the needle into my skin. Look don't concentrate there speak to me he said as I just looked at him calmly. Tell me where you went? I know you don't have anyone called as your aunt he spoke to and I wondered how he knows that I don't have any aunt. Still he speaks to me so good? Did not he find my mangalsutra and sindoor. Why is he so difficult to understand? I thought still not opening my mouth. It's done mam the doctor said and freed my hand. Give her the sleeping doze medicines it's important for her to take rest he said to the nurse and she injected my hand. I shouted in pain and he dropped me down back to the bed. Take rest he said and was about to leave the ICU ward with the doctor. I stopped him. Are you hating me? I asked and he nodded his head telling he hates me. I did not have much strength to think or talk to him. Now the stitches pain is gone in NY hand as I felt my heart heavy. What I thought it should happen is happening now in front of my eyes. He hates me and to I really deserve his hatred. Yes you deserve this sona for not trusting him and telling your problems. Now you have to just face your problems again to can't escape and hide from your problems like a coward. My inner voice spoke to me. Then if he is hating me why his he still holding my hand? I thought and shut my eyes tears flowed down my cheeks and his hand wiped my tears as usually. Why doing this if you hate me? I whispered to him and did not get any reply or may be I did not hear him as I dozed off to sleep.
