I wore the frock which he gifted me...... I turned and admired the frock on me...... I blushed thinking on the way he gave me....  I heard a knock on the door. I thought it must be riya and opened the door but it was dev. He stood frozen he did not speak to me until I took my hand next to his face and snapped.

Haan sonakshi...... He said and I smiled asking how do I look

Your looking gorgeous........ He said and I smiled in shyness.

But there is something reducing your beauty....... He said with a smirk and entered inside the room.

What's that.... I asked going back as he was coming closer.

This earring does not suit my darling....... He said and I wondered what did he say....... He called me darling. Making me to wonder he placed his hands on my ear.

What are you doing dev...... I asked and he said just close your eyes as I have a surprise for you....... Oh god now what's is there in his mind.

What us that surprise Dev?  I asked closing my eyes. If I tell you then it won't be a surprise.
I kept silent and was waiting to hear open your eyes from his mouth. I felt his hand in my ears trying to remove my earring and........ Finally I heard him tell open your eyes. I immediately opened it. I was standing in front of the mirror and I saw a change in my earring........ Hope you like it. He said as I quickly turned towards him and said it looks beautiful.

Thank god you like it....... Okay come fast I will be waiting......he said walking towards the door.

Dev is riya accompanying us...... I asked as he turned back to face me holding the door. He looked breathtaking when he turned. No sona she is not coming......he replied and started walking fast as ishwari aunty called him.

I quickly gave touch up on my makeup and went down.

We left from the house....... Ishwari aunty and riya waved us a bye. Be careful and try to return home soon....... Ishwari aunty said.

The drive was silent and fast. He would try to speak but pause to find the address on the GPS.

I was very eagerly waiting to reach there....... I wanted to look at everyone and especially see diya as she was too confused in choosing her dress. I was laughing thinking about this silently to myself but his wide open eyes caught it me. Why are you laughing silently?  Tell me know I can also join you and laugh....... We finally reached the place. I guess it's too far from the city and that's why he took time to search for the place. All the decorations were classic.

I walked near the main big door and was about to enter in but dev got my hand. We both stepped in together. Most of the girls were looking at him with their wide open eyes. While walking inside I heard a girl calling us as husband and wife. The other girl argued with her telling they are not husband and wife may be his girlfriend...... See nicely she is not wearing mangalstra or she did not apply sindoor. I felt shivers when people were assuming thinks wrong. If she is his her girlfriend then I wish for their break up......the girl who was hearing the two girls said and my anger increased. How can they assume thinks so badly. I was about to leave dev's hand and scold the girls who spoke about him and me.

But dev gripped my hand more tightly I raised my head to face him and my eyes spoke to him. He replied me no.

I understood that he also heard the conversation between those girls. This made me embarrassed.

Everyone were waiting for jatin and diya. Dev was busy talking with his friends and I stood under a tree. Few girls were talking but their eyes were just on Dev.

Everything was going fine until I felt like someone following me. I really did not know why but I am sure that someone is following me from today morning. I am confused whether I should say to dev or leave it.

Nisha came to me and hugged me. You look soo pretty my sweetheart.......she said giving me a hug.

I went near Dev and stood for my own safety. I decided to tell him that I feel like someone is following me but stopped when I heard everyone scream as diya and jatin arrived. Breaking the wine bottle the party started music played and many people rocked the floor but I stood still at my place and watched them all enjoy.

Diya and jatin also rocked the floor as we all pushed them inside the dance floor.

Dev and nisha danced it was too cute to see........... When nisha managed as dev forgot his steps.

Things were going fine but again I felt someone Is following me. I decided to tell dev stepping inside the dance floor and asking few people to move.... who were blocking my way.

I was about ask nisha excuse me but before I could open my mouth....... Dev himself asked nisha to excuse him and held my hands and nisha stepped down.

Dev I did not come here to dance with you....... I said but he did not leave me.

It's a must that you should dance when you step on the dance floor....... He said placing his one hand on my shoulder and the other around my waist.

I did not tell him anything but danced with him...... I started to move as per the beats with him........ Thanks for the dance. He said and I gulped my saliva.

The whole hall was clapping and jatin with diya gave a tittle telling best dance.

I stood there silently. Dev and me stepped down immediately I said I felt like someone is following me. Okay I guess your scared so just stay with me don't go anywhere. He said immediately holding my hands and pulled me into his arms. I felt secured.

Nisha came and called me telling that she needs to introduce me to get friends but dev did not allow me to go and the girl who was peeping into our conversation said....... Don't worry dev your darling girl friend is not going to get lost if you send her with nisha.  I immediately looked at dev he was standing as if he did not hear what that girl said but nisha's face turned red. Shut your mouth you fool...... She said with great anger. Relax nisha....... Dev said being very cool. I will go nisha Dev...... I said trying to reduce her anger.

No need let's go home....... He said holding my hand. I am comfort here dev trust me..... I said as he looked at me confused.

What are you telling? He asked as I said. Let's stay here for some more time dev. I guess I felt like that because I was standing alone. May be now if I speak with nisha and her friends I will be alright. I took away his hands from my shoulder and moved with nisha as dev agreed.

Dev's pov:
From the moment we entered the party hall she wasn't fine. My eyes was always looking at her when I was far from her too.

I unknowing liked it when people called us husband and wife or even girlfriend boyfriend but sonakshi didn't. So I was also trying hard to hate it.

Sonakshi was so worried when she stepped inside the dance floor. I did not wish to see her dull face. I forced her to dance with me. I am not a good dancer and most of the time I won't dance but when she was with me all the steps came perfect with the beats.

Sonakshi said that she feels like someone is following her and I got worried for her. I did not want to leave her alone but at the same time I wasn't able to disagree for sonakshi's wish of being with nisha.

Now I am talking with my schoolmates but my mind was somewhere thinking about her.
