Chapter Three

Gerard P.O.V

With be click of my fingers, the kitchen was overflowing with beer. Enough to get my admirer incredibly drunk; the way that he couldn't stand to look at me made me immensely happy. I admired my reflection in the window, staring into my dark eyes. Fire still burned in them, which gave me some hope that I would return home soon.

In a matter of moments, the party would start. The front doors opened on their own accord, I shuffled in my chair, legs dangling over the side. As people arrived, they merely walked past me, laughing and giggling- straight to the kitchen, where my alcohol supply was eagerly waiting for them. The person that I was eagerly waiting for hadn't arrived yet, which meant that I had a little more time to figure out the many ways in which I could cause him to cave in emotionally. The thought of him blushing and squirming where he stood as soon as I opened my mouth- they delighted me greatly. I loved being able to control people using their emotions, it was quite possibly my favourite pastime.

There he was, eyes staring down on the ground, I wasn't sure if he had noticed me yet. I watched him intently, eyes traveling every inch of ground that he covered. He looked up, jaw dropping to the ground, eyes looking for any sort of exit away from me. There was nowhere to hide from me, I would always find him. I followed him into the kitchen, which was almost empty. I closed the door behind me, crossing my arms. He had frozen, back facing me.

"Why are you doing this to me?" He asked, his voice quivering. I didn't exactly have an answer, but I was sure that I could lie. Besides, there's nobody on this planet that wouldn't not believe a word that I said.

"Doing what?" I asked, a sly smile spreading across my face.

"I don't even know you, and you're messing with my head. Please, just leave me alone." He begged, turning around. He looked as if he was about to cry. Oddly, it compelled me to talk to him more. He felt helpless around me, even through the short hours of knowing of my existence. He scratched at his arms, a nervous reaction from my piercing stare.

"Why're you doing that?" I asked, frowning. It was annoying me, why was he so anxious? I wasn't going to bite- at least, not quite yet. He stopped immediately, apologising under his breath. "What's your name?" I asked, watching him wrack his brain for the correct answer.

"Frank Iero." He said quietly, hands digging into his pockets. I took one of the remaining cans that was lying by my hand, turning it over in my palms.

"Well, nice to meet you Frank Iero." I tossed the can at him, watching his arms move rapidly to catch the can as it hurtled towards him. He nodded at me, leaving the room quicker than I had ever seen before. I was done taunting him, in fact I was bored of it.

I sauntered back to my chair, watching more people arrive than leave. More people to manipulate, was the one thing that was running through my mind. I wanted to see Frank again, this time not to make his mind turn to mush. Just to look at him. He wasn't something that I saw everyday whilst at home. In hell. He was something beautiful, something rare, something that I had to have. As the night went on I hardly saw him, probably due to the fact that I was sitting in my chair all evening. I saw his friends, but not him. I wanted to find him, to talk to him more. I wanted to know everything about him, anything information that I could get my hands on was good enough for me.

The cold had woken me up, still in my chair, front door wide open. It sent uncomfortable shivers across my body, my neck cracked as I stood up. I closed the door, wandering into the lounge. There were passed out kids everywhere, but my eyes only looked for one in particular. I couldn't find him anywhere, defeated I went to the kitchen. I opened the fridge, longing for something fresh- to my luck, there was a plate of something. I smiled, licking my lips as I took it from inside. I turned around, he was there. Frozen.

"Good morning, sleepyhead." I said simply, sitting on the counter. He rubbed his head, rolling his eyes at me. I smiled, picking up a piece of meat, shoving it into my mouth- it was raw. He looked at me in disbelief, pulling a disgusted face at me.

"What are you doing? You can get sick from eating raw meat."

"Maybe I like it this way. Stop being a judgy piece of ass." I chuckled, licking the stale blood from the corners of my mouth. He scowled at me, crossing his arms like a disappointed parent. "What?" I asked, frowning.

"You confuse me. Why do you do that to me?" He asked, skin a pale white. Maybe from a hangover, maybe from something else.

"Probably an omen. Of the things to come." I giggled, watching his face turn into a mortified mess.
