"Yeah I like to wake up early plus we still have our duties today"

"That won't be necessary"

"What do you mean?" she asked

"I got a call last night while you were out cold from the good headmaster in Germany and its good news"

"So what about anything of particular?"

"The Association in Europe and the Federation got in a agreement of letting boys participate in the sport"

"Well that's good news Jiro that means you can now finally carry your responsibilities as the heir of your family"

"There's more to it the Association and the Federation has arranged a month long tournament for every school here and the the European and Western and even a Asian school got the chance to participate by sending a contingent forces here and W.K.U has chosen Kuromorimine with me the Contingent force's Kommandant and of course my second is my Junior Otto Ludendorff

"Well were gonna be busy then if there's a tournament for us in the coming month" she said with a smile

(As the two were chatting Maho knocked on the door and when Jiro opened it she saw his little sister)

"Yes Maho-chan?"

"Okaa-sama wish to speak with you Onii-sama" she stated

"Very well then is she on her study room?"

(Maho nodded)

"Alright then Maho-chan please go take Wilhelmina to the kitchen and get yourselves some breakfast"

"Yes Onii-sama, lets go Wilhelmina-san"

(As the two made their way to the kitchen to get some breakfast, Jiro made his way to their study room)

"Come in!" Shiho said

"You called for me Oka-san?" he asked

"Yes i did please take a seat" Shiho said

(Shiho turned on a T.V which was a live broadcast from Tokyo of the Sensha-do Federation's latest announcement)

"I, Kodama Shichiro, proudly announce to you all that we will now allow Boys to participate in Sensha-do!"

(There was a mixture of Gasp and cheers came from the audience)

"But as of now to minimize the possible the chaos from the change but we will only first accept representatives for each school"

"Is there more to this Kodoma-sama?" asked a reporter

"Yes we also struck a deal with the Western Tankery Association to let some of their top and finest schools from Europe and North America and even their far east member based in Taiwan to join us on a Joint tournament that we are already planning for the coming month, I'm sure a lot of you will enjoy this or even hate this new change but this act will bring Japans Sensha-do to New heights, bring out new talents that we could acquire on this frontier and of course to make Japan's Sensha-do a world class to rival that of the Westerners!"

"In our Joint tournament the schools are permitted to use Modern vehicles and Ammunition so that our Western friends are so accustomed to and its a good training for future University students for the world tournament that is scheduled"

(As he finishes his speech there was a loud cheer and applause from the audience of the sudden news)

(As the cheering went on Shiho turned off the T.V and looked back at Jiro)

"So boys now allowed in the sport plus a joint tournament, you aware of this?"

"Yes i am, my headmaster in Germany told me about it last night as we spoke on the phone"

"So what is your plan now Jiro are you gonna come out of hiding and do your responsibilities?"

"I will do my duty for the family, and i will come out of hiding as promised Oka-san!"

"Good you'll announce it to the team on the next practice is that ok with you?"

"Yes Oka-san that'll be fine"

"Alright then you are free to go Jiro"

(As Jiro arrived in the kitchen he was awarded at the sight of Maho and Wilhelmina chatting and having breakfast already)

"So Onii-sama there's a joint tournament coming?" Maho asked

"Yes Maho-chan we'll be preparing practice for the team on the coming days I would be contacting the current Kommandant of my old team to coordinate with them on what vehicles they'll bring and how many are with them and when they'll arrive here" he stated

"So Otto Hans Ludendorff your really aloof Vice-Commander is the current Kommandant of the team huh?" Wilhelmina asked

"He may be aloof at times but he is a good person and a capable commander already i did train him to be my successor as Kommandant of the team as i trust i can leave the team into his capable hands" 

"So Onii-sama what did you and Okaa-sama talked about?" Maho asked

"Basically what we are talking right now and the change to Japans Sensha-do allowing that boys can now participate at the sport" he stated

"Is that so then I'm glad Onii-sama, you can now be with the family and as the heir" Maho said

"I'm proud of you Kommandant your now allowed to do the sport in your native land" Wilhelmina teased

"Wilhelmina now is not the time to tease please" Jiro begged

(As he said that the three went with a good round of laughter, with the three dispersing Wilhelmina going back to their dorms and Maho going to school for the usual practice Jiro then decided to go to his room he then grabbed his laptop and opened a virtual meeting app he then contacted some of his friends, Soon the screen went black with different windows admitting different people that was his friends first was the commander of Western Force Otto Ludendorff and then the other school's respective commanders)

"Eric!" Greeted Otto

"Hello Otto how are you doing?" 

"I'm doing fine mein freund" Otto replied

"Hello there Eric how's Japan?" a second voice joined in

"Oh its great here Lukas you'll be coming here in a few weeks Ja?" 

(This is Lukas Müller the Kommandant of Eastern Force University, Western Force's sister university in Eastern Germany)

"Ja we'll be coming there although we were beaten by Otto here to the punch on being on your team" Lukas stated

"Well your people are too slow I thought you have some of the fastest people there in Eastern Force what happened to that?" Otto Teased

"Well I told them to do it as soon as possible, but they're just really slow and stubborn at times" Lukas deadpanned

"Well you eastern folks got to get your stuff together cause of that coming tournament"

"Ja we will, don't worry about it" Lukas chuckled

"HEY! Eriic!, How are you my man!" exclaimed one

"Hello, Scott its been a while hows things in Western Star?"

(This is Scott Moore the Commander of Western Star University)

"Well its most the same during off season's but we'll get the chance to kick some ass, and oh boy a Tournament there in Japan about damn time i can't wait to stretch my Tank!" Scott said

"Calm down Scott your getting brash again!" said one of the commanders

"Eh your no fun Nigel" said Scott in a annoyed tone

(This is Nigel Walters a man of respect and honor just as the British are, and the Commander of Bovington Sandhurst University in Britain) 

"Oh its quite alright Eric although we occasionally have the British forecast today" he chuckled

"Oh Nigel you always know how to make someone laugh" said a Feminine voice

"Hello Danielle how are things in Toulon?" 

(This is Danielle Marseille the current commander of Toulon girls academy who are known for her un expected attacks and ambushes)

"Its fine Eric how's Wilhelmina by the way?"

(When she asked this it got the attention of the other boys in the screen)

"Well she's fine she's at the dorm with boys" he said

"Now that got my interest you have something going on between you and your gunner Eric?" asked Nigel 

(Jiro was about to answer but Danielle was first to answer the question)

"Well 3 years ago I have young Eric here approach me asking for help on Relationship tips and he surmised to ask a Frenchwoman is the best idea which it is, since I've had my subordinates ask me for relationship tips often at times" she said

"Well now that's a new thing I never knew Danielle to be a love expert" joined a new voice

(This is Louis Mercier the Commander of Normandie Cote university known for their concrete like defenses when on the field)

"Louis enough please I don't want my friend here beat your sorry ass like last time, so please just stop" Jiro begged

"Alright fine I'll stop but I'll keep teasing this Bosch over time" Louis said

"Nah don't worry about it Lad, Louis here is just having some fun let it slide will ya!" Nigel said

(This is Stefano Moretti the current Commander of the Italian team)

"Unfortunately our Russian friend is unable to join us right now since he is a bit busy" stated Lukas (since Eastern Force has some connection with the Russians given their equipment is from them) (The name of the Russian Commander is Peter Ivanov)

 "Also how about the Swedish and the Polish and our Far east friend shouldn't they join this meeting too if were here to discuss the tournament?"

"No that's the Associations job not ours and besides the Association and Federation here in Japan is the one behind this were here only to discuss on our equipment usage and possible outcomes of what's gonna happen in the coming weeks and tournament"

(As he said that he received nods from the group)

"So who's up first to say what Tanks they'll bring here?"

"I'll go first!" said Scott

"Well first my Contingent force will be using M1A1 and M1A2 Abrams while our teammate school will be lend some of our M48A3 and M60A1 Patton's" he said as he shows pictures of the tanks

"I'll go since my American friend has started already, We'll be bringing our ever so famous Challenger Mk. II's and lending our Japanese Compatriots some of our Centurion Mk-10's and for their Command tank is one of our Chieftains" Nigel stated as he shows them the pictures

"Well since the British and Germans and the Americans have said theirs Toulon will be using AMX-30's and M-51 Super Sherman's for our Japanese friends since we have a limit on how much MBT's we can bring from Toulon since the others are not yet done with their regular maintenance checkups and hadn't yet been cleared for service again so we opted to lend them our M-51 Super Sherman's that we acquired from the Israeli's"  said Danielle

"As for Toulon who is severely limited of MBT's to bring Normandie Cote can bring a full force we will be using our AMX Leclerc's and as well as our Japanese friends!" Louis declared

"Well same with Louis here Reale Italia is ready to commit our C1 Ariete to fight in this tournament as we are always ready!" Stefano also declared

"Alright this is everyone but what about our Finish and Swedish and the Polish and the of course our Drunk friend from the east and our Far east guy" Jiro asked

"I think the Fins would be bringing their own Leopards and their T-72's as well that they got from Western Force and the Russians same for the Polish most likely their are gonna be using the Leopard-2A5 and PT-91 Twardy and for the Swedes probably their Stridsvagn 122" said Nigel who has deep connections with the said teams 

"I think our Russian friend will be using their T-90's and T-80's but they did acquire some new tanks from the Russian government a couple of weeks ago maybe in anticipation of this tournament" stated Lukas

"Is that so which tank they did acquire?" Jiro asked

"Now that got my interest they didn't announced anything though" said Nigel

"If that's the case it has to be a good tank which one is it?" said Louis

(Lukas has a rather worried expression on his face and he finally sighed and shown them a picture of what the new Russian acquired tank was)

"Here it is I have this picture of their new tank since I have a friend on the Russian school who kept bragging to me that their team was the most powerful than anyone in the Association" Lukas said as he shows them the picture

"Oh my God! a T-14 fucking Armata!" shouted Scott

"Jeez they now have that!?" said Danielle

"Well I kind of saw this coming already" laugh Nigel

"That i can agree Nigel I already thought of this thing might get acquired by the Russians"

"Why didn't they announced it all members of the association should announce their new equipment since its mandatory!" said Otto

"I have two words the Russians and Communist" said Scott

"They're doing stuff in secrecy once again like they did when they unveiled their usage of the,       T-10 Heavy tank on that last match we had against them" said Stefano

"How about our Taiwanese friend though any tank on his behalf?" Jiro asked again

"Yeah I got into a talk with him this morning and he said they'll be using a mix of the CM-11 Brave Tiger's and CM-12 main battle tanks that the Taiwanese army uses" said Scott as he shows them pictures

"Yes you still owe me a pasta like you promised that match" Jiro said laughing 

(As the group of friends gave a hearty laugh they each left the meeting going about their day surprisingly the meeting only took about 1 and half hour which was fast and soon Jiro turned his laptop off and he decided to take a shower and oversee the training of the girls later)
