[1] well, I have a crush on this guy at the co-op that I go to. I can't tell if he's flirting or not. I've caught him staring a few times in science and drama class. He copied my movement at an extra drama rehearsal. Then ignores me, when I wave or say hi sometimes. That's usually at lunch time when he's alone walking  to the kitchen space the co-op uses as a cafeteria. I never know why he ignores me but it's happening more than usual lately. I am nice to everyone at least I attempt to. We have drama class with my older brother but I'm sure nothing's happened between them. Same with my little brother and my crush, they play football during recess. He would talk to me last year and this year before Christmas break. It hurts me that he won't even sit near me in science class he now sits on the other side of the room nowhere close to where I sit but he still looks at me from across the room. He keeps sending this mixed signals I just don't understand why. Is it a guy thing? or am I just stupid and thinking way into this?

[2] I have a group of besties we were all so close. Close enough to be called "squad" then I had to transfer to another school. But we still communicated through Snapchat.
On their first day of school I visited them since I didn't have school that day. We were hugging and having a reunion. Then I give them cookies and chocolate and we talked only for a bit.
Then I couldn't really meet them after that. I couldn't visit them on their Christmas party. But when they had his big event I was able to go to I visited them and they introduced me to another girl. 
After a bit of talking I feel like I be replaced by that girl I always start the conversation and it was like I'm too desperate to talk with them.
It just hurts that my "squad" has replaced me and I'm having a hard time making and keeping friends at my new school.

What should I say/do to my "squad"? How do I make friends with people at my new school.
