1. BE CONFIDENT IN YOUR OWN SKIN: so, this is basically the most important thing you have to adapt which is to feel more confident in your own skin becuase no one can be a better you, than you. now this being the most important it is also the hardest, becuase the only thing you can buy free of cost in this world is criticism, so you constantly gonna have people walking upto you telling you the things you could improve so you'd look prettier or more presentable... there's no way to stop this basically cuz i srsly dont know lets just put it this way ppl are insensitive and perceiving they the most perfect. but you just have to throw away all of this negativity cuz its trash, if you gonna retain it within urself it'll destroy your confidence so, just throw it away!

2.DRESS LIKE YOU FEEL: dress in those clothes which you feel comfortable in, now ive seen a lot of this dress to fit your shape and trust me it really helps you feel a lot better about yourself, now am not associating the way you look to your dressing sense, I'm just saying dressing the way you love helps you feel a lot more confident becuase this was one my greatest steps that made me feel more love towards myself

3. EXPRESS YOURSELF: you should learn to present yourself for the person you are, are you weird? then be weird why do you wanna claim that your normal and live a lie? doesn't it show that you dont love yourself or are you just embarrassed of who you are? learn to yourself trust me it does a lot of good to you and your self love! I'm all open, I'm basically the weirdest person you'll come across but guess what i am daymn proud of it.
