Carmella doesn't stop moving her feet, waiting for her best friend, wanting to know why the suddenly call.

-Mella- The mentioned one looks up to see the raven-haried beauty approaching her.

-What happened?- Asks the blonde watching the pale woman take a seat in front of her.

-I wanted to sound tough saying all that, but I confess to you I'm about to shit in my pants.

The blonde opens and closes her mouth repeatedly, wanting to talk.

-Wait- Carmella says, finally speaking- What happened exactly?

-Steph invited me to lunch- Paige starts telling her friend -She was very weird all day and then she asks me how much worth my love for Seth.

After those last words the silence invades between both females.

-Well, that's cheesy- Says the blonde.

-I'm talking about money Mella- The English woman says.

Carmella opens her mouth, clearly surprised.

-What? and what did you say?

-Well, I practically told her I'm a slut in bed and that Seth loves me for that.

-Did I told you that I love you?

-I am serious Mella- Says Paige.

-I'm sorry- The blonde says -It's just... I can't believe that my aunt came so far, I'm sorry.

-It's not your fault that Steph is crazy, I don't know what to do with Seth, I don't know if I should tell him.

-You have to tell him- Carmella looks at her seriously -Don't let Steph keeps bothering you.

-And what will Seth do about it? Put a stop as if this were a fight between kids?

The same pale and funny-looking guy who had attended her one day approaches to her.

-Any request?- Says the smiling man.

-Yes, two Bloody Marys please.

-Right away.

The blonde is waiting until she felt uncomfortable. Carmella begins to look around the place, not expecting to meet the eyes of that man.

That man was talking to her best friend, while staring at her.

Paige looks at her with a smile on her lips and then turn her head, continue talking with the man.

Carmella was going to interrupt that chat, but stopped herself when she realize she didn't want to be near that man.

-Your order- Carmella turns her eyes to meet the bartender with her two orders.

The female take the drinks in hand and smiles gratefully.

She quickly goes to her table, realizing that the man had vanished.

-Mella, why you didn't tell me you had a stalker- Says Paige smiling.

-Shut up and drink- Says the blonde passing her drink.

-I'm serious and he's hot- Says the pale woman raising and lowering her eyebrows -Where you met him?

The blonde rolls her eyes.

-You remember Dean?

-How could I forget- The English woman says in a serious tone.

Paige had never met her best friend's ex-boyfriend, but with Carmella's stories, it was enough for Paige not to feel any kind of sympathy for that name.

Seth had told her many other anecdotes about him and that guy Dean at school, that man always got her fiance in trouble.

She didn't like it, no matter how much Seth tries to convince her that deep down Dean is a good friend.

-Well, that man get him away from me when Dean was acting like an idiot again.

-And you didn't thank him?

-I said thank you.

-You know what I mean- Paige says.

-You're disgusting- Says the blonde laughing.

The trio spent the next two hours telling anecdotes of their past relationships, Nicole never thought to open up so much at her co-workers.

-That's unfair- Tom says.

Lana just shrugs.

The blonde had told them that her ex-boyfriend had broke up with her by message and that the next day, she had seen him walking hand in hand with another woman.

-You should have cut off his balls- Nikki says.

Lana lets out a loud laugh, along with Tom.

-Well, nature calls, I'll go to the bathroom guys- Says the brunette, getting up from her seat.

The older twin goes to the bathroom with clumsy steps.

Nicole had left the bathroom a minute later ready to continue talking with her co-workers.

-Nicole- A male voice says, making the brunette freeze.

The mentioned one tour on her heels to meet the person who least expected.

-Mr. Reigns- Says the older twin, nervous and surprised to find her boss's boyfriend in a bar. The man smiles and approaches Nicole.

-What unexpected surprise- The man says still smiling.

-Yes, unexpected- The older twin says not knowing if it was her mind that played a bad joke on her.

-Are you here with someone?- Asks the man.

-Yes, some colleagues at work are...- The brunette pointed to the bar, where her friends were supposed to be but they were not there.

-Well, they left- The older twin says with a shrug.

The man next to her gives a smal laugh.

-I'm with some friends, if you want you can join us- Offer her boss's boyfriend.

Nicole loved the idea, but she was not completely drunk yet and she knew that she had a job tomorrow morning.

-No thanks, your girlfriend is going to kill me if I'm late for work.

The man laughs again.

-I believe you- He says -But I can't let you go alone, do you live nearby?

-Not very far- Answer the brunette.

-Good, I'll make you accompany- Says the man.

The older twin frowns her eyes at his words.

-Alicia is going to kill me if I let her favorite secretary have something happen to her- Says the man smiling.

Nicole just smiles and walks to the exit of the bar, not wanting to talk.

The next 5 minutes were the most uncomfortable in Nicole's life, she had never thought that she would end up walking through the noisy streets of Manhattan almost drunk with her boss's boyfriend nor in her rarest dreams.

-Well, it's here- Says the brunette stopping in front of a building.

-Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow- Says the smiling man.

Nicole, a little confused, just nod her head.

-Thanks Mr. Reigns.

-Just Roman please.

Suddenly the man comes so close to her that Nicole opens her eyes wide, her boss's boyfriend places both hands on her face and then gently kissed her on the cheek.

-Rest well Nicole.
