Beginnings (2026)

The origins of the Rossary Sigma Science Agency lies with the United Nations Relic Science Agency before the First Beilan Island incident, the UNRA is an international scientific agency founded in 2012, dedicated to the discovery of relics site and research on the technological artifacts contained inside, one of the three members of the UNRA were Leonid Ivanovsky the descendants of famous virologist Dimitry Ivanosky,  Dr Samuel Lamperouge, and Dr O'Brien Julius, who were the members of the UNRA and Leonid is Raeder's first close partner, with further early work from Julius' protege, Elija Stupeo and Catherine. All were the virologists as Reader Rossartre's acquired virologist to examine the Collapse radiations fluid. The RSSA's immediate formation pre-history begins in 2026 during the Federation War as the UNRA came to halt since after the ODIN bomb the American major cities, the UNRA decided to keep the check on the relic site in the West coast since the Federation hijack the ODIN, when Dr Lamperouge alongside his loyalist discovered a strange crystal found in the Philippine Sea, he witness the story about Secret war between Requiem and Omega during the Cold War, the Nazi name as Exo-Element 1 or Vogelium. It was discovered the remains of the Dr Peck's inversion warhead buried in the ocean. Back at UN HQ, Leonid and Lamperouge research and examine the "Vogelium" rather than Relics. Leonid formed the Decompressive relic Machinery technology a branch of the UNRA before as RSSA. Later three years after the First Beilan Island incident and the death of Reader Albert Rossartre, the agency's director Raeder Rossartre publicly released his report on the impending end of mankind before committing suicide.

Some members of Decompressive relic Machinery technology a branch of the UNRA secretly left as the members rise in violent activism and United States expelled the Agency from its New York headquarters and all of its members and the two project as two faction under the ideal of Rossartrism Beaconists, official position of the Relic Agency and the Promethean guardians of the Relics Agency's untainted ideals.
