Info: Before Augusburg outbreak by Vladimir Zakhaev, the joint United States and the Union of Rossartrist Nations Coalition created a secret program, presumably to fight the Undead and the ELID infections. According to Blue Raccoon Squad's experience, he was forcefully recruited to this newly created unit. And even the US Government created a fighting style, but only Kaiser and S T-Dolls Blue Raccoon Squad, use the new enhanced fightinh style called CQBZ (Close Quarters Quarantined Battle Zone) fighting style based on conventional CQB tactics as well as equipment and custom weapons formulated for it including the Zombies.

In 2067, Josef Kaiser was among the few chosen elite soldiers and dolls to participate in Operation Javier, which was planned for several years and conducted in secrecy. It's unclear whether their mission was successful, though Krauser and his unit were abandoned in the parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido, Aragon by the Government. The mission left is Blue Raccoon Squad successfully complete the task and except Josef Kaiser was the only survivor with the incident successfully covered up by the government. The loss of his men and his doll Kaiser with resentment towards his superiors, though also imparted him with the desire to seek out and obtain "unadulterated power".

Kaiser also discovered a strange portal that leads to the Dark Aether, one year, he is corrupted by the mysterious entity within the dark aether and became faithful disciple under the mysterious entity within the Dark Aether.

In 2068, as the Operation KrautDeadzone commence, its unknown what Kaiser planning.
