In Assassin's creed Universe
In the 5th Century BCE, a Persian elite by the name of Artabanus formed a group of freedom fighters to oppose the Achaemenid King of Xerxes I, whose reign was supported and influenced by the Order of the Ancients.
With the help of his allies, including Amorges and Pactyas, Artabanus assassinated Xerxes in August 465 BCE. This deed went down in the Assassin's history as the first recorded usage of their iconic weapon, the Hidden Blade, and caused Artabanus to be posthumously honored as one of their predecessors.
Later the Artabanus group disbanded not long after Xerxes assassination due to an ideological split between its members. This conflict was caused by Artabanus' insistence on preemptively killing Xerxes' successor Artraxerex I, a decision opposed by Amorges and other members of the group. These members ultimately defected to the Order and protected Artaxerex from Artabanus, who was subsequently forced to change his name to Darius and flee Persia with his family.
Abbasid Caliphate
By the time of the Abbasid Caliphate, the Hidden Ones had established the Alamut Brotherhood, an early incarnation of the Persian Brotherhood. Operating out of the fortress of Alamut, which was built atop an ancient Isu temple, the Hidden Ones battled the influence of the Order of the Ancients in the Caliphate while seeking to prevent their adversaries form discovering more Isu Artifact.

In Girls Frontline, Call of Duty and Metal Gear universe:
Unlike Darius the first assassin, Hassan-i Sabbah was born in Qom, ca. 1050, and did his religious studies in Cario with the Fatimids. Sabbah's father was a Qahtanite Arab, said to be a descendant of Himyartic king, having emigrated to Qom from Kufa. He made his wya to Persia where, through subterfuge, he and his followers captured Alamut Castle in 1090. Sabbah adapted the fortress to suit his needs not only for defense from hostile forces, but also for indoctrination of his followers. After laying claim to the fortress at Alamut, Sabbah began expanding his influence outwards to nearby town and districts, using his agents, to gain political favour and to intimidate the local populations. Spending most of his days at Alamut producing religious works and developing doctrines for his order, Sabbah would never again leave his fortress. The strangler sects were stopped by the Umayyads; the Assassins would not be by the later caliphates.
Shortylg after establishing their headquarters at Alamut Castle, and cafter the capture of Lamsar various, the castle was taken under the command of Kiya Buzurg Ummid, later Sabbah's successor, who remained commandant of the fortress for twenty years. No interactions between the Christian forces of the First Crusade and the Assassin's have been noted, with the latter concentrating on the Muslim enemies of the former.
Next generation:

In 2026, Salah's son Altair was born, at age 4, his father passed away, and Unnamed Iraq Assassin train him at age 10 to become the Assassin by learing about infiltration, parkour and stealth. At 2037, he is part of member of Urzisktan Special Forces and met Amr Karim. The two became friend. He then lead a team called Assassin Squad. In WW3, when NUSSR began launch scale invasion in Urzisktan, the Assassin's squad, infiltrate the Neo-Soviet base near the territory borders between NUSSR and Urzikstan. The Assassin squad destroyed the base and captured the weapons including the Bipedal weapon systems from each manufacturers military industry. After WW3, Urizkstan survived from wars and somehow the militia victor of retaking their country from Neo-Soviet Union and the allies. The Urizkstan remain in Middle East of Western Asia, as countries faced problems with reconstructing their infrastructures and accommodating surviving population, Altair and his squad become a member of the Persian Brotherhood of Assassin. Then a philosphy of Rossartism became widely accepted as the best thought system under the circumstance. Nation states that were mere shells of their former power reduced their domains to select large cities and industrial regions, pay the numerous emerging PMCs except G.H.O.S.T. PMC, because United States consider the G.H.O.S.T. PMC a powerhouse and Private security company due to new advanced technology that kept secret away from outside world.
The Urzikstan can't trust the Rosstarism, ever since UK became part of Rosstarism except 161. The US provide support for Urzikstan.
In 2064, Keagan send Longbow to Urzikstan about the Templar group involvement including FDM.
