In the scene seen in the cell, a lone S T-Doll and the leader of the Team Fireborn under his commander Juan was captured after Hunting down the traitor revealed none other than General Donald Shepherd, who played us all the along made them puppets. This Doll's name is X12 known as Bell. 

An S T-Doll pistol is lying on the cell bed. X12 remembers back then, during the hunt down the mysterious traitor, X12 was captured and encountered a lone figure with a blade with a mask on his face. Charging him. Then knocked him down hearing X12 screaming in pain, his right eye was stabbed by the mysterious figure with a blade. 

With his shock, he woke up and noticed he was in the cell. His clothes got worse.

X12: *gasped in surprised*

X12 sits up leaning against the wall, he notices a bandage around his face, and he realized that the figure stabbed his right eye as he feels it. Suddenly, he heard a footstep coming towards his cell.

The boy stood in front of the cell door, he wore a bandana full head around him, his eyes seems cold and deeper through his spine made X12 did.

???: Well... well... looks you wake up. Excellent. It's been exactly twelve hours since we administered your mechanics. I trust your dreams were pleasant... Bell?

X12: *confused* What are you talking about? Who are you?

???: Drop the act will ya. I know all about you, Bell. You name after the Bell from KGB?

X12 gets up on his feet as he spoke to the man.

X12: Sounds like you've got the right guy. But I'm not ordinary bell, I'm just Bell or X12. And who are you? You look familiar from the picture?

M27-IAR: *Smirk* You don't know who I am.

X12: Umm no?

M27-IAR: So first, my name is M27-IAR. And S T-Doll Machine gun but my civilian as Tank.

X12: *sarcastic* You mean an armor tank?

M27-IAR: Yes, but you could call me THE Tank. Over years ago, I was the member of the Heaven Units.

X12: *surprised* Heaven units?! Tank!?

The scene flashback to the picture of the Heaven Units who participate in World War III and reverted back to present.

X12: Y-your Heaven Unit's interrogation specialist S T-Doll. I thought you and guys are dead?

M27-IAR: Exactly, during our missing in Europe we survived from the artillery onslaught. I'm honored, Bell.

X12: And that guy who attacked me-- is that ninja guy?

M27-IAR: Yes, he's our killing machine, Although, we'll leave it at that, for now.

X12: Okay first, what do you want from me? I'm just ordinary Doll alright. But I'm guessing this isn't a social call or you wouldn't have brought those goons.

M27-IAR: *Scolded* Ordinary Doll? But I suppose you are, to the outside world.

M27 opens the cell door while X12 kneel down as he was injured.

M27-IAR: Don't worry. I'm not here to give you a new mission. I just want to ask you one simple question. 27 years ago, after the previous war and as the member of the Heaven Units, you prevented reignited of the third war. And then after years, you were hailed as a true patriot just as Taylor (FTac Recon) the Hero of Shallow of Death and being as the 2nd Rank of S Rank by Merrick. And then, you stood aside with FTac Recon as protege. Mysterious, don't you think? What did you see out there on your mission? What did you see in Eastern Europe within NSU?

X12: ...

The scene reverted to the past, were Negev team led by Jericho driving a buggy while X12 using the rocket launcher to take down the Shagohod together as a team, next shows Jessica Adler as he reverted back to present when M27 want explaination.

M27-IAR: Now tell me comrade, where is the Legacy?

X12: You mean the Patriot's Legacy...?!

M27-IAR: Yes, we know about Patriot's Legacy isn't it? It is many years ago, after the Patriot dissolved in 2014 after the Guns of the Patriots. The members place the files contained 600 million dollars a secret cache of funds amassed by the Americans, then over years all of the Patriot's Legacy was split not just Big Three, but the country, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, Africa, Isarel and Ukraine. M27-IAR refused to believe him, he use the electric baton onto X12 made him pain of the electric.

M27-IAR kick onto his stomach as he asked more question in fear in cold, as he hold him.

M27-IAR let go his feet and then use the electric baton, hit X12 made more painful. After the interrogation torture, he left the cell.

M27-IAR: No matter. But you have plenty of time. Sooner or later, I'm sure it will all come back to you.

X12: W-wait! *wipe his nose from the blood* This isn't an official mission, is it? What's going on? Tell me the truth, Tank!

M27-IAR glares in cold he turned to X12.

M27-IAR: This isn't the Ghosts mission. *sadistic* For now. *Sadistic laugh*

He then walked away from the cell, locked the door. After he left, X12 gets up, and tries to opened door but no use.

???: Hey! It's no use. It's shut tight.

X12: Huh?!

X12 turned to the man in the other cell as he was in mid 30s.

???: You must be Bell, that's your name, huh? Sound like Giggling bell like Christmas.

X12: W-who are you?

???: I'm just a prisoner, like you.

X12: American? Your not from Soviet, but American. How'd an American like you end up a prisoner in a place like this?

???: It's a long story. But never mind that. Don't you want to get out of here?

X12: You know a way?

???: Yeah, take a good look under the bed. See that duct? The cover comes right off. You can go through it to the next room.

X12: How'd you know?

??? 'Cause I'm the one that took the cover off. But as lucky for you, they moved me to another cell right after that, so I never got a chance to use it. If you make it out, will you do a fellow prisoner a favor.

X12: *confused* A favor?

???: Don't worry. You'll get something out of it, too.

X12: *sigh* Alright, I'll give it a shot.

X12 opened the duct door, he crawled under the ventilation, trying to find a way out. Upon reaching the ventilation, he sees a some new clothes and an eye patch left there and includes his old trusty pistol. He put in on, and examined his new clothes. However he unaware noticed a D.N.I chip. So he had no choice, suddenly, a bright light all over his body and faded away, as he exmained his newly D.N.I Upgrade S T-Doll looks.

X12: *thought* That's new... must be from Coalescence. This is the new D.N.I Upgrade for me. This eyepatch will keep me okay.

After putting on his new clothes and escape from the cell. He walked towards the prisoner.

???: *surprised* We'll, I'll be damned. Bell. Are you the real deal?

X12: How did you know my name?

???: You're one of the PMC group back in America. What a S Rank Doll doing in place like this?

X12: Beats me. I'd like to find out myself. Also Where are we, anyway?

???: Well your in Cuba. Carribean America. You see...

The scene shows a map of Carribean America in America Continent, on the Cuba a island: to be exact. Isla De La Juventud also known as Isle of Youth. Its part of island of the Cuba more or less at West Southern of Cuba.

???: As you'll see it doesn't show up on any conventional map... this island belongs to Cuba but now it's under the NSU army control.

X12: Neo-Soviet Regular Army? In Cuba?

???: It all started back in 1964; the Reds provided military aid to Cuba. The Cuba government gave red army to the island Isle of Youth you call it. The same year the day of Virtuous mission. Two years prior, the Russians failed in their attempt to build an intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) base in Cuba. Had they succeeded in deploying nuclear-equipped IRBMs inside Cuba, every Major American city would have been within range.

X12: *surprised* The Cuban Missile Crisis.

???: Exactly, In the end, the Reds gave up on the idea of deploying missiles in Cuba including the Pike. But rumor had it that they were looking for a new site one where they could build a base in secret. 

X12: And that place on this island of Cuba Isla De La Juventud?

???: Yeah. Well, not exactly... Apparently, the plans for this missile base were abandoned before it was built.

X12: Abandoned?

???: Due to detente. Both the US and the Soviet are having trouble financing their enormous military budgets, and they can't afford to keep waging the Cold War like they did in the Sixties. Last year, they began conducting the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks, with the goal of limiting each country's number of ballistic missiles.

X12: Meaning no more need to build a new missile base. 

???: But as you can see, they'd already completed part of the facility. 10 years later, contact was lost with the OKb-10 relics site under the arctic polar cap. North Fleet Marines were deployed to investigate, and clashed with an unidentified enemy, briefly controlling the situation before being wiped out by biological degradation, reducing their life expectancy inside the relic to 20 minutes despite their Class III anti-biochemical equipment which should have shielded them from any biological or chemically-active environment for over an hour.

X12: That's when Mikhail Tsvigun show up of the Soviet policies.

???: Yep, the Relic Arms Reduction Treaty, a agreement between the Soviet Union and United States in 1981 to stop adverse of relic technology research on the world's sanitary situation. Many years, after the Cold War, we were sent in to investigate what was going on. 

???: Before we could do that, they ambushed us.

X12: *confused* "They"?

???: The Heaven Units. My team was wiped out in the blink of an eye. Only cloud managed to survive, I fear I'm the only survivor...

X12: Why the Heaven Unit doing in the Old Soviet Base in Cuba?

???: Not a clue. I'd have expected you know more about it than me.

X12: I'm part of the PMC right now I was not a Heaven unit members

???: Okay, that's all I've got.

X12: Alright, I'll get you out.

X12 managed to free the American from the cell, but the door still lock.

???: Its no use. I've tried over and over. You need a special key to unlock the cell door. Right now, you've got to get outta here. Head five clicks south north of the detention center and you should reach a communications base. I need you to call in a rescue, if you can.

X12: Rescue?
???: SSHHHHH. You should be able to make contact with the States using the satellite uplink. But the circuit will most likely be monitored. If only you could use some Codec calls. Any ideas?

X12: I don't know if I'll be able to pull if off, but there's one thing I could try...

???: Great. And by the way the name's Churchill, Ryan P. Churchill.

X12: Huh, are you related to Winston Churchill?

P. Churchill: Relax, I'm not related to Winston Churchill British Prime Minister, I'm just a regular Churchill with no relatives to Prime Minister, I'm just different in America. 

X12: Okay.

P. Churchill: Good luck. 

X12 exit the Cell, hide behind the wall. When he peak, he noticed unconscious dead soldier lying onto he floors. To his surprised, DEFY Team, Eagle Flyers, Negev team and Team Fireborn arrived. One of his team, FSS Hurricane noticed X12 head peak out, with his surprised to the other dolls.

FSS Hurricane: 12?

X12 came out from the door cell as the team surprised to see X12 newly D.N.I Upgrade looks.

X12: Guys?!

C58: *surprised* Dios mío what happened your eye?

Jericho: Bell!

Jericho rushed towards X12 and instantly, hugged him, made ISO 45 snapped a picture.

ISO 45: Ha! Karma bitch!

X12: *blushed*

AN-94: W-what happened your eye?

X12 then let go of the hugged while Jericho tries to examine his injury.

X12: Well, I got stabbed by the mysterious figure with a blade.

Vargo 52: You mean? Another Ninja?

X12: Well yeah...

J. Churchill: *COMMS* Hey, what's going?  Bell?

X12: Church, I'm okay, but first I'll introduce to my team alright, first I'll get you out!

J. Churchill: *COMMS* Alright, just don't keep me waiting!

X12: Guys, I need your help, so far, the guy on the name Ryan J. Churchill.

Krig 6: Wait isn't he related to-

X12: No, no Antonov, He is NOT related to Winston Churchill, but right now we're going to free him out from the cell.

Vargo 52: Okay, Antonov, El Alamgo, the rest you guys stay at the exfil point, while  me and X12 will free him out.

AK-12: Just be careful out there Glaz.

Vargo 52: I'll be careful my Snow wolf~

AK-12: *blush a bit*

ISO 45: Ha! Perfect couple!

Krig 6 then punch him on the face after teasing both wolves.

The group proceed to the exfil, and X12 and Vargo 52 explores the facility. The two then clear out the guards who were patrolling and guarding the doors.

Vargo 52: I gotta say Bell, you seem got your Upgrades.

X12: Thank you, well Riveter and I were the only D.N.I upgrades while you guys don't.

Vargo 52: *scolded* Yeah, but someday, we'll get our own D.N.I upgrades.

The two Dolls exit the facility and outside is still a facility outside backyard, there X12 scanned the area, he then spots antenna dish.

Vargo 52: What's you got?

X12: Dish Antenna for satellite communications... But I'm guesting this is the communications base.

Vargo 52: Then we have to contact our commander because those guys blocking our communications. 

X12 and Vargo 52 heads to the communication facility by clearing out the guards. Once inside, Vargo 52 hack into the communication into theirs while X12 looks at the map of "Isle of Youth" in Cuba. He scans it and update it.

After which X12 and Vargo 52 got their communication controls. So X12 then contact his commanders.

Vargo 52: Okay, I can be established to commander, Bell... its your call.

X12: Does anybody read me? This is Bell. I got rescue by my team and other Dolls from PMC. Can anybody hear me?

Sakura: *surprised* 12! Is it you? Are you really X12?

X12: *surprised* That voice... Commander Sakura?

Sakura: Yes its me. You know I'm part of Griffin and Kryuger you remember? I can hear voice, huh 12?

X12: Same here, since I contact with Kawasaki. It'd be even better if I weren't in this god-forsaken place island. So you're still using this codec?

Sakura: Yeah... my boyfriend, Alex, gave me this, so I kept it just in case. To be honest, I never really expected you to call on the Codec. But I'm glad you did.

X12: Yeah, me too. Where are you?

Sakura: Don't you remember before you went missing, we defeat General Shepherd and his giant machine pilot it when you realized General Donald Shepherd is the traitor. And I'm still in Elmos.

X12: Okay

Sakura: *empathetic* And... 12, I hate to say this.

X1: What?

Sakura: Merrick was placed under arrest by the military last month.

X12: *shocked* What the military... the pentagon arrested Merrick? Why?

Sakura: He's being held under suspicion of treason. Alex contacted about the bad news. I didn't know the details, but a month a ago, a missing unit from the previous war, Heaven units. Alex detailed me about this, he said, "the Heaven units stole a top-secret weapon guarded by the military who is decided to have exercise in South America and fled the country.

Sakura: They're charging Merrick with instigating the revolt and that includes you.

X12: Me?

Vargo 52: Yeah, after what I heard, Hesh told us to find you but we knew the military is coming after you. because you are the spearheaded the rebellion.

X12: Are you kidding me! I was not part of the Heaven Units, I am the last and former member of the Heaven Units!

Sakura: I know, X12. Calm down and listen to us. So Alex said about the S T-Doll unit... the one that stole the prototype weapon and executed the revolt. That means the Merrick is the secretly lead of the former Heaven Units.

X12: Merrick?! *surprised* He's the former lead of the Heaven Units!

Sakura: yes, that means the Heaven Unit is your next target!

X12: What the hell is going on... What are they after?

Sakura: I don't know. Those who were former members of Heaven Units who didn't joined the rebellion were killed.

X12: I don't believe this.

Sakura: I know how you feel. You know why the military suspects you, don't you, X12? But however, whoever started this mess manged to gather the Heaven Units members specializing in solo mission and killed all those who opposed. That was a mission in the previous war.

Vargo 52: But the only thing who could have pulled that off is you.

X12: Done in by my own overblown reputation. So Are you still okay?

Sakura: 12, I'm still Elmos, the commanders were still okay alright, but at least. So Merrick wants you to talk to someone out.

X12: Really?

Sakura: His frequency is 242.59.

The channel change to the voice the one he met during the Operation Snake Eater 2.0 is MID Agency from Antarctic Union, Carl Mindefeld.

Carl: Hey, Bell! Long time, no see. I hear you got yourself into a bad mess out there.

X12: Mr Mindefeld... Looks like I need your help again.

Carl: It's cool though. We've been through a lot together. But your skills, it shouldn't be too heard to find your way out of there. But that's not gonna be enough. You gotta catch whoever started this revolt. If you can't take him alive, Boom... dead will do just fine.

X12: Huh?

Carl: So far as MID agency since Simon contact the AU. We need evidence that proves your innocence so I can contact your commander but otherwise, you're gonna ned up court-martialled for helping you.

X12: I see what you're saying, but I can't do it. I'm not just talking about the rogue Heaven Units members here. They got NSU soldiers based on Isle of Youth in Cube on their side too.

Carl: Damn, well it looks like the chain of command for the Neo Soviet Regular Army unit that was secretly station inside the Cuban territory.

X12: Took over the chain command, I though this seemed a little strange for an official military operation. They got the soldiers and Dolls that were already stationed here to join them.

Carl: hearts and minds.... the bread and butter of Special Forces. Anyway, because of that, neither of the US nor the URNC can get involved pubicly. If the world found out the NSU built a nuclear base in Cuba, or the America had one of their most advanced weapons stolen, there'd be hell to pay. 

Carl: And the rogue unit is using those secrets as leverage to demand negotiations for independence with the US and the URNC.

X12: They're planning to create a new military nation? *thought* I know all the history, the MSF use to be military nations aswell including Outer Heaven and Zanizbar land. *thought end* So in the other words, they've got the force strength necessary to back up these crazy demands. And I can't except any backup back in America. So, you want me, on my own to go in and capture the ringleader of this rebellion?

Carl: Well, there's no reason you have to do it alone. You got Dolls with you. If the rebel managed to get the local militia on their side, who's to say you can't do the same thing?

X12: You're saying I should convince the Russians and the rebels to join my side?

Carl: It's not that complicated. Just think of it as procuring your allies on site. That's what you're good at, isn't it? Procurement on site.

X12: You're kidding, right? This isn't the same as catching fish and snakes, you know back at California.

Carl: You gotta try, man. Otherwise, everybody's gonna be gunning for you -- the rebels, AND the Pentagon. And you're gonna bring us and Merrick down with you.

X12:...

Carl: Oh one more thing, I do have some good news, too. As luck would have it, we just send a scout unit to the Cuba.

X12: Your scout?

Carl: MID agents, you see AU was isolated the outside world, we send small agents to gather intelligence. However we lost contract with them a little while ago, but there might still be some survivors. If your rescue them, they'll help you out.

X12: Yeah, I think I know who you're taliing about... OK, I'll see what I can find.

Ryan J. Churchill sitting on the bed, and X12 and Vargo 52 free him out. As Vargo 52 surprised to meet the person

Vargo 52: So you must be Ryan J. Churchill.

X12: *concern* Are you okay, J?

J. Churchill: Bell, and you must be another Doll. Pleasure to meet you. And what are you doing back here?

X12: We found a key. Thought you might be interested in it...

J. Churchill: *concern* Did you call for help?

Vargo 52: No, nobody's coming.

J. CHurchill: What?

X12: They think I'm the one who's part of the member of the Heaven Units... the one who wiped out your unit.

J. Churchill: *surprised* That's insane.

X12: Unless, I have to clear my name, they're not letting me back into the country---

Vargo 52: And we can forget about someone coming to rescue us.

J. Churchill: Clear your name, But how?

X12: Track down the real roots of the Heaven Unit's rebellion.

J. Churchill: ...

X12: Look J.

J. Churchill: What

X12: I need your help to pull this off.

J. Churchill: Me?

Vargo 52: Yeah. You're the only survivor of the Green Beret. we need your skills.

J. Churchill: Whoa, guys, don't go getting any crazy ideas.

X12: What's so crazy about---?

J. Churchill: Look at me. My leg's broken. I can barely walk. And I've got nasty fever for days...

Vargo 52: *place his finger on his chin* Okay, unless why don't you drive instead of walk. My team are on the exfil point.

J. Churchill: What do you mean?

Vargo 52: On a base this big, there's bound to be a personnel transport vehicle or two lying around.

J. Churchill: Well, yeah, but...

X12: And you don't need your legs to fire a gun... right?

J. Churchill: ...

X12: So are you with us?

J. Churchill: ...

J. Churchill was gone silence, until Vargo 52 snapped him out.

Vargo 52: J!

J. Churchill: Oh right! I'm with you guys.

X12: *smiles* Great. We owe you one.

J. Churchill: *thought* Geez, who'd have thought that S T-Doll would be this pushy...)

Vargo 52 approached to J. Churchill.

Vargo 52: I'm leaving my spare codec with you. If anything happens, call me. We'll use frequency 639.50.

J. Churchill: I've give you a ring If I start to get lonely.
