In 2045 the World War III begins, as S T-Doll led by their commanders, participate involve the war, the G.H.O.S.T their family members such as Michael's Schulz's wife and his son in Berlin, Louis's family members, Dario's wife and his two daughters, and the rest went to the California as their safe zone thanks to the Cryptid Technology. In 2051, During the siege in Germany, after Italy overrun, The G.H.O.S.T went on breakthrough, destroying entire Doll units and Soviets marching. Even though, G.H.O.S.T Possess the largest Bipedal Tanks they converted into Assault Defensive Artillery/Tank known as Metal Gear X T-Rex. The two variants of Metal Gear X T-REX were largest produced, one is non-nuclear weapon and the other is Nuclear weapon. The Metal Gear X T-REX were design to counter entire Bipedal Assault System.

With G.H.O.S.T heard about PMC bases had fallen in minutes, GnK's Area S09 base was last standing. The G.H.O.S.T. fear that their wound attack. So to prevent this attack, G.H.O.S.T. somehow reach to contact LOKI and New Federation for their help as for US come to aid the PMC. They knew some attackers will attack their base soon. The G.H.O.S.T became the last PMC stand followed by Shadow Company in America continent. When formation of URNC was created. US and New Federation alongside Mexico remained not yet relationship with URNC.

In 2067, the G.H.O.S.T. made alliance with GnK, alongside StateSec for their effort to stopped the terrorist called FDM who somehow aligned with Knights Templar and KCCO to reignited World War III.
