MTZ-762 and Sidewinder provide cover support for Shawn while Cronen Squall carrying FTac Recon, then the door opened.

MTZ-762 was on the driver and Cronen Squall, Sidewinder, Riveter and BAS-B carried FTac Recon inside. While Markus and Lucias was on the gunner, MTZ-762 peddle the gas, ramming the door, as Cyclops attacking entire Soviet soldiers, Cylcops focus on the APC, as they got crushed by APC.

Lucia: Get us out of here!

John: *COMMS* Moving to holding pattern.

Lucia and Markus fire their machine gun at the Cyclops as they pushed the fence, and they were on the road. A KA-52 appeared flying above, attacking the APC.

Lucia: Keep firing on that Gator!

Both fire their machine gun at KA-52 shot down the pilot as attack helicopter loosing controls and crashed on the ground as more Armor vehicles attacking the APC. Suddenly a Cyclops appeared with RPG firing the rockets as MTZ-762 drive back.

Lucia: RPG!

The rocket impact on APC on the ground, as it flipped, dropped Markus and Lucia on the ground as APC crashed.

Lucia: *COMMS* Shit! were surrounded!

Markus gets up as suddenly, a Cyclop appeared grabbed him.

Riveter: *COMMS* Oh no, Commander was in trouble! Shawn are you there! Markus was in trouble!

Lucia shocked and terrified saw Cyclops ripped out his right arm, while BR Ranger Squad and Lucia takes out Cyclops but more are coming. Markus was defenceless as Cyclops beaten him to death. As he faded in black, all the suddenly the Shawn and his team arrived, destroying the Cyclops while the Diaz helped Lucia, BR Ranger Squad to hold them off. Dina helped FTac Recon to get up.

Shawn: Hey!

Shawn kneel down to check his vital, but he is still okay, but his suffer a damage on his rib cage. As the scene faded back as Markus passed out.

Shawn: You're gonna be alright. Just hang in there. Hold on...

The scene shows, Markus faded reappeared seeing the VTOL arrived pilot by John Hendricks, Lucia gets up first, then Dina helped FTac Recon gets up on the hanger bay, then he see Riveter and Cronen Squall grabbed Markus on the stray.

Cronen Squall: Your gonna be alright, stay with me Commander.

Then his eyes faded again, as VTOL takes off away from the scene, next shows, Riveter called LOKI to strike on the airfield, as Rod fires on the airfield destroying entire military airbase, without getting evidence.

FTac Recon: Commander?

Markus: *Thought* Wait, this is 15 years ago, before Butterfly incident. This is were John Taylor train the rookie in simulation. And now me and Taylor do the same.

Unfortunately, the ZSF underestimated the firepower these assholes were packing. They got caught with their pants down and they took it hard. Outcome? Train go boom. You remember Diaz?

Shawn: He's gonna help get you up to speed on some of the new cool new shit you can do.

Diaz appears and shakes hands with Markus then offers a fist bump to which Markus Hesitates.

he gestures and speaks to Markus.

The two fight the terrorist alongside ZSF forces. Markus aimed through the scope killing the soldiers on top as ZSF forces push forwards as Diaz jumped in the air EXO suit stabbed him. There he proceed on food after dealing with terrorist.

Markus proceed up their respective path after taking out the terrorist

Diaz: *COMMS* Your DNI can provide combat critical info to help you better read the battlefield Switch it to Tactical mode. Like opening your eyes for the first time.

Markus switches to tactical modes after opening his eyes, he eliminates the remaining the terrorist then proceeds forward. Diaz then appears in front of them

Diaz: Alright! Use your enhanced mobility - it may take a little getting used to, but your confidence will soon grow. Try it for yourself, I've got a hundred ways can do it.

Markus watched as Diaz run climb on the wall, as Markus followed him since he had exo suit with him, he run climb on the wall. Then landed safely.

Diaz: Not bad, kid, not bad.

Both proceed on foot engaging the terrorist.

Diaz: Tac-mode will highlight inbound threats such as rockets and grenades. You see flashing red? Move!

They run towards the checkpoint as Markus use Tac Mode so it could see inbound threats. 

Diaz: See the red and yellow markers? They represent killzones - not somewhere you want to be.

As he and Diaz reach the checkpoint suddenly an enemy truck passed by and stopped.

Diaz: Reinforcements at the truck!

Diaz: Tac-mode is synced across the team - One of us sees something, we all see it. Even through cover. 

Markus scanned the area with Tac-mode find the enemy who were at the cover, he shoot the enemy through walls and killed.

They arrived to an area full of Ammo boxes, then FTac Recon appeared from the door.

Diaz: It's because this is the simulation training, as you heard me about abilities such as Tactical mode and Tac-mode, right?

Diaz: DNI doesn't just help us communicate with each other - it allows us to interact with a variety of computer systems - including pretty much all of the basic drone units.

Diaz: Now bipeds, sophisticated ground units; those are a lot trickier, brother. Those of a bitches got a damn hive mind. You try to process and control all that? Pah. Your brain is those.

Diaz walked towards the table full of Talon drones.

Diaz: But these? These fuckers are easy. 

Diaz grabs a Talon drone and throws it into the air where it hovers.

Diaz: Go ahead, hack in. Go see what's on the other side of this wall.

Markus hack one of the drones of his choice.

Diaz: Fits like a glove, right? Now somewhere through there is a generator. Take it out and that door should open.

Markus progresses through the door using the drone, Markus control the drones as he engaged some soldiers while Diaz controls talon engaging some soldiers and Markus fire the rockets and minigun at the terrorist. Eventually, after long training simulation, Markus began to sweat after encountering the terrorist, he finally made it to the room as robots get loose from their holding device, and flashback from Soviet Territory of the robots ripping off Markus' right arm is seen. Markus began to panic but Diaz calm him down.

Diaz: It's okay. It's okay. Just take a second. Take a deep breath and tell me what happened.

Markus focus on remember back in the Soviet airfield.

Markus: I was back in Ethiopia. The grunts - I lived all over again.

Markus: What's happening to me?

Diaz: Shit... you know how your senses can trigger vivid memories? Make you think sounds, sights, words from songs. Makes you think of stuff you haven't thought of in years.

Two walked and talk in the hallway to the server room.

Diaz: The DNI can make that a lot more visceral - little glitches in your optics, little whispers in your ear... this shit happens.

The two reach to the server room as Diaz spoke

Diaz: The doctor can straighten it out. We just need to re-calibrate your meds. Trust me. You're gonna be fine.

Markus sees flashes of Shawn but no it's John Taylor, Markus thought he was erased and died in simulation encountering Corvus with rookie as two doctors block his seen.

Markus: So what now?

Diaz: Well right now - you're going with that console. As soon as you plug in you'll be able to extract and process the information with a heart beat.

Markus interface with the console with his right hand as his hud appeared with the logo of Direct Neural interface, and access the files of each names.

Shawn appears in the simulation.

Shawn: The botched assault meant it took six hours for the ZSF to get that information. Outcome: train go boom. Took you just six minutes,

Diaz: Yeah, it would've been five, if you hadn't freaked out when you saw those Cyclops humanoids.

Diaz disappeared from the simulation as Markus looked back at Shawn and spoke.

Markus: So what happens now?

Shawn: Now, let agent Taylor take care of this son of bitch.

FTac Recon: W-where am I? And why the ZSF appeared right behind me?

FTac Recon use his right arm as DIna said about his new cyber ability to paralysis drones, etc as FTac Recon destroy multiple Talons

Dina and FTac Recon follows his track on the building on the building, after taking out Droids, he see Hertzel jumped on the roof full of glass.

ZSF Soldier threw a grenade as it detonate killing the Droid but time freezes as Shawn phases in.

Shawn: The ZSF finally track down the terrorist to this location. For their sake, they really wish they hadn't.

Maretti phases in.

Maretti: You're still here huh? Pity, man. I bet Diaz a hundred that you'd be dead by now.

Maretti: It's called Fireflies - a swarm of incendiary nano-bots. Let 'em loose and see what they can do for yourself.

Markus walked behind the wall release nano-flies from his arm, as he freaks out.

Markus: Holy shit! Those flies coming from my arm?!

Maretti: *COMMS* THat's because its your cyber core ability

The nanobots then attacking Terrorist as they panic, like a bug, then they burn them to death.

Maretti: *COMMS* Fuckin' nanobots - little bastards are lethal.

Maretti and Markus moves on, dealing with more terrorist group as Markus release nanobots killing dozen of them, Eventually, they reach to the door, hacking the module. Human enemies ahead begin deploying smoke grenades.

Markus: They're using smoke grenades.

Maretti: *COMMS* Switching to your EV helps whenever you're blind, whether in the dark or in smoke.

Markus activate EV, now he can see anything from the smoke or dark, he walked through the room, engaging the human enemeies, and hostile coming from the wall including droids. Markus use the Immolation on droids, hacking detonated the enemy. At water treatment plant, Maretti jumps down through a hole in the concrete ground.

Maretti: Keep your fucking head down!

The bullet sprays at Markus, he went to cover as bullet struck him, however he got a plate on his chest.

Maretti: *COMMS* You may be a bad ass but you're not immortal! A bullet to the Head'll still get you a date with your maker. Alright.

Markus went to his cover at the pipes, while Maretti use his sniper rifle at the droid, while Markus use his EXO suit double jump on the ceiling. He use nanoflies abilities to kill dozens of human enemies. After clearing enemy, they made to the door, as Markus hack the module door, as they enter, Markus didn't know what that place was before.

Markus: What is this?

Maretti: This... this is where it all went down.

Markus and Maretti found the computer, as both reach to the computer Maretti spoke.

Maretti: The computer over there should give us some insight into how they got the explosives onboard. Go interface.

Markus interfaces with the computer. A schematic of the maglev train appears and zooms in on one of the cargo cars which is carrying multiple GIUs. In the next car over is the bomb.

Markus: Those are robots. They hacked the security robots. They're the one who brough the explosives on board.

The scene faded white as character switch to FTac Recon on top of the maglev train after Markus.

As we can see FTac Recon was on the top of the train.

FTac Recon: Why the hell am I on the top of the train?!

Shawn: *Offscreen* Because you are here stop the bomb.

Shawn phases in

FTac Recon walk through the train to reach to the cargo train but the hacking security droid, halt, as he approaches him, FTac Recon punch the droid on the face as it flies back on the wall.

FTac Recon: *Surprised* Whoa! H-how do I?

Shawn: *COMMS* Well since, Human use to be as cyber soldier program, they will punch some robots. As for you Taylor, are the first Doll to punch that robot. While Griffin and Kryuger Dolls women can't punch that droid, because they don't have cyborg abilities. 

FTac Recon moves forward on another car.

Shawn: *COMM* Watch your flank, they're coming through the windows.

Two grunts crash through the side windows into the car. FTac Recon switch his sidearm pistol at the droids.

Shawn: *COMMS* If this shit was real, you'd be killing civs left and right.

He moves to another car as Droid appeared on the wall, FTac Recon use takedown abilities punching the droid back...

Shawn: *COMMS* And that's how you take an enemy down fast.

...then his battle rifle, at the droid. The grunt broke the glass on top, as FTac Recon fire's at him.

Markus runs through another car, dealing those droids. He jumps back out to the roof of the train.

Shawn: *COMMS* You got hostiles climbing up the sides! Use Concussive wave to take out a group of hostiles at once.

FTac Recon: How?!

Shawn: *COMMS* Jump and take out the group.

FTac Recon: A-alright.

FTac Recon sprints and jumped in the air as he uses cyber abilities Concussive Wave impact on the ground and destroyed hostiles, he then runs to another car as Shawn impressed.

Shawn: *COMMS* See how that just tore through those sons of bitches?

FTac Recon use Exo suit double jump back on the roof, as he runs to another car and engaging grunts.

Shawn: *COMMS* The Neural network prototype is in the car right below you. It may be shielded by six inches of CNT - but that won't mean anything the bomb goes off. You better pick up the pace.

FTac Recon arrived at the cargo train, as he use Concussive wave smash the window and Grunts, after dealing with three grunts, he approach the bomb and interface with it.

FTac Recon: The whole thing's booby trapped 

FTac Recon could feel hacking on his head to stopped the bomb making too much to disable the bomb.

FTac Recon: If I hack it, try to move it or detach the car it's gonna blow. It's too much! Even with a computer in my head there's not enough time! Damn, I wish MTZ-762 was there in simulation.

Shawn phases in and takes FTac Recon by the arm,

Shawn: It's actually very simple... kid.

Shawn phases out. FTac Recon turns and sees wall panel.

FTac Recon: Wait, this is a maglev train.

FTac Recon interfaces with a wall panel.

FTac Recon: If I reverse the polarity on just this car...

Doing so wrenches the car from the rest of the train shortly before the bomb goes off. The screen fades to white as Shawn can hear him.

Shawn: There was no way to stop it and get off the train. Your DNI may show you all the options. But only you can decide what you are willing to sacrifice. Sometimes... you have to let go.

FTac Recon shows in CIA everything was room 9

FTac Recon: What is this place? *he looked at the room he recognized that room* I remember this... this were I was interrogated by Jack and Chernikov...

He turn around and saw a man wearing a grey Binnie and some old cold war military outfit only his pants and vest.

???: Hey kid, time to wake up.

Markus opened his eyes wide opened awakens in the HQ medical room and looked at the right sees Gentiane sleeping beside him with her head buried in her arms on the side of the bed, Griffin and Kryuger came to visit again, Gentiane wakes up slowly opened her eyes, she sees Markus wakes up.

Markus: Genny?

She glint of worry in his tone. She jumped out her spot next to his bed and wrapping around Markus embracing him as she feels okay of her friend.

Gentiane: M-Markus I'm glad your okay.

She softly nesting against side of Markus's chest, as she hugs him. He felt surprised to see such a warm yet worried reaction from Gentiane. 

She let go from him as she sit back.

Gentiane: I saw you, what your father did back in-

Markus: Yes... I remember now, I got beaten to death by robots.

Markus looked on the right and saw his right hand was now made of cybernetic arm.

Unidentified: Shawn, how's our patient?

Shawn: As good as can be expected.

Unidentified: Huh, could know that...

The unidentified man pulls back the adacent curtain.

Shawn: Welcome back kid

He turn over to the adjacent bed sees Shawn appeared Gentiane behind as she turned around and both freak out.

Shawn: That's Gentiane, Markus, you already done your surgery. But your friends were there.

Shawn removed curtain and saw Alex was on the adjacent bed beside Namura as Sakura check on her beloving Alex, Namura glared at him as Sakura stopped him.

Markus: Alex was there, and Juan too?

Shawn: Yep, three of them got Volunteer and there's more.

Markus turning over to the adjacent bed, they see Aiden in the next bed over who gives them a thumbs up although Angelia II came to visit him because she was friend with Aiden.
