A man can be seen inside the Command Center at the same site were Elias used as a military base. 

This man is in mid 30s or 40s, he is upright and calm, looking at the monitor, he wore a G.H.O.S.T uniform in black. This man is a former Atlas Corporation after his father did with the Manticore. His name is Simon Irons a U.S Ghost Officer. 

Jumpmaster: *COMMS* Commencing internal depressurization. Equipment check... Arm main parachute.

Simon: All right, you ready to go?

The hanger door opens, X12 turned his head at the sun goes down and the moon will rise for the night mission.

X12 nodded, he stands up walked to the front of the hanger door, as Jumpmaster wait for signal as the light still yellow.

Simon: *COMMS* You'll be falling at 130 miles per hour. Try not to get frostbite from the wind chill.

The redlight turned green, and Jumpmaster signal X12.

Having personal feelings about your comrades is one of the worst sins you can commit.

Jessica: *COMMS* Politics determine who you face on the battlefield. And politics are a living thing. They change along with the times.  Remember Bell, a soldier has to follow whatever orders he's given. it's not his place to question why. But you're looking for a reason to fight. You're a natural born Stealth Tactical Doll fighter, not a soldier. A soldier is a political tool, nothing more.

Jessica: *COMMS* That's doubly true if he's a career soldier. Right and wrong have no place in his mission. He has no enemies and no friends. only mission, but you have friends who always care, think like a family.

Jessica: *COMMS* A soldier has to follow whatever orders he's given. It's not his place to question why. But you're looking for a reason to fight.

Jessica: *COMMS* A soldier is political tool, nothing more. Like Tactical Dolls in World War III, some Dolls use as political tool. The doubly true if he's career soldier with Tatical Doll. Right and wrong have no place in his mission in World War III.

X12: Being... Patriotic?

Jessica: *COMMS* Yes it means devoting yourself to your country. All Dolls with you and your commanders and some people feel the Patriotic, due to Rosstarism mix, we patriots, devoted ourselves to their countries.

X12: So far, I followed the G.H.O.S.T and CIA, and presidents and top brass.

Jessica: *COMMS* The President and top brass won't be there forever whether election, or new leader. once their terms are up, others will take their place. But PMC G.H.O.S.T. and CIA always being Patriotic and independent.

X12: I follow the will of the leader, no matter who's in charge.

Jessica: *COMMS* People aren't the ones who dictate the missions.

X12: Then who does?

Jessica: *COMMS* The times.

 Jessica: *COMMS* People's values change over time. And so do the leaders of a country. So there's no such thing as an enemy in absolute terms. The enemies we fight are only enemies in relative terms, constantly changing with the times.

X12: And that's the way a soldier or Doll's supposed to think?

Jessica: *COMMS* The only thing we can believe in with absolute certainty... is the mission, Bell.

The voice call ended when everyone heard Jessica speeches as XM4 and X12 goes to the facility, Dario in other hand, he heard about Soviet Ovverrun the Italy and Rome surrender and part of the Neo-Soviet. So far he only thing to do he could being a patriot will devoting to his country when country fall, the new leader replace. As for the Dolls, they share the feelings about the patriots, devoting themselves to their countries. That's the reason why Jessica always answer for the Patriot, just like the Boss speech to the Naked Snake, before Snake became Big Boss as a mercenary.
