The Neo-Soviet Union and URNC begin merging their governments and planning their decontamination plans.

Unfortunately, the merging was interrupted by FDM Terrorist drone attack which cause Nations meeting about interruption and the terrorist while introducing the largest PMC leader Hesh and co leader Logan. B.R.I.E.F emerges as the main governing body of bounty hunting.

The Cryptid Outbreak begins in Finland in Red Zone, the Cryptid attack. Following event in Ball's Pyramid in Australia causing massive Cryptid colony awaken but the Cryptid only target in USA California putting the end of the Outbreak.

The URNC launches project Lazarus and the Neo-Soviet Union the New Westward Movement. They sign the European Collapse Radiation Contamination Zone Restoration and Revitalization Joint Development Agreement with the NSU.

The War on Verdansk began when AQ attack Verdansk city in Kastovia, an independence from NSU. Which led URNC and NSU alongside Europe to joint commence attack on AQ but the United States and New Federation join the fight. Together they reformed as Armstrice led by reformed Coalition, Maxwell McKnight, the CIA and reformed Allegiance Kili Kamarov, the StateSec and General of NSU to hunt down Malik Al Asad but suddenly, the gas chemical surrounded Verdansk in result of fighting against each other Coalition and Allegiance against URNC.

URNC, learn that the illegal PMC the White Forest led by British operator Marcell Gregory contract by Vladimir Zakhaev to head to Augusburg in Germany to recovered the old Requiem HQ branches to recovered the mysterious vial called Dark Aether and result of the outbreak and people turned into Zombies. 

The URNC still in a joint program of European Collapse Radiation Contamination Zone Restoration and Revitalization Joint Development Agreement, the deployed in Augusburg but they didn't come back as one of the unit were bitten and one survived.

World War 4 started at August 13th, 2069

The URNC retaliated by launching a massive surprise invasion on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, sparking the war between the two countries and supernational union. The URNC aircraft able to penetrate the American radar defenses because of a recently retrieved ACS module that had been copied without the knowledge of URNC leader. With the copied module and still unknown, the URNC forces  were able to hack into the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) system, leading to the invasion in West Coast and South American. The surprise invasion attempt was considered an act of war by the U.S government and New Federation government and in response. The two powerful Americas country declared war.

During the initial stages of the attack, the U.S. military including the US Army Ranger the US Marine Corps were scattered across the Eastern Seaboard, and the Southern United States as URNC aircraft  managed to drop as many paratroopers and ground support as possible. The 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, the closest regiment to Washington D.C. headed to secure a crashed High-Value Individual, code named Raptor  in Northern Virginia. The squad encountered heavy resistance including AA-03 Autonomous Mech, AA-03-B4M, Svarog Fifth Generation main battle tank and attack Helicopters and URNC Armored units. The Rangers were able to extract Raptor and inflict heavy casualties on the Russian forces in the process while countering the Russian advances.

Most of the targets by the invading Russian forces included major cities on the East Coast such as Miami, Florida and all the way up to Nova Scotia. Some of the fighting continued into Eastern Canada in cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, and Quebec City. Some areas and buildings on the East Coast that were attacked by the Russians included the CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia, Camp David and the Pentagon. The Russians' highest priority target in the United States was Washington D.C. where many American forces held every advance off in the capital.

As a retribution for the destruction of LOKI attack, the URNC their anger out on the civilian population. The Russian troops attacked residential neighbourhoods and shot civilian homes up. Will Riley indicated that the URNC intended to kill at least a thousand Americans civilians and New Federation civilian for every dead civilian across the Europe, Africa and Asia.  

Despite the invasion attempt, neither the United States or URNC or New Federation resorted to the use of nuclear weapons. Following the extraction of Raptor, the Rangers continued to push through Northern Virginia on route to Washington D.C. Heavy fighting ensued in a community named Arcadia where the Rangers along with a ICV bought valuable time for any remaining civilians to evacuate. 

The regiment was also tasked with extracting another High-Value Individual from a house on Brookmere Road. The HVI was found dead upon their arrival, apparently killed by URNC units. Upon investigating the safe-house, no evidence of a struggle was found. One of the HVI's guards was found to have FDM tattoo prison on his chest.  Shortly after, the soldiers continued their defenses to hold Washington D.C. until the reinforcements arrived.

Meanwhile in West Coast

The G.H.O.S.T. Base went on high alert in defense as URNC fleet arrived, the assault by URNC fleet but the U.S. Forces and G.H.O.S.T. defend the base all thanks to high advanced bipedal tank can and giant guns can easily take out many fleets.

In Latin American

While the U.S. Eastern Seaboard was under attack, the URNC invaded Castannal, Peurto La Cruz, Cumano, Peutro Rico, Rep.Dominicana and Haiti of New Federation. The URNC pushed through major cities. This led the New Federation on request for UK independence team SAS Aid on the front. By the time that the British reinforcements reached the front lines. The SAS and New Federation military fought on Northern East coastboard to retake the cities but retreated as URNC continued pushing through the West with Victory after victory suddenly, the Largest Federation fleet led by Domingo of his Slava class cruiser unleashed bombardment taking out the fleets leading the group retake the Major Cities of New Federations.

August 14th 2069

Counter-Strike in Pacific on URNC continent

The G.H.O.S.T., AND GnK found out that Rorke and Issac had ties to a prisoner in a Gulag in Argentina. The team linked up with the US Navy Seals to take a line of oil rigs out that were being used as SAM sites to clear the way for the U.S. Navy. Phase One of the operation was to take the SAM sites out and eliminate the Russian ground forces that took control of the oil rigs while rescuing the oil workers who were being held hostage.  Phase Two of the operation was to assault the gulag itself. After fighting their way into solitary confinement, Captain MacTavish was surprised to find out that #627 was Major Martin, aka Black Boss. The team barely escaped the prison before the U.S. Navy bombarded it into oblivion, though a fellow G.H.O.S.T operative named Duck was W.I.A.

The Battle of Washington D.C.

The massive URNC military force managed to take control of much of the Eastern Seaboard in the United States, except for Washington D.C. The main priority of the U.S. forces in the capital was to evacuate as many civilians and wounded soldiers as possible, then regroup to retake the city to begin their counteroffensive. However, the Russian Armour and the SAM sites delayed the evacuation and eliminating those threats proved to be crucial to ensuring said evacuation.

Despite the losses of the war in Operation TradeWind, the Rossartrist repeat believed the spark that would light the way to a better world could not be lit in North America and made efforts to undermine American influence so it would not come out on top at the end of the war after the failure attempt on propaganda of Rossartrist failed.

Thomas Vasquez leader of the Demon Dogs of USMC and his squad-mates consisting of Kevin entered the Department of Commerce to provide sniper and rocket support for the Washington Monument evacuation site with robot units. Kevin, using a Lynx (advanced weapon modified) equipped with a Thermal Scope assisted the team by takin down URNC troops.

Later, the team used the Javelins to destroy any incoming helicopters and IFV's. the civilians and the wounded soldiers being able to safely evacuate, the Rangers were now on the offensive. The team was picked up by the Navy Seal's in the V-280 Valor helicopters and heading to the World War II Memorial, URNC stronghold and tore it to pieces. In the beginning of the counteroffensive process, the team's V-280s was shot down by the SAM sites atop the Department of Justice. The Rangers and Marines crash-landed just southwest of the White House, surrounded by the URNC forces.

Simultaenously, the TF-161 operatives assault a URNC Submarine base with the intel of destroying a nuclear submarine but they had to face with KCCO General Carter on the mech. After killing Carter, Major Price, howevered, commandeered the sub and launched a nuclear missile. Jonathan intended to detonate the missile in orbit, creating adesperately needed EMP over the entire Eastern Seaboard, disablign all electronics.

At the crash site, the severely outnumbered and outgunned Rangers found themselves surrounded. The wounded Kevin and still active Thomas Vasquez continued to fight against the URNC forces. Meanwhile, in orbit, LOKI traverse maneuverer as the missile exploded creating an EMP.

On the ground, as the situation for the American forces looked grim and hopeless, the pulse reached the entire Eastern Seaboard (Except for all of Florida and the small parts of Georgia and mistakenly reaching the parts of Southeastern Canada), disabling most URNC and American electronics. Now with their advantage removed, their forces scattered in the ensuing chaos and the relief of the new combat vehicles thousands of miles away, the Russian forces began losing territory. As the URNC forces began closing in on the crash site, they were thrown into disarray when their own fighter planes and attack helicopters began falling to the ground which was an intended result of the EMP.

In the ensuing panic, Demon dogs and Rangers managed to escape the chaos. They soon learned through a runner named Private Michigan and Colonel Vactor was assembled a task force at Whiskey Hotel, intending to recapture the White House.

The regiment decided to join the other American forces to take the White House back. During the assault, an emergency broadcast was heard declaring that because of the radio blackout, it had been assumed Washington D.C. had fallen to the URNC and the United States Air Force was commencing a carpet bombing of the city. Hearing this message, the team desperately fought their way to the roof of the White House and deployed the green flares to indicate that the White House was retaken.

With the green flares sparked across the capital, the Battle of Washington D.C. proved to be the turning point of the war as the American forces started to push the URNC out of the Eastern Seaboard alongside with New Federation. Many cities in the Southeast would be retaken from the point on, but the Northeastern cities were still under URNC control including New York City, the cultural and economic pride of America as well as the financial capital of the world. New York City was being used as a main supply point for the URNC forces

Post-Washington

There were mixed responses from the international community. During the invasion of Northeastern Virginia, New Federation provide LOKI to take down the URNC fleet at one time aided with US Iowa class Battleship equipped with laser cannon and railgun for switch backup.

The Recapturing of Baltimore

The Coalition advances in the United States were coming to a halt. Baltimore, a URNC stronghold was cut off from the URNC territory in the Eastern Seaboard. The National Guards, British SAS, and Los Serpientes Blancos and Regular US Army advanced to retake a city. A National Guard Squadron and the British SAS teams were sent to an airport in Baltimore to kill important Coalition personnel.  They got on a plane to escape the city, but the British forces shot it down, killing the Coalition personnel.  The teams were then ordered to go to one of the ports in Baltimore to search for a Coalition WMD. When they found it, a URNC Attack helicopter was flying it away until a National Guardsman shot the helicopter down and it landed in the Patapsco River. The recon teams were sent to extract the WMD. The teams would then be transferred to New York to fight in the upcoming battle. When Baltimore was recaptured, there were heavy casualties on both sides. The URNC army retreated from Balitmore, leaving New York as the last URNC stronghold in the Eastern Seaboard.

The Coalition had failed since the Shining of new beacon world was supposed to keep surviving nations from fall. The URNC no choice is to built a stronghold in Eurasian

The Battle of New York

After the U.S. victory at the Battle of Washington D.C., the Americans reclaimed much of the Eastern Seaboard, pushing the remaining Coalition army back who concentrated their remaining forces in New York City, the cultural and economic pride of America and the financial capital of the world. For the Battle of New York, the Coalition forces were dug in and had the advantage with the URNC Navy only a few miles from the New York Shorelines, the arrival of new vehicles, aircraft, and a radar jamming system on top of the New York Stock Exchange which renders all American ground communications and aircraft guidance systems useless. So, the U.S. fighter planes were unable to lock onto and destroy the vital enemy positions. The Delta Forces elite squad Silver Wolves and Team metal led by Frost was assigned to assault the fortified Stock Exchange and destroy the jammer but as the G.H.O.S.T prepare to bring out the Metal Gear X series and Walker Gears including Battle Gear to face the Coalition army.

After fighting fierce Coalition resistance on Wall Street and at the New York Stock Exchange, Metal Team and Silver Wolves successfully destroyed the jamming system and was extracted by a UH-60 Stealth Black Hawk helicopter for Navy Seals and Delta team. While manning the Blackhawk's mini-gun, Frost shot a number of Coalition Attack helicopters down who are in pursuit. With the jamming system destroyed, the U.S. F-52 launched massive airstrikes and were able to destroy the key enemy positions all throughout the city, the Metal Gear X T-REX and ZEKE including Walker Gear and battle Gear were deployed making Coalition and their AAX mech were shocked in fear of the giant behemoth machines. T-REX and ZEKE took out the army of Coalition and manage to use the shield from rockets, lasers and railguns as armies pushed the URNC forces back giving the U.S. ground forces the momentum that they needed to push the remaining Coalition ground troops back all the way to the shoreline of New York.

Following their next orders, Delta Force was assigned to intercept a URNC's Class attack Submarine  which was armed with enough cruise missiles to level the Eastern Seaboard. The submarine had orders to do just that if all Coalition forced back into the sea. With much of their Navy's ships in the harbor destroyed, but the Iowa Class battleship four of them surrounded their fleets engage a fierce bombardment, USS Wisconsin and USS Missouri unleash their guns in rage on Coalition while New Fed submarines defend the battleship against enemy fleets, the Americans could not engage the URNC Navy directly as their fleet surrounded by US Iowa class battleship.  With this in mind, Delta Force was ordered to intercept the submarine along with a detachment of the U.S. Navy SEALs, force the submarine up to the surface, board and eliminate its crew and turn its missiles against its own fleet.

Silver Wolves team and Frost swam trhough flooded submerged Brooklyn Battery Tunnel and into New York Harbor. There, they rendezvoused with a team of Navy Seals and continued toward their objective. The depths of the harbor were filled with Coalition mines and the joint  Delta Force/SEAL force was instructed to navigate around them using the mine detecting sonar devices.

After successfully passing the mines, the team planted charges on the enemy sub. The charges detonated and the submarine was forced to surface, allowing the team to board. Frost and Brain D. Cooper  entered through the sub's access hatch and fought their way up to the bridge. The two of them breached the room, killing all of the sailors within and their captain. From the bridge, Frost and Brain were able to  launch the submarine's missiles against the Coalition fleet. 

Delta Force boarded the Zodiac watercraft that the SEALs put in place and they made their escape as the cruise missiles from the sub destroyed the Russian fleet. They were extracted by a VTOL and flown away from Manhattan as the U.S fighters and US Metal Gear X, Walker Gear and Battle gear annihilated the remaining Coalition positions in New York. With the fleet annihilated, URNC made an emergency withdrawal of all military forces from the Eastern Seaboard, signifying the two Americas victory.

After the URNC military invasion attempt of the United States and New Latin Federation failed, the URNC planned to launched their own Satellite array code named "RAGNAROK". Once their trial complete, the array would be used to destroy the remaining US and New Federation major cities and its military.

Before the array was activate, the US and New Federation marshaled the largest naval forces to launch an incursion to capture RAGNAROK's primary control center in Nizhny Novgorod  were the railway of Siberian Lifeline program takes place. Despite being heavily defended, the facility was breached and destroyed, allowing a US and New Federation Air Force squad to attack the array's command station in space led by Jason and the S T-Doll units to redirect RAGNAROK while LOKI came to aid the US led New Fed capture RAGANAROK to fire against Coalition ground while LOKI focus on naval forces. Despite many years Ghost fail to kill Rorke, Markus, Linda and Noah finally put at end of Rorke as he was free from brainwash but he is slowly dying. Rorke then apologize to Hesh and Logan about his father before passing away.

But the US and New Federation were still on the war, suddenly the Inner Circles somehow release Ivan Makarov as he rallied his operators announcing his plan.

Meanwhile, Makarov learned the war still going on as his operator engage against the Outer Heaven's PMCs forces. The ULF planned to erased the video record in prevent of URNC going to war against Urzikstan.

After interrogating a Shadow Company soldier for intel in St. Petersburg, Ivan Makarov and subordinates as they loaded a bomb into one helicopter before Makarov departed in another.

Makarov hired a hacker, who uploaded a Trojan virus to the British train system, allowing him to control it. This prompted TF-161 and the URNC special forces intervention, however Makarov and his men had already gone down the tunnel earlier, they used the trains and set up sentry turrets to delay TF-161 and Coalition special forces to give them time to plant the bomb and destroy the tunnel.

In spite of that, Task Force 161 still managed to reach the bomb's location; as Duncan and Jonathan alongside Mantis were disarming the bomb, but Makarov and his men ambushed them. Ordering his men to stand back and leave his enemies to him, Makarov shot Duncan with a gunshot to the head, much to the anguish of Jonathan, Makarov was then forced to retreat when Alex, his Lion Force and TF-151 fired on them as Ivan Makarov remain unknown fate.

However a shadow insurrection mounted against other countries in 2069 by EX1. Possessing Les Enfants Terribles subject Liquid Snake while Issac will always followed Liquid command to gain control of the world five largest private military companies: (The surviving 2014 PMC) Clawing Ocelot or Otselotovaya Khvatka, four new PMCs: Demon Raven, Hunting Mantis, Dark Werewolf and Deceiving Octopus PMC combing their might under a signle mother company known as Outer Heaven. To bring this might to bear, EX1 (Liquid) planned to remove the restriction placed on the PMCs by Battlefield control system active, SOP also known as Sons of the Patriots.

EX1 successfully hijacked Sons of the Patriots after obtaining the DNA code of Big Boss and using the repaired AI GW from Arsenal Gear as a backdoor into the system. Intending to remove the Patriots' power completely, EX1 and Issac next planned to take the core AI JD offline, by firing a "naked" nuclear warhead with Metal Gear TARANTULA's rail gun and destroying the orbital satellite in which it was housed.

Although it was initially believed that EX1 intended to usurp the Patriots' power for himself, he had in fact manipulated FTac Recon into shutting down the AI system altogether via infection of GW with the virus FOXALIVE and Chiron. EX1 had faked possession to ensure his alongside Emilia Morse's goal of saving and continue finding the long lost name of the Nameless Commander. Although he had met with success regarding the Outer Heaven's destruction, he failed to implement complete anarchy due to modifications to FOXALIVE that were secretly implemented by Alex, Valentina Volgin's only son. Issac then removed Liquid Snake's DNA from EX1 after fighting between The Twins.

World War 4 had come to the end as United States, New Federation and URNC began recovered from the war as US and New Fed Merged as victorious again but two Americas refused as influence power, they give URNC a change a share.

Most habitable zones in South America, Europe, North America and northern Asia are integrated into the URNC. The US would let URNC and New Soviet Republic Alliance do their work on managing collapsed radiation polluted areas.
