location: Neu-Temphelhof district, Berlin

Used by: Von Oberstein family (formerly) and used by the Rogue Black Ops team as their safehouse and base.

History: This manor is home to the Von Obsertstein family, in 2027, six generations of the Oberstein family, Fedrick Von Obsertein died by a Federation agent during assassination. The eldest son of the seventh generation of the Oberstein family, Rudolf von Oberstein is the Minister of Industry and Information Technology as well as Vice-President of the State Council of Germany and the father of Lunasia and William von Oberstein

In the 2040s, Rudolf was the director of the Max Planck Institute for Informatics in Saarbrücken and his eldest daughter often visited the lab of Lycoris and Persicaria.  However, the Oberstein family was forced into hiding after Rudolf's political standing fell through due to his connection to Relic Technology and Lunasia died from illness while the family was in hiding some time after the end of World War Three.

In 2064, Angelia, DEFY and light found William's mansion as they investigate the place or inform StateSec as AN-94 watch the are with Light and his Stasi agents, while Ange, RPK and AK-12 explored the building. RPK sent AK-15 to explore on her own, and Ange discovered the defaced painting of the von Oberstein's family tree.

When Light warned of a Paradeus attack, RPK locked Ange in a room with her and stated that she perceived her nature as a Doll to be flawed, and that she wanted to become more human. Revealing that she did not have the usual Neural Cloud restrictions preventing Dolls to turn against humans, RPK fired at Ange with her pistol, but Ange managed to quickdraw and deflect the bullet with her own handgun. Ange threw a grenade at RPK to put some distance between them, buying enough time for AK-15 to intervene. Ange ordered 15 to recover RPK's neural core before leaving. While fleeing, she was cornered by Strelets, who could not be killed by her handgun. Light arrived and took down the Strelets with an HK512,  but his gun and his hand were cut by Gray. Gray then attacked Ange, lacerating and breaking her ribcage until she passed out. Gray then interrupted the fight between AK-15 and RPK-16 by threatening to kill Ange, but 15 attacked regardless, impaling herself on Gray's scorpion tail to engage in close-quarters and put Gray off-balance until she got an opportunity to grab Ange and flee through a wall, but Gray and RPK recaptured her, killed Light and destroyed AK-15 and AN-94.

By 2069 during the Fourth War, FTac Recon and M4 arrived at the old Manor, during their mission to investigate Outer Heaven's PMCs involvement. M4 saw the faceless paint of the Oberstein family, and Lunasia was one of them.

In 2074, The Rogue Black Ops use William Mansion as the base to hunt down W.A.O.H. (White Army Of Heaven).
