Background: The Rogue Black Ops team comprises several former CIA operatives, who are on the run from their former employers. Led by Frank Woods, the team seeks to clear their name and expose the corruption within the CIA. They are primarily headquartered within a former KGB safehouse, codenamed "the Rook."

While the team is officially rogue, they operate with clandestine support from elements within the US government, as to help uncover any further corruption in the CIA and US government.

The CIA's Crimson One are their primary opponents, who are officially sanctioned by the US government to terminate them when possible.

In 2074, The Rogue Black Ops team was reformed by Cole Woods, which comprises former several CIA operatives, MI6 operatives, StateSec operatives, Stasi operatives and former Japanese Yakuza in Hokkaido, Japan. The Dolls is also added to the team aswell, when they seek to clear their name and expose the corruption within the URNC or any government like CIA. hey are primarily headquartered within William's former Mansion, the Von Oberstein family mansion codenamed "The Queen."

The team is officially group just like 1990s, they operate with clandestine support from elements within the US government, URNC and Antartic Union in secret as to help uncover any further corruption in the CIA, US Government, and URNC.

The URNC CDB's Royal Crown 1 are their primary opponents, who are officially sanctioned by the URNC to terminate them when possible

Info: Taken in by Guild, one of the Crime Faction in Japan, at young age in 2017, Kira Shinji loyally served the crime family as they trained her to become an assassin and espionage expert. Her allegiance changed when she met the love of her life, an idealistic man who helped reveal the ugliness of the criminal underworld. 

When Kira expressed her desire to quit the life of an assassin, the crime family manipulated her into thinking that her partner was an inside agent for a rival crime family. She orchestrated his death, but afterward discovered that the ordeal was a setup to keep her in line.

Kira flee from Japan to America after the First Beilan Island incident, she disowned her adopted family and became an independent assassin, funneling her resources into waging a personal war against the Crime Faction. Her exploits eventually caught the eye of CIA operatives in Europe who were eager to use her uncanny ability to track down elusive targets.

Info: Raised in Berlin during the Stasi agent service Locus Wuttem excelled at sports but showed little interest in them, preferring to read or tinker with appliances and electronic devices. Following compulsory military service. However after years within their Ranks, Locus began to regret his associations with Union of Rossartrist Nation Coalition. After successfully escaping to America, he made a living by providing the criminal underworlds of Europe with his technological expertise and inventions.

Info: She is a member of the MI6 and conducted clandestine operations. In 2074, after URNC formation, Lily joined the Rogue Black Ops team in terms of corruptions within government.

Klenin Dzhanibek

Affiliation: Perun Armor units (formerly), StateSec, The Rogue Black Ops team

Info: Born in URNC, he joined the URNC Army, he pilot the AAX series mech. He then left the army where he would begin working for the Guild Syndicate using his skills vehicles. He then leave the URNC army and join the StateSec. He would become their designated driver, taking up the task of delivering exotic vehicles to high profile clients, and being the getaway driver for Guild operatives. Klenin became a hub for the Rogue Black Ops, who came looking for new recruits to join their cause in stopping the W.A.O.H. and Royal Crown 1. The Guild Syndicate, knowing of Klenin's craft would task him as their inside man of the Rogue Black Ops.
