"I.. I'm sorry. I don't mean to make you hate each other." Lucas says whilst I have a confused look on my face.
"Riley and I would never hate each other, right Riles?" I say back and turn to look at Riley.
"Yeah I guess." Riley answers. What? 'I guess' Why? Did I do something to make her angry because I don't think so.
"Will someone just tell me what's going on?" I demand with a serious look.
"I like you Maya! Hell, I love you." He yells with a frustrated look on his face whilst then moving his hands around like a maniac and right at that moment, right when he says that Josh walks in. Lucas sees him and says "Holy sh... shampoo!"
"Trust me, I'm older than you. I can take some swearing but I can't take you saying that to Maya." Josh states angrily. I was about to say something but then Lucas says "Why? It's not like you two are in a relationship or anything, you're just a flipping fantasy." Ok, this idiot doesn't get to come in here and ruin EVERYTHING.
"Shut up Pappy Joe and don't say what you don't know. Josh and I are in fact in a relationship, and so far it's perfect and everything I've ever ever dreamed of. And I don't have a desire of pouring a smoothie on his head." I yell angrily whilst clicking my knuckles.
"Peaches, how could you not tell me about you and Josh?" Riley says sounding really hurt.
"Because it literally just happened down stairs 7 minutes ago." I say and laugh.
"Oh, that's ok then. Oh my purple cat! I need to plan your 10 minute anniversary. Excuse me." She exclaims and walks out the door. "Anything else you want to say Lucas?" Josh says whilst shooting eye daggers at him and holding the door open. Lucas shakes his head. "Then get the hell out!" Josh shouts and Lucas does exactly that. Well hasn't this been a very interesting day?
"No Lucas! Just please please get out." I hear Riley cry from downstairs.
Once again I say "I'll be right back" and run downstairs but this time Josh runs behind me.
"Lucas, I'm really sorry about everything ok? I want to talk it out and eventually we will but right now please just leave for a minute. This isn't going great right now. We'll make time for you Ranger Rick but please just go now." I say as nicely as I can.
