It was time for Riley, Farkle, Zay, Chai, Smackle, and Lucas to leave Texas and return to New York they were waiting for their flight to be called. Maya and Scott came to say goodbye to them.

Lucas, Farkle, Zay, Chai, and Smackle said goodbye to Scott and to look out for Maya and make sure she behaves which made Maya, playfully roll her eyes and Scott nodded and hugged each of them.

"Thank you, Riley. For, letting Maya stay I know it must've been a hard decision. I really appreciate it. I promise to look out for her." Scott said happily making Riley smile and kiss Scott on the head. "Thanks Scott. That's really sweet of you. Have a good summer, Scott." Riley said as she hugged Scott.

Scott, walked over to Farkle, Zay, Chai, Smackle, and Lucas who were sitting waiting for their flight.

"Thank you, Riley. For, agreeing with my decision to stay here. I really appreciate it." Maya said smiling causing Riley to smile as well. Riley then looks at Scott and then at Maya.

"Even though you only known Scott for two days. Anybody, can see how much you care about him. Just promise me you won't forget about me." Riley said the last sentence scared that Maya will meet someone and forget about her. Maya lifted up Riley chin and smiled.

"Riley, I know what your thinking. That, I might meet someone and just forget about you. But that's never going to happen. Because nobody has my heart like the way you do. You have nothing to be afraid of." Maya said trying to assure Riley.

"I know, but I can't help but think you'll just forget about us. For, your going to meet new friends and forget to video chat me or call me." Riley told Maya scared that it might happen.

"Riley, you don't have to worry about any of that. Because, you're my home. I don't care where we are. You'll always be my home." Maya told Riley with so much love in not just her voice but in her eyes. Their flight number was called signaling for them to head out.

"Riley, let's not say goodbye. Let's just say I love you." Maya said trying her best not to cry. "I love you too. I always will." Riley replied as tears fell. Maya, softly wiped them away and the two shared a passionate kiss. Scott came and stood beside Maya.

"Thanks again. Riley. Thank you for letting Maya stay in Texas for the summer." Scott said smiling making Riley smile as well. She kneeled in front of Scott and hugged him. "I know how important it is." Riley said as she got up and walked toward their rest of their friends who waited for Riley.

Maya and Scott waved at their friends as they watched them give their passport and board the airplane. "C'mon Scott let's go home." Maya said smiling as she picked up Scott and put him on her shoulder and they walked to Pappy Joe house.

Throughout the summer, Maya and Riley will video chat and Maya will send Riley pictures of her with the orphans who Maya seemed to visit and always tell the story of tombstone for they couldn't get enough. And, some friends she made in Texas. Kermit, surprised Maya by coming to visit her and even got to meet her half sister. Maya, talked about what her and Scott will do. And, how she wished Riley was with her. Riley will always smile when Maya said that.

As, months passed the time had finally arrived of Maya coming back to New York. Riley, was so excited she joined Shawn and Katy who were picking up Maya from the airport. The three arrived to the airport and heard Maya flight number had now landed. The three started to see if they can find Maya within the crowd. When, Riley suddenly remembered she brought a piece of paper that said Maya. The same paper she used in eighth grade when Maya and her got into an argument about beliefs. Riley pulled it out of her jean jacket and held it up.

Katy, then spots Maya within the crowd and tells Shawn and Katy she's spotted Maya. Riley, then held up the sign higher hoping that it will make Maya notice the sign. Maya, turned and saw Riley sign and smiled. She, dropped her bags and ran towards Riley.

Riley, dropped the paper and ran towards Maya who caught her when she jumped towards Maya who caught her in time. They both laughed happily and shared a passionate kiss with so much passion that they forgot the people that were around them. For, they were only focused on each other. They broke apart and shared a quick kiss. Maya, set Riley on the ground and they walked to Shawn and Katy who watched Maya and Riley reunion.

Maya and Riley walked towards Shawn and Katy who hugged Maya tightly. "Baby girl, I missed you so much! I'm glad your finally back." Katy said with happiness, "Same here. We really missed you it hasn't been the same without you." Shawn said as he ruffled Maya hair causing her to smile.

"Me too, I really missed all of you. Thanks for letting me stay in Texas. It's something I won't forget now I understand why Lucas found it hard to leave Texas and why he missed it." Maya said as she thought about Texas. Riley, hugged her. "I know you miss Scott. But, I know the two of you will reunite. Remember, how Eric was reunited with Tommy." Riley asked hoping it cheer Maya up. Maya smiled, "Yeah, I'm glad to be back." Maya said happily as Shawn picked up her bags and headed home.
