Hoseok's Pov~

"I don't want to do this." I say for the 50th time since y/n told me Yoongi wanted to come speak to me about what happened.

"You have to hear him out, Hoseok. Trust me, it'll make you feel better." Y/n says and after her telling me about her talk with him, I knew she was right.

I was just so upset that any of this happened to begin with that I didn't even want to hear him out.

"He's about to be here." Y/n says as she parts ways from me to go get the door.

After a few seconds, both Yoongi and y/n appear in the living room. I mentally sighed as my eyes met Yoongi's.

"Hey." He says, his voice soft and cautious. "Hey." I say simply.

"We'll leave you two to talk." Y/n says then heads off in the direction of our room, Ari trailing behind her. Then it's just Yoongi and I.

I motion to the couch and we both sit. I didn't look at him then.

"I'm really sorry, Hoseok. I know you're upset and trust me, you have every reason to be. I never meant to start liking y/n but it happened and I can't take it back. I just want you to know I have absolutely no desire to act on it because I would never do that to you! Never. I'm really sorry." Yoongi says, his voice sounding regretful.

"I feel terrible and I don't ever want to disrespect you and I feel like it did. We've been friends for so long and I would hate for this to ruin our friendship. You have nothing to worry about at all because I would never try to ruin what you and y/n have. I hope you believe me." Yoongi says and I sigh, knowing I can't stay mad at him after hearing all of this.

"I do believe you, Yoongi. I'm sorry I got so upset. I just love y/n so much and after hearing that you had feelings for her I just felt so hurt and betrayed...you're like a brother to me and I couldn't understand why you would start liking the woman I love. The more I thought about it the angrier I got and I'm sorry I didn't listen to what you had to say." I frown.

"I understand that and that's a totally reasonable reaction. I just want you to know you don't need to worry about me because I would never try to ruin this for you. I know you love y/n and I love that you found your person. I really am sorry." Yoongi says and instead of responding, I lean forward and hug him.

He hugs me back instantly, his arms tight around me. We sit like that for a moment before I pull back.

"I know she's hot but she's all mine. I already have dibs." I say, trying to make a lighthearted joke.

Yoongi cracks a smile. "Good, I'm glad you do. You deserve y/n and she deserves you. You two are perfect for each other."

Hearing him say this makes me smile. At the end of the day, Yoongi is one of my best friends and I'm glad I sat and listened to what he had to say.

If I hadn't I might have lost him as a friend and that's the last thing that I want.

"I don't hear fighting so think it's safe to say things went well?" I hear and both Yoongi and I turn to see y/n peak her head around the corner.

"Yeah, it's all good." I smile and Yoongi nods, watching as y/n walks over and sits down on my lap.

"Good because I don't want you two to fight. I know I'm so crazy irresistible that it's hard not to want me, but please, don't fight anymore." Y/n laughs as she grins widely.

Both Yoongi and I laugh at her comment as Yoongi shakes his head.

"No more fights here. All is well and we're good." He smiles and I agree. I was happy that everything was finally as it was before.

After a bit, Yoongi headed out and Ari, y/n, and I all sat down at the kitchen table to eat dinner.

"I can't believe you have to leave tomorrow. I'm gonna cry." Y/n frowns as she pokes at her food.

"I know but don't worry, I'm sure I'll be back sooner then you think." Ari says and y/n forces herself to smile even though I knew she was still upset.

Ari's flight was tomorrow and I knew y/n didn't want her to leave but she didn't have much choice.

I'm sure she'd be back soon to come visit both y/n and Namjoon. Judging by how things were going, I'm positive this wasn't just a week fling for them.

"I'm gonna cry tomorrow I just know it." Y/n says as she picks up her fork and takes a small bite of her food.

"If you cry I'll cry so you can't." Ari says with a smile and I could tell that although she was upset too, she was trying to stay strong for y/n.

Y/n and Ari continue to talk about her flight tomorrow, thus making themselves even more upset.

After dinner when y/n and I went into our room, y/n grabbed her blanket from the bed and looked over at me.

"I'm gonna sleep in the living room with Ari tonight, okay?" She says and knowing how upset she was about Ari leaving tomorrow, I don't object.

"Love you." Y/n says as she pecks my lips before heading into the living room with Ari.

I get ready for bed and lay down. It was strange not having y/n in bed with me but at the same time, I was glad she was out there with Ari right now.

After all it was their last night together for I'm not sure how long and I was glad they were spending it together.

Knowing I'd need lots of energy for tomorrow so that I could console y/n, I go to sleep

I'd definitely need the rest.
