After picking up elys and letting Moní let off some steam I walk into our bedroom and see Moní sitting on the bed, I was still in my joggers but my lower half was covered.

I sit behind her and rub her shoulders, she leans into my chest and I wrapped my arms around her kissing her soft lips.

"Guess what."

"What Blake."

"Its elys's birthday."

She instantly smiled and I was going to spoil my baby girl. I let Moní rest and headed into elys's room. Once I opened the door she smiled at me. I whispered happy birthday and kissed her forehead.

"Let's get you ready Freddy."

She was wife awake and after her bath she put on a pink and white poka dot dress. We sat on her bed and she sat in between my legs as I brushed and combed her thick hair. You don't see many white guys doing black girls hair. I took a pic and posted it to Facebook.

Elys was finished with brushing her teeth and once she finished so was I.

We went downstairs to meet Moní.

as I saw her walking around and talking to all the childrens parents. She looked so comfortable. All the guys seemed to gravitate towards me. Although, the moms seem to be having a good time talking Moní.

As I leave to go get some hard soda, I get stopped by this one guy who looked nice an all.

"Hey man, I heard its your kids birthday party today."

"Yeah, she's turning four today."

"Wow, they seem to grow up fast, don't they."

"Yeah, seems like it."

I couldn't tell the guy the truth about Elys. She's not even my biological child but I consider her as my own. I love elys no matter what happens or stands in our way.

He looked at me and his face seemed to sink a bit. It caused me to swallow hard and look at my little girl run around in her bouncy house.

"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy."

"What! What's wrong? Are you hurt? Bleeding? Are you in pain elys?"

I was scared out of my mind but elys was just laughing her little butt off.

"Daddy, I wanted to say I love you, I love you bunches and bunches."

"Elys you scared the living chicken pasta noodles out of me girl."

"Chicken pasta noodles, what the world daddy." She laughed.

"I just wanted my birthday girl to laugh."

"He he."

Seeing elys smile was the highlight of my day, then Moní walked over. God her body was amazing and I adored plus size women.

Moní looked at me with a soft smile an told me that she was going inside to get the cake. I nodded my head. She walked in and I got tugged on.

Elys was pulling my hand an jumping.

"What's up, ginger snaper."

"Can I eat my cake now daddy."

"You can't baby girl?"

"No, I like cake."

"I like cake to, mommy is getting it."

"Ok."

As soon as I said that Moní came out with the cake. Elys was jumping for joy and we both were happy. Elys closed her eyes for the birthday wish and opened her eyes wide. She blew out the candles.

Then out of no where a kid pushes my daughters face into the cake and I instantly get pissed off, my pissostitiy level went off to the max. Elys went quiet for a minute and started crying, dropping to her knees.

It made my heart strain. I ran over to elys, mm picked her up and carries her to my room. Her crying was slowly turning njnto hiccups. I got into my room and shut the door, I took her into the bathroom, sat her on the counter and started wiping all the cake away from her tear stained face.

"I'm so so so sorry princess."

"He was a meanie."

"Yes he was."

When I removed all the cake away from her face. I kissed her all her face and gave her a big hug. Moní soon walked in with tears.

"Oh my poor baby, are you alright baby."

"Yes mommy."

"Everyone left an they took food for the go, some helped me clean up and now its just us three ok baby."

"Thank you mommy."

"Your welcome honey."

Moní kissed elys on cheeks an tickled her. She picked her up and said I love you. The elys looked at me.

"Yes elys?"

"Can you paint my nails daddy?"

"I'd love to baby girl. Come on, let's get glamoured up."

She smiled with joy and I took her to her room and brought Monís basket of nail polish, yes my wife has over a HUNDRED colors. How many can a women even need. Like gosh dang it.

Elys chooses a aqua blue and a glittered on. I personally don't understand glitter. I did her feet first and no lie she was looking adorable. An if you think that kid was out my mind, hell to the goodness gracious no!

He got my baby girl crying and upset, he ruined her birthday but not fully. We got our PJs on, some popcorn, and some soda and we watches the movie zootopia. No lie it was a cute movie but the god damn sloth was working my last nerve.

What a long goddamn day.
