Chapter 08
A/N: Again please keep in mind this is the 1st draft and was written in 2011. If you read this one and then go over to the newer version you'll also notice a name change from Ethan to Hael. Ethan has always been one of my favorite names, but decided in the 3rd draft (since I already have an Ethan in V for Virgin!) that I'd go for Hael.

After pushing through that bout of guilt with Trina they'd managed a whole two hour conversation about the students in the school, more importantly the purpose for the humans attending. The humans were basically the equivalent of a slave to the hierarchy supernatural's that were at the school. Apparently Ginger had picked a school for royalty.
Boy could she pick 'em.
"So this Kerr, the way the wol-um Ethan and Lyssa were talking it seemed he was the only real prince."
Trina paused, scrunching her face up in thought before answering. "Technically that's true. Kerr has like real royal blood."
"What is he?"
"He's fae folk."
If Ginger had been drinking it would have snorted out her nose. Shocking what information could be spewed in just a few short hours really, for example, fairies did exist.
"So I should of clapped for Tinkerbell?"
Trina paused. "I thought Tinkerbell was a pixie."
"Do they exist?"
Trina shrugged. "Pretty much everything you've heard of exists in one form or another, it's just that sometimes human get the information crossed."
Ginger had a hunch about this, had wondered a couple of times when she couldn't place a Sup properly. Clearly she didn't know everything, but she hadn't really expected everything to be real.
"That male nurse, what's he" Ginger asked carefully. She couldn't seem too needy for the information and it wasn't like she could flat out ask how to kill a fairy or something else either, though she could guess iron was a key factor for fae at least. As Trina said usually we humans either missunderstood the information or just got some of it wrong and little bits of partially correct information just didn't cut it in the field.
Trina sneered in disgust at the mention of the nurse. "Toby, ugh, he's such a pervert. He is fae, but don't let him be your judgment of the race. Don't let Kerr either for that matter. Kerr's a snooty ass. Maggie O'Connor would be a great example of a gentle moral fae," Trina stopped and cocked an eyebrow, "You know Ginger, you don't know a lot about the supernatural world. How could you not know Fairies are real?"
"Preachin' to the choir babe," Ginger mumbled, thinking she should have done a little more homework before applying for the scholarship.
She was all about the hands on teaching and sometimes that meant jumping the gun. Besides H.A.S.P didn't want to teach her, if she couldn't be taught, she'd have to teach herself. It was the only way for her to be someone in Lucca's world.
Her heart warmed at the mention of his name, she really couldn't wait to get her hormonal cravings under way by being with him. She'd probably attack him if she didn't get him soon. Poor boy! He had no idea she was gonna tear him up.
She felt her cheeks flush as she glanced up at Trina who had thought it okay to jump on Ginger's bed beside her. "So let's talk about which family you're going to work for!"
Ginger snorted. "I'm no ones slave."
Trina frowned and shook her head. "No," she paused appearing distraught and searched Ginger's face, making her feel like she'd given something away before Trina finally decided to respond. "We don't treat you as slaves."
"I recall you telling me Trinity is required to give Claude blood every other day."
Trina's shoulders rose, preparing to defend Claude. "She's paid handsomely for it."
Ginger shrugged, stretching her legs out before her, and folding her arms behind her head as she rested against the pillow. "So she's a blood whore?"
Trina gasped in shock, her hand slapping against her chest, her mouth dropped open, and her eyes so wide she'd pass as a cartoon. "Ginger!"
Ginger raised an eyebrow. "What?"
"He's a recently turned seventeen-year-old vampire. Would you rather he is out on the streets killing humans because he can't control it? It's better that he's in a stable environment with a steady supply of human blood from his female employee and from the school."
"You say female like it has to be a female," Ginger made a conclusion.
Trina sighed, clearly even more distraught with where the conversation had turned than before, but Ginger needed to know this stuff, she'd deal with the damage afterwards. "It does have to be a female human for a heterosexual male vampire, especially one so young. He not only has to deal with blood lust, but actual lust."
"So she fucks him?"
Trina gasped again.
Ginger contained her sigh. It seemed this would be a trend.
"The way you speak, it's like you raised yourself, 'f' this and 'f' that."
Ginger ignored that comment considering she did raise herself, mostly, and she wouldn't stop saying 'fuck,' it was her word of choice. "Well does she?"
"I don't think so. They aren't required to provide intercourse, but her being female helps none the less."
Ginger laughed at the flushed expression on the gargoyles face. Ginger may be innocent to some aspects of the supernatural world and she may be a virgin, but words weren't enough to make her blush. It was rather amusing they could make this one do that. "So either she blows him or fucks him." She didn't form it as a question.
"I suppose you'll have to ask them," she provided weakly, seeming to give up on the gasping. "I think I've already become desensitized to your verbiage."
"I'm just as educated as the next person, self educated in fact, I've taken a real liking to the medical field even, but can I ask you something?"
Trina nodded, suddenly curious.
"Who the fuck talks like that?"
The laughter tickled the back of Ginger's throat as Trina gasped once again. Gargoyles, at least this one, were fun.
