The Second Attack

(No POV)

The Frost Queen beckoned to two figures.

The first was a Scar lookalike; except with a Jellie on his head.

The second was a Cleo in a camo suit.

"You two. Go to 'Zedaph'.", The Frost Queen commanded.

The two Egos nodded and went out the door.

Then, Menace stepped out of some shadows.

"And I will try to assassinate as much as possible solo.", he declared.

Queen growled at him. "Don't blow our cover.", she snapped.

Menace shrugged.

"They know what we're doing anyway."

Queen rolled her eyes. "Just be careful.", she retorted.

Menace laughed, and look off.

(Cub's POV)

(At least a few hours timeskip; brought to you by some previews. The titles of some possible books: 'Demons, Danger, and Souls', 'Hex', 'A Monster', 'A Jingle and a Jangle?', 'Switcharoo', and 'Acid Test' Which one sounds more interesting? What hermit do you think MIGHT be focused on each one?)

Cub was finishing up a drone, programming the last one.

SWOOSH!

"What was that?", Cub thought.

He stopped to listen, and he could hear the screaming of phantoms outside.

Taking out his sword, Cub walked cautiously outside.

SWOOSH!

A blue figure, resembling a phantom, tackled into him, a diamond sword also on hand.

The figure attempted to stab Cub, but Cub parried.

Hissing, the figure rose straight up into the air.

Looking around, Cub counted at least twenty phantoms.

One by one, they all dove at him, and Cub was forced to head into a wall.

The figure landed, with his sword up and ready to deal a fatal blow.

Grunting, Cub decided to throw his sword at the phantom wanna-be, who only nimbly dodged.

Grinning, the figure walked slowly forwards, holding up it's sword again.

"Give up, Cub. I'm stronger than you.", hissed the figure.

"Never.", Cub retorted, and shapeshifted.

He could feel the spikes, wings, and claws grow from his body, himself growing bigger.

The figure gulped, and backed away.

Cub had become an Ender Dragon.

He had two horns that twisted off into the air behind him, and had jet black scales. He still had a lab coat on.

Roaring, Cub breathed fire on the figure.

The figure dodged, and with his army of phantoms, charged.

Unfazed, Cub whipped them with a heavy tail, and chomped down on some of them, breaking their delicate bones.

The figure widened his green glowing eyes, and retreated into the air, five phantoms following him.

Huffing, Cub shapeshifted back into a human, and shot an arrow at the fleeing shadows with a crossbow for good measure.

(Python's POV)

(Ten minute time skip brought to you by 'Guinea Pig Dance')

Python was patching up the walls of his base.

Happily, he walked back inside.

Then, a terrible screeching noise sounded behind him.

Python sighed a breath of relief as the raging phantom missed and crashed into a tree.

He took out his sword, ready to show off his PvP skills.

But it seems that luck was not in his favor tonight.

Extreme pain.

Dropping to the grass, he clutched the back of his scaly neck with his left hand, and tried to pull out a potion of healing.

"Too late!", hissed a voice behind him in pleasure as his sight disappeared.

(Zedaph's POV)

Zedaph placed down a bed to rest for the night.

The sound of footsteps was heard nearby.

He whipped around, and saw two figures.

One looked like an evil Scar (Sort of) with a gray cat on his head, and the other looked like a Cleo with camo clothing.

The Cleo stood back to fire an arrow, and the Scar swung his sword.

Zedaph dodged, but an arrow pierced his unarmored hand.

He screamed in pain.

Zedaph pulled out a sword, and fought the Scar.

The sound of clanging swords filled the air as Zedaph parried and striked, using his power to defend himself from arrows.

But then, the touch of cold metal touched his back, which had only an elytra.

Gasping, Zedaph collapsed.

He tried to turn back time, but it was almost as if the sword had sucked up his energy.

As the Scar grabbed his sword, and prepared to swing, the cat on his head hissing at Zedaph, he was sure this was his end.

But then, an egg and an arrow zipped into the Scar.

The arrow narrowly missed, but the egg perfectly landed square on Scar's face.

The Cleo and Zedaph turned around.

Over there, from some shadows, was a woman with a duck onesie, and another woman with a yellow hoodie with stripes.

Duckwoman and Beegirl had come to join the fray.

Duckwoman charged at the Cleo, an egg in hand. She pummeled the Cleo's stomach and slapped the Cleo in the face with the egg.

Beegirl shot an arrow at the Scar, which pierced his arm.

The Scar turned around, wiped off the remaining yolk, and glared at Duckwoman and Beegirl

"Traitor.", the Scar growled, and charged at Beegirl.

Beegirl dodged, and ducked, allowing an angry bee to sting the Scar.

Beegirl gently smiled, and pulled down some goggles as a swarm of bees emerged behind her.

Gulping, the Scar made a hasty getaway.

Meanwhile, Duckwoman was still grappling with the Cleo, who was stronger than the Scar.

Cleo threw a kick, and knocked Duckwoman off of her.

Duckwoman, quick as a snake, got back onto her feet, and pelted Cleo with eggs.

Cleo growled as the eggs blinded her.

Duckwoman flew at her and headbutted Cleo, and gave an assortment of punches to her.

Cleo spat Duckwoman in the eyes and threw her off.

Duckwoman wiped her eyes, and clumsily dodged as Cleo punched.

Duckwoman threw more eggs at Cleo, but Cleo dodged a majority of them.

Cleo tackled Duckwoman to the ground, and pinned her.

Cleo pulled out a sword.

Dizzlily, Duckwoman threw a light hit with a stick.

But Cleo had moved her head.

Unable to watch any longer, Zedaph struggled up onto his feet and ran forwards.

Before Cleo could stab Duckwoman, he plunged his sword into the back of Cleo's unarmored chest.

Gasping, Cleo collapsed.

Beegirl came over, and rolled Cleo's corpse into a hole.

She looked inquisitively at Duckwoman, who's eyes were closed.

"Oh no. Is she dead?", Zedaph thought.

But then, Duckwoman opened her eyes and gave both of them a tired thumbs up.

Smiling in relief, Zedaph watched as a swarm of bees carried Duckwoman somewhere.

Beegirl flew off, but gave Zedaph a nod.

As the heroines flew off, Zedaph couldn't help but think, "What a night."

But little did he know.

The attacks were far from over.
