The next morning Ella was tossing and turning something felt wrong. She did not know why she felt so irritable and frustrated. She huffed her eyes opening and she looked around. The bed was empty, why was the bed empty. She sat up onto her elbows and looked around with a huff.

He had to take our parents' home you dumbass he will be back soon I'm sure.

"For once that doesn't comfort me... Something is wrong Aadya. What if him or mom and dad are hurt?"

I don't think its them we would feel it if he were hurt. Something else is going on.

She forced herself up the rest of the way and frowned. Everything felt dizzy her head wished when she moved. She looked around and realized the room had gone monotoned. Not as much as when she went through the veil but it didn't feel like she was on her own plane either. Suddenly a ear piercing chime of a phone ring startles her. She reaches over and grabs the offensive device.

The back of her mind realizes it was Luca's phone he must have left it with her so she could call out if she needed it. Her eyes stared at the phone number. She felt like she knew it but her head was so foggy for some reason it wasn't registering. She presses answer and slowly puts it to her ear feeling unsure of her own voice with the weird way she feels.

"Hello? Who is this?"

The voice that returned to her sounding sarcastic she did know. No matter how weird or unsettled she was the voice felt like home. It was her brother Eric.

"Clifford the big red wolf duh. Its me sis, are you okay? You sound off."

She chuckled, leave it to eric to know somethings wrong. "Yea my powers or something is being weird I'm not entirely sure. Nothing I can't really handle. What going on Eric? Just checking in with me?"

He sounded hesitant when answering. Since when did her brother hesitate to tell her something. "So, with you finding your mate, Nick thought maybe I should find mine. It was a sweet thought of course. Cause we are twins and other then you being magical we have done everything together. So, I'm not at home right now. Dad doesn't know I was wondering if you could warn him, so mom doesn't freak out when she gets home, and I'm gone."

She put a hand to her head trying to focus her brother needed her. He was not saying everything she needed her magical intuition to know and to ask. She took a moment of silence before speaking. "They left before sunup to avoid being seen. You should have known that from Nick. Why are you really calling? Your pack hopping, I assume to find your mate so what is wrong?"

Eric cleared his throat. "I was hoping you of all people would realize. I found her sis."
She immediately cheered and smiled. "That's great! True to our style you found her fast still on the sa-"

He cut her off rather impatiently which took her aback he had never lost his patience with her before. "Stop, Its not great. She's a werewolf sis. What in god am I going to do." She suddenly felt a irrational irritation hit her. Maybe after hearing the story of her lost aunt and her werewolf mate.

"Eric! I cannot believe you are you being specist right now! Just because we are Lycans does not make her less then you! She is your mate she is made for you! How could you think so po-"

Eric whines at the yelling in his ear. "Sis you're yelling at me you didn't let me finish! I do not care she is a werewolf. Why would I, like you said she is my soulmate we are made for each other. The problem is, she knows I am a Lycan, she also knows I am her mate. She is not happy, pissed in fact. The second she saw me and realized she said no and slapped me before I could even ask her on a date."

All the fight left Ella immediately and replaced with a pity. Her nausea and dizziness forgotten as she sat at the edge of the bed and thought for a moment. "Dad told me a story about our family. His sister was mated to a Werewolf and was disowned for it. Maybe she is used to Lycan's being rude and insulting towards her for being what she is. You just need to go slow and show her you won't do that. That you value her because she is your treasure. Trust me, me and Luca are going slow and it is helping us bridge past the rumors about him and how he's use to people treating him. You were right by the way knowing about my powers and Jax definitely fixed some things."

Eric seemed relieved to just have it off his chest and given a chance to think. After a few more minutes of venting and talking about how and where he first meant his mate. He hung up with a I love you. Setting the phone on the nightstand she stretched and gasped as she felt the wooze hit her again.

By the way something is still wrong.

"No shit sherlock thanks for the update. We must be catching a flu or something."

She slowly moved to the bathroom, running some cold water in the sink and splashing her face. Shit the ice cold of the water made things so much better she felt much more grounded. She looked around the water also seemed to settle her back fully into reality the colors no longer seemed so muted. She slowly brushes her hair now and then heads out of the alpha room. She figured she could go downstairs and make Luca some breakfast this time since he has been spoiling her so much up till now.

She was about halfway down the stairs when the front door opened. She smiled brightly and started to say Welcome Home. When she saw Luca standing in the door frame. But she stopped short as everything flashed fully into the spirit realm then back. Her brow forward she heard him say. "Honey I'm Home." Like from those old 80s movies. It sounded like she was listening from under water though. She took another step down and suddenly saw worry fill his face as he called her name.

She didn't know why he was freaking out. But suddenly the wave of nauseating dizziness hit her again. The whole world tilted suddenly, and her vision blurred with Luca running towards the stares she stood on. Then went entirely black.
