(The Kirin in Japanese, qilin (in : 麒麟; : qílín) is a hooved creature known in Chinese and other , said to appear with the imminent arrival or passing of a or illustrious ruler. It is a good omen thought to occasion prosperity or serenity. It is often depicted with what looks like fire all over its body. It is sometimes called the "Chinese unicorn" when compared with the . (These aren't my words, but info I found on the internet about these beautiful "Chinese Unicorns". I'll have plenty of pics at the end of the story to show you.))

Dream's P.O.V.

"What did you make?" I asked Ink, curious as to what he had created today. He has been in a very creative mood lately, though I don't think I've ever seen him not in a creative mood. "I made the most adorable creature! She's so strangly cute! I got super bored, since Error and Nightmare aren't causing problems, and decided to draw this thing from Human Mythology. It's called a Ki-Rin. They are from Japanese and Chinese legends. Let me show you her." Ink then ran off into a portal and came back with a strange thing in his arms.

"This is (Y/N). She is a Ki-Rin foal. She is so fluffy and cuddly." Ink says, nuzzling his skull into her wisps and fur. The whisps on her were (F/C) and very small, but they will probably get larger as she grows. Her fur was (S/F/C) and seemed to be extremely soft. "Aw. She is adorable, Ink. What are you going to do with her?" Ink then started to ponder. (Of something great. My lungs will fill and then deflate. They fill with fire, exhail desire. I know it's dire, my time today.) He then looked like he had a huge 'Eureka!' moment. "You could take care of her! They say that Ki-Rins are good omens of serenity and prosperity, so maybe she could help you make people happy in their dreams and stuff!"

"Sure!" I said, excited to have an adorable little foal be with me. She looks so cute while she's asleep. "(Y/N) is a lot like a unicron, but instead of being a horse with a horn, she is a dragon horse with a horn. She likes to cuddle, but be careful of her horns. Her horns are very sensetive, but not just because she is a foal, but it's just a quirk a lot of mythical creatures have. She also likes to run around a lot." Ink explains, placing her gently into my arms. I chuckled at her soft fur and whisps tickling my bones. I then softly nuzzled into her side with my skull. She seemed to purr at the sensation in her sleep. "She should be waking up soon. She has been asleep for around two hours now, but that's a normal nap length for her.

As if on que the little foal started to fidget around in my arms. I set her down, trying my best not to drop her, or scare her. Once she was on the blank void's 'floor' she started to open her eyes. They were a bright (E/C) that seemed to shine with innocence and purity. She then stood up slowly and started to wabble slightly. She then looked at my with confusion, but also some childlike curiosity as well. "Hiya little one. I'm Dream! It's nice to meet you." I said calmly and quietly, so that I might not scare her. She looked at me with an adorable horse like smile, but way cuter.

"I think you two will get along perfectly! Have fun taking care of her, Dream. She's actually really easy to care for. I'll talk to you later! Bye!" Ink then disappeared into another portal, but my guess is he's probably going to go see Classic, or Blueberry. "It's just you and me, (Y/N)." She just trotted around me happily. I then got an idea, though it may seem crazy. "Would you like to go to Dreamtale with me?" (Y/N) just kept trotting happily, so I took it as a yes. I then opened my own portal and let both (Y/N) and myself inside. "Come on. I have somewhere to show you." She then followed me to a small tree. This tree was covered in sakura petals and they were drifting lazily in the wind. The bright orange and read sunset behind it set this hilltop's view into the most beautiful site I had seen in a long time. (Y/N) galloped over to the small sakura tree and laid down beneath it. Her fur and wisps was lightly coated in the petal, but she didn't seemed bothered by it at all. She let out a soft noise and it seemed like she was trying to get my attention, so I walked over to her. "Yes?" She then flicked her tail around in a motion that seemed to be telling me to sit, and I did. She then laid her head on my lap and fell into a comfortable sleep. I chuckled at her adorable antics. "Sweet dreams, (Y/N)." I said as I pet her mane.

I then fell asleep cuddling her protectively and coated in petals. Thank you, Ink. I'll keep her and protect her,
