Just Right Here
RAIN
It was not surprising if the tube train was tightly packed this morning. I didn't usually commute, but I was already running late to meet my mum for brunch if I had to use my car.
"What are you staring at?" I snapped my head to the man beside me.
He shrugged. "You've been staring at that same picture for about ten minutes or so." He was wearing a blue tight shirt and incredibly well-tailored pants.
"Why do you care? How does it any of your business?"
He was referring to the male model that I've been obsessed with lately. My God, those ripped muscles and those eyes.
Damn, he's hotter than the hot guys I've ever seen!
I scrolled down to another photo on his Instagram. He just posted it an hour ago. This dry spell I was experiencing was making me fantasized something lascivious.
The electronic voice suddenly interrupted us, announcing for a stop.
The next picture-he was on the porch with a steaming mug on his hand wearing his famous smirk.
"Oh my, God." I muttered under my breath, but the man beside me snorted causing me to press my lips tightly.
"He's just-"
Keeping my eyes on my phone, I raised my finger to warn him off. "Not another word!"
"If you say so." He sighed.
"I said-" I groaned, shifting to face the infuriating man beside me.
Closing my eyes, I took a deep breath, then the masculine, musky, and spicy scent hit my nostrils. The scent suddenly awakened my senses.
Our gazed locked when I opened my eyes. A gunmetal blue met mine-a very familiar color.
My heart was beating faster with his stare. I studied those eyes, to the set of his dark trimmed brows-one that slightly raised. To the high cheekbones, to his perfectly straight nose. Then down to the full lips that were slight smiling at me, then his sharp jawline with a light stubble that made my skin itch to feel it under my fingertips.
My mouth fell open. My eyes widened in shock, and I could feel the heat crept across my cheeks.
No way!
I did a sharp turn away from him, covering my face with my trembling hands.
"Why don't you wanna take a look at the real one instead?" he suggested. There was a minuscule of disappointment in his voice.
Embarrassment was an understatement I felt right now. I was gawking and drooling over his picture when he was just right beside me. I pulled myself together and stood up.
"Where are you going?" he asked with alarm tone.
I pressed against standing passengers to move past them. Thankfully, the train was about to reach to the next station where I should meet mom.
"Rain, wait!"
Ignoring him, I hastily stepped outside the tube as soon as it slid open.
My phone chimed that made me stop to a halt.
Justice Calder started following you.
