"I think Dareth said here," I say, looking up at the tall building. I gulp a little, before taking a deep breath. You got this. You totally got this.

"Yeah, this is the place. Let's go." Nya confirms, and we walk in. Taking the elevator up, and enter the said room, just as the guys finish another commercial.

"We can! Because reading is the first step to every adventure. Go, reading, go!"

"And... Cut! Brilliance plus perfection! Clean up, little fellas, and make some headway here. That's a wrap!" Dareth cheers and I look around confusedly.

"A wrap? We just got here. Dareth said-" Nya starts.

"Hey, hey! There's my boys! I knew you could Spinjitzu but that acting knocked me out." Dareth says, and he then finally notices us. "Oh, hey, sweetheart. Mind sticking around for a segment to teach girls how to apply makeup?"

We look to the back corner, angered.

"You're gonna need makeup when I rearrange your face!" Nya walks over to punch Dareth, but Jay holds her back.

"Easy! Nya is one of us now, there's no reason she should be treated differently, and Kaylee's been the first ninja on the team." Jay grunts

"No reason? You added a girl to the group. You know how much that hurts your image? You're a boy band, a hunk machine!" Dareth moans

"Excuse me?" I clear my throat.

"Oh, no one really cares about you. No one really knows you too." Dareth shrugs me off.

"Excuse me? I had to endure training since I was 4, and you say I don't matter?!? Just because I don't know anything about my past life, does not mean I'm irrelevant!" I snap.

"Yeah, so, about that makeup?" Dareth continues, as I growl.

Lloyd comes up to me, engulfing me into a hug. "No. We're equals. Our power comes from no one being more important than the other."

"Important? No. Irresistible... uh, debatable." Kai winks at fangirls in the doorway. Girls scream and try to run to him, but guards stop them.

"Oh my gosh, it is him!" A girl yells.

Dareth chuckles. "I don't tell you how to do your business, don't tell me how to do mine. Remember how every time you save Ninjago no one cared? Well, now Dareth's in charge and Dareth says don't change the recipe. You boys are the face of the franchise, and now the face of teen idol!" He whips out a magazine with Lloyd on it and Jay and Cole on each side on a heart with Nya in it.

Lloyd reads the title. "Sensei Lloyd? But I'm only a Sensei-in-training."

"And what's this about me and Jay still fighting over Nya? That's old news." Cole adds.

"Who cares if it's real or not? Isn't this what you've always dreamed of? You're the hottest thing in Ninjago!" Dareth cheers.

"Not everyone." I mutter.

"Come on girls, are you going to do it? Or teach girls how to cook?" Dareth asks. That was the last straw. Nya goes to make a move, but I beat her to it.

"Dareth, why don't we teach girls how to do this?" I ask sweetly, making the lights flicker, and a small portal open up. "That took me 2 years to learn. Or maybe this?" The cameras swirl around the room, as Dareth and other people back away in fear. I smile lightly, setting everything back in order, and closing the portal.

"Don't underestimate us. Remember, equals!" I smile, walking away.

"Nice." Nya and I high-five.

"Was that really a good idea?" Zane asks.

"Shut up Zane, or I'll punch you in the face." I growl.

"Hey, Princess-" Lloyd starts.

"Lloyd." I sigh. We walk out of the building, and we start sneaking around the city away from our fans. We hide in phone booths, so that the fans will run one way, but then we go the other. We soon reach the outskirts of the city, and Misako drops a ladder. We quickly climb up, as Misako pulls up the ladder to make sure no crazy fans come up. We sigh, and head to our quarters.

"Hey baby." Lloyd smile, walking in my room.

"Hey Greenie." I smile as we cuddle on my bed. I open up the TV, to see if anything was happening.

"Have I ever told you that I love you so much?" Lloyd asks, kissing my forehead.

"Millions of times." I smirk, booping my nose against his.

"Fold your drawers, hot off their new LP, it's the sensei-tion sweeping the nation. The pop that can't seem to stop. Here's another number one hit from Go, Ninja, go." The TV starts. We pay no mind to it, just lost in our little world.

"My favorite? Easy. Lloyd. He's the best."

"I like Kai. He's, like, so hot. Literally."

"Crime down. Ninja way up. Who doesn't like these five Ninja? Correction, seven."

"Jay. He is so funny. And cute."

"I like Cole. I mean, he's a ghost. You want him, but you can't have him."

"Who likes Nya or Kaylee?"

"Like them? Meh. Do I want to be them?"

"And get to hang out with them? Oh my gosh!"

"Who's Kaylee again?"

"She's the first ninja on the team, Master Of Chaos and Order. Lloyd's significant other."

"Uh, duh we want to be her!"

"The TV got one thing right." Lloyd smiles.

"Hm?" I ask lazily.

"That your mine, and mine only." He growls, playfully nipping my hair.

"Woah, possessive much?" I laugh.

"Maybe, maybe not." Lloyd kisses me again.

"Just between you and me, Nya, Jay, or Cole?"

"Honestly, not a chance. We're a team. Instead, I'd rather talk about-"

"Uh-huh. Not a chance? Really?"

"Oooh."

"I'm telling you, never gonna happen."

"Who's your favorite ninja?"

"Kaylee of course! She is really kind, but also badass! I was her student once! She's really cool."

"Oh look, there's Starla." I smile at the girl on TV.

"Aah! Zane. Definitely Zane. He's cool."

"Ninjago is safer because they are here, hiding in plain sight..."

"My mom says I'm cool."

"...waiting to defend us from wherever evil lurks. But the real question we all want to know is, where are the Ninja now?" The channel switches, and I sigh, untangling myself from Lloyd once I hear my phone beep. Lloyd whines, reaching out for me as I go in the bathroom, to change into my civilian clothes.

"I still don't get it. Why do you need new glasses?" Lloyd pouts. "You already look cute in your regular ones.

"Which break a lot. I'll be back as soon as I can alright?" I smile, walking out of my room. "Love you Lloydie!"

Lloyd hugs me from behind. "Do you really think I'd let you go without a kiss?"

"I was kinda hoping not." I giggle.

"Well, I love you so much Princess." Lloyd smiles. He kisses me, and I melt into it, before pulling away. "Don't make me late for this Lloydie."

"Alright, alright. Bye baby." Lloyd sighs.

"Bye!" I walk out of the bounty's deck, walking past Nya, who was angrily sparring with the sparring robots"

"Dareth wants me to teach girls how to cook? How about I teach them how to do this?" Nya sprays water on sparring bots. 

"Bad day? You're supposed to hit them, not destroy them." I comment.

"I'm a girl, but I'm also a lot of other things. But what does that matter when everyone only sees me as one thing: the girl Ninja." Nya groans. "I just wanna be given a fair shot."

Misako comes up to us. "Why? To make things easier? The harder it is, the more you will excel. You'll never be happy if you let the world define you. You've got to define yourself." She finishes repairing the bots. "Now, again. And this time, destroy all the targets."

"I gotta go now, see you!" I wave, jumping off the Bounty and summoning my dragon. I fly up to Borg towers, landing on the top. Nindroid guards scan me, then let me in.

"Hello, Ms. Skyle. Mr. Borg has been waiting for you." I walk in the room, as Mr. Borg wheels up to me.

"Ah! Hello Kaylee. I was wondering when you'd show up." Mr. Borg smiles warmly, as we walk to his office.

"So, how does the glasses work?" I ask.

"It turns into a bracelet, if you are not using it." He informs.

"Cool!" I get handed the pair of glasses. 

"Cool right? If you say Glasses Down, it'll turn into a bracelet! It's modified so only you can tell it to retract." 

"Wow. This is beautiful!" I smile. "Thank you Mr. Borg!" I smile, replacing my old glasses with the new ones.

"You can just throw the old ones in the garbage." Mr. Borg says. "See you later!"

"Good bye!" I smile. As I fly off from the Tower, I receive a message.

"Meet Master Wu at the Library of Domu." Misako informs. "Clouse has been spotted buying a train ticket to Stiix. He's apparently looking for the Teapot of Tyrhan."

"On it." I swerve down into the Library, which thankfully was almost empty. "Where are the others?"

"On their way to Stiix." Misako informs.

"Alright, I'm here." I reply. I walk in the Library, meeting up with Sensei Wu.

"Ah, Kaylee. In the back corner there should be some books about the Teapot of Tyrhan for us to study." Sensei explains.

"Of course." I nod, and I reach for a book on the desk that Sensei had already put down. We sit there quietly, skimming the books quickly.

"Be careful what you wish for. Hmm." Sensei muses. An orange appears in front of us, and I jump up defensively. 

"Did someone say wish?" He smirks.

"Uh, no. So pack it up annoying orange!" I snarl.

"You're bothering me." He mutters.

"Kaylee, this is the Djinn from the Teapot of Tyrahn, Nadakhan. You must get out of here and alert the ninja." Sensei orders.

"I'm glad you used djinn, I don't like the word genie. But, I must admit, you can't escape me that quickly." Nadkhan smirks.

"Oh yeah?" I ask, wrapping the shadows around me, turning invisible in the darkness. I quickly dart out of the Library, uncovering myself, and walking out in the streets. I see a bunch of people crowded around a TV, so I quickly hide in a dark alleyway.

"Where are the Ninja? This reporter has the answer." The TV says, as I peer in the screen. "They're calling it the Crime Wave of the Century. Earlier today, Green Ninja Lloyd Garmadon was caught on tape robbing the city bank." I gasp. I thought they were in Stiix? They couldn't have done this. 

"And that's not all. At Mega Monster Amusement Park, Zane was on a rampage of vandalism and mayhem." On TV, it shows Cole destroying various roads, Jay robbing a painting of Master Chen from the Ninjago Museum of History, Kai setting fire to many trees, Nya creating a hurricane from the river, destroying many villages. How could they do this?

"I am ashamed I ever wore their underwear. Oh, uh, I mean, T-shirts."

Were they mind-controlled?

"Any comment about your son's offenses?"

Was it Nadakhan's fault?

"Jay would never do this. And if he did, he had good reason. I hope."

Was it Clouse's fault?

"The Six Ninja are at large. They are armed and dangerous. And they have legs. If you see them, do not approach. Call local law enforcement so that we can apprehend."

Or were they doing it intentionally? But why?

"What about the 7th ninja?"

"We are trying to get her in custody, to see if she had any hand in this. Meeting adjourned." The ending jolts me back into earth, as I panic. They're coming for me! I wrap the light around me, disappearing into the sea of people almost immediately. I have to go find the others.
