Scarlett followed the small group, Munder and Dodge were right behind her incase she decided to go after Jack again. Charles obviously had a knowledge of ships because he was leading the way and so far they were still alive. They would have to make their way to the bottom of the ship which was now the top. Not an easy adventure for anyone, even an angel. Opening a par of double doors the group looked wide eyed across the obstacle before them.

It was the foyer of the boat and it was already close to half way full of water. Many wires were down in the water though and many of them were still live. Charles took off his hat and through it into the water. This wasn't something that he had planned on.

"What's the plan sheriff?" Patricia asked not knowing his real name.

"We have to get across, the problem is how we are going to do that?'' Charles sighed as he looked around.

Luckily none of the wire had touched the water. A few draperies did hang down and maybe able to be used as rope if someone swam across and climbed up to tie off the make shift rope. Charles looked back fourth from the obstacle to the people around him now. It would have to be a man in his mind because Patricia looked to be a bit old in age and unable to do the swim or climb. Scarlett was it a dress that was probably too tight to swim in.

"Someone needs to swim across and tie off one of the draperies to use as a make shift cross way, the rest of us could then climb or ride across the rope depending on how high or low we got it." Charles explained as he wiped the sweat from his head.

"I'll do it, I'm the strongest swimmer." Dodge said stepping up to which Munder rolled his eyes. "I'll take what I can across and tie it up."

Charles didn't argue and tied one end of the drapery to the column before us and handed the rest to Dodge putting the drapery around him, he looked down at the water. It had been a while since he swam but in his mind there was no time like the present. Jumping into the water he swam as fast as he could. Getting to the other side he anchored himself and began the climb.

Then something caught Scarlett's attention out of the corner of her eye. Looking over she gasped as she saw young Alex making his way to the edge and looking straight forward. It was like he was in a trance. Looking to where he was looking Scarlett then saw Victoria luring the young child her way. Scarlett ran after Alex but he plummeted down before she could grab him.

"ALEX!" Scarlett yelled as she looked down and watched him go under the water.

She wouldn't let him go that way. Taking one look back t the group they didn't have time to talk her out of anything. Jumping, Scarlett dove deep into the water and went searching for the boy.

"What the hell is she doing?!" Munder yelled out to Dodge who looked down just as Scarlett hit the water.

"Alex...she went in after my son." Charles said taking off his jacket about to go in and help her.

Just then, Scarlett pulled Alex above the surface of the water and they both took in a deep breath of air. Looking up Alex yelled out for his father, Charles then jumped into the water and quickly swam to Alex and Scarlett. Holding his son tight Charles then held Scarlett close to him as well as the ship began to shake. This was more of Victoria's doing and Scarlett knew it. Looking behind her, she tried to locate Victoria again but couldn't find her. Swimming to the other side, they climbed up and joined Dodge. Munder and Patricia then made their way across using the drapery.

"This isn't right...there is something evil here." Patricia said looking around.

If only the woman knew how right she was. However, she had the strength of an angel on her side. Wringing her hair out, Scarlett could sense Victoria. She wasn't hiding but she was trying to intimidate Scarlett. That wouldn't work with her though, Scarlett found a spare knife for somewhere and holding her dress cut a slit in her dress clean up to her hip. Then assessing how much fabric she could cut for better movement, she did it. The dress was pure white and lucky for her so were her undergarments.

"She's behind us...I can sense it." Munder said walking up to Scarlett and whispering in her ear.

Scarlett nodded. Taking the knife in her hand she began to speak word that no one could understand. Not that anyone was paying attention to her at that moment. Charles took Alex to find a map and Patricia joined them. Gently nudging Munder to the side, Scarlett hurled the blade right at Victoria and the blade hit its mark. Right where the demons heart would be. Looking down at first Victoria laughed until a strange light began to illuminate the object.

"What have you done?" Victoria questioned as she panicked and tried to remove the knife, yet the knife stayed in its place.

"Angel blade, back to square one you evil cow." Scarlett said her eyes now bright blue, this was the angel talking.

"You can't...that's impossible." Victoria said until her force combusted right before Dodge, Munder and Scarlett's eyes.

"Apparently it can." Scarlett smirked before she blinked and then went back to normal. "What happened?"

"You just created and angel blade and through it right into Victoria's heart." Munder said and then looked to Dodge.

"You made Victoria turn into a pile of ash, look for yourself." Dodge said pointing out the pile of ash on the carpet.

"So...is she dead?" Scarlet questioned the both of them.

"You just said back to square one, so I don't know." Munder replied as he walked over and picked up the blade. "Maybe a good idea to keep this...just in case."

"What about Charles and Alex please tell me they didn't see it." Scarlett panicked.

"No, they went to go look for a map, no worries there." Dodge answered just as Charles and Alex came in with Patricia not far behind.

"Two more levels to the engine room, the propellers should be near there if not...I don't know how long we will survive." Charles tried to sound assured that they would make it, but Scarlett could sense his tenseness.

"We will make it, let's get going. The sooner we are out the better." Scarlett said as she looked to Charles who nodded and led the way.
