"If growing up means it would be beneath my dignity to climb a tree, I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up! Not me!"

"Y-You can see me/him?" Julie and Luke asked, before the two of them looked at each other not understanding how he was able to be see by people that weren't the Molina sisters. Julie hesitantly lift her hand and was expecting her hand to go through the boys arm like usual, but was instead met with warm skin. "Oh my gosh!" Julie gasped quickly covering her mouth in utter shock. "Luke, I can touch you."
"What?" The boys whispered not trying to alert the father who was still shaking his daughter not noticing the other two. "D-Did you just say what I think you just said?" He once again whispered, before also bringing his hand up, but instead of touching Julie's arm he reach for Rays shoulder, clearly not going through him as he gently sat his hand on the mans shoulder.
Ray looked up in urgent need of an answer, seeing as his daughter was still unconscious in a mystery boys arms and lap. "Mr. Molina, I'm sorry for all the shouting that was occurring outside. I was driving the girls home so that way they could pick up their clothes to spend the night at Flynns. Chris looked too tired to drive so I decided to help and drive the girls home, she ended up zoinking out on the ride over, so I tried to carry her in, but as you can tell that didn't fully work in my favor." Luke laughed rubbing the back of his neck nervously, as he hoped Ray would somewhat by his life.
Julie sensing the need of help quickly intervened before her father could ask questions. "Yeah, I told Luke that he wasn't as strong as he hoped, that's why we screamed Chris's name because Luke here was about drop her."
Ray just looked at the two, as they both continued to laugh nervously, making him just let out a sigh. "Thank you Luke for helping my daughters, Julie go grab your stuff from your room. You and Flynn can walk over to her house, but be ready for school tomorrow, if your sister still like this I'm calling the school to tell them." With that he picked up his daughter gradually and started to walk down towards the garage before stopping and turning back towards the two.
"Yeah dad?" Julie asked seeing him look around for something.
"What happened to that Luke guy?" He asked, no longer seeing the boy.
The two looked at each other before Julie looked at her father. "He started to walk towards the area his brother Reggie was picking him up."
"Oh, alright. Well tell this Luke fellow I said thank you when you go to school tomorrow. Night Julie." He said before making his journey to the garage, Julie and Luke both let out a sigh of relief as they were at least in the clear.
"Don't think just because you helped my sister, I'm not any less angry at you and the guys, you hear me." Julie said pointing at the ghost direction, allowing her latina roots out for just a second.
Luke threw up his hands very quickly and shock his head, as he watch the younger girl walk into the house. Once the door closed, he let out a shaky breath still hating how the sisters were still angry at him and boys, more so Chris than Julie. The boy's head slowly filled with anger as he started cursing himself out for ever going to that stupid club and Bobby for ever stealing his and Reese's songs.
Mr. Molina had set Chris down on the couch seeing as he could no longer make the journey up towards the loft like he use to do when he was younger. "Sleep well, my little star." He whispered, gently kissing the girl forehead before leaving the girl alone to hopefully sleep. Once the garage doors closed, Luke appeared in the room in the same spot him and the boys had appeared the first time.
When he finally saw the girl, he couldn't help but remember all the times he spent with Reese or better known as Maryse Jean O'Claire, had since the day they met to their sad ending.

Freya and Jackson were happy to introduce a new addition to their family after trying for five years. It was hard for the couple, as they were originally told that the two had a 99% chance of never having children, but here they were showing their family and friends their new baby girl.
"Oh, Freya she is so adorable. She is so lucky to have your eyes and nose, but obviously has Jackson skin and face structure." Caroline happily exclaimed as she looked at the little girl in her arms, Freya holding her son Bobby in her arms at the same time.
"Carol stop, I can already tell that she is going to be daddy's girl by how easily she can settle down in his arms rather than mine." Freya said with a sigh as Luke continued to yank on her hair, every second. "Ugh, Caroline take your child please, I would rather deal with her crying than your sons grabby little hands."
Sadly, Caroline passed Freya little quite Maryse over to her mother, taking her son back who started to settle down himself. As her daughter was slowly set in her arms did she start to whine all over again. "Ohh! I'm the worse mother." She said rocking her daughter in her arms hoping to settle her down once again. The girl had a brief pause in her cries when she heard the familiar laugh of the one person that she knew.
"You need some help their love?" Jackson asked putting the towel on his shoulder after finishing washing the dishes from their lunch with the Pattersons. "Please?" Freya held Maryse out towards her husband, who happily took the baby. "Aww, what's the matter my little Reese cup?" The man asked, only receiving happy gurgles from her teethes mouth.
"I hate you"
"Love you too!"

"Bobby give me back my doll!" Little Maryse yelled as she chased the boy around the playground their parents had went to for a nice picnic. "Gotta catch me first Re!" He yelled before sprinting towards the playground.
The little girl just let out a hmph before continuing her chase once more as she ran up the stairs that were leading towards the slide. Seeing a familiar light blue jacket, Maryse walked silently towards the boy before pouncing. "Gotch ya! Now give me back my doll Bobby!"
"Whose Bobby and who are you?" The unknown boy asked looking at the girl who was now frightened. "U-UH I'm sorry I-I thought you were my friend Bobby." She stuttered looking towards the ground now in embarrassment.
"Re where'd you go!? " The said boy question as he walked up the stairs towards her and the new comer. "Who are you and why are you talking to me Re-re?" He asked crossing his arm, still holding the girls doll in his hand.
A blush slowly grew on the boys face as he stared at Bobby, now embarrassed to be in front of him now. "S-Sorry, she accidentally confused me to be you. I-I'm Luke Patterson." With that he stuck his shaky hand out towards the boy, a shaky smile was on his face. Being the stubborn boy he was instead of shaking the boys hand he grabbed the girl before walking away. "Come on Re-Re, momma Frey and Mom said it was lunch time."
"Hey! That wasn't nice Bobby." Reese said as she shock the boys hands off of her shoulder, walking back towards the boy who now looked to be sad. "Hi! I'm Maryse, but my daddy likes to call me Reese and that boy of there who was mean, his name is Bobby, but I like to call his idiot sometimes. It's nice to meet you Luke. Is it ok if I call you Lu?" To say the boys were in shock was an understatement, as Luke slowly brought up his hand to shake the girls.
"I know it's last minute, but you wanna join us for lunch?"

Middle school was challenging for the Patterson, O'Claire, and Wilson group as they trudged over to the girls house for the day. "That Eric guy is such a jerk sometimes. I still can't believe he stuck that gum in my hair during math." Reese muttered as she looked at her ratted hair that her teacher had to sadly cut. "Mama's gonna kill me."
"Re-Re she'll understand when we explain to her what happened, plus Eric ain't all that bad. Plus he allowed me to try out his guitar today, said I should ask my parents for one." Luke hyped as he bounced between her and the silent blonde who blushed more every time the boy got too close to him. "I think Mrs. Em might get you one if you asked nicely, your birthday is coming soon after all." Bobby suggested with a shrug.
"Hey, Reese what's up with the flashing lights in front of your house?" Luke spoke as he pointed towards the red and blue lights that were shining through the gray fall air. "I don't know." Reese started towards her house, not caring if the boys were following or not at the time, she was just scared what was happening at home.
When the three kids finally arrived at the home they sadly watched Reese's father being dragged away into a cop car, as he shouted at them for having the wrong guy. "Let me go, I got a daughter I need to be there for and a wife! I did nothing!"
"Jackson!" Freya shouted as she was held back by two police officers. "Mama!" Reese shouted running towards her mom who looked shocked when she saw her daughter. "W-Why are they taking daddy?" She whimpered, but sadly the girl never received an answer that explain, only ganging comfort from her mother and two friends.

25 of December 1991
Years passed sadly slow for Reese, as she counts the agonizing days till her fathers next visiting day. The thirteen year old girl looked at the two picture frames that sat on the side of her desk, one holding the last photo of her family before the incident that happened two years ago. While the other photo was the first photo the new band ever took together with their new bass player and drummer, Alex Mercer aka Al and Reginald Peters aka Reggie or for Reese, Reg.
"Re-Re! Come down stairs its present time!" Bobby yelled, causing giggles to come from her mouth. "Coming Bobster!" She shouted back, making sure to grab the boys gifts that she made.
"How many times do I have to tell you don't call me that, Reese Cup." The boy sighed before grabbing the girls arm and walking towards the group who were already opening some presents. "Not happening Bobster!" All the boy could do was let out a sigh and an eye roll before walking over towards his mother.
Taking a seat between Luke and Alex, Reese reached towards her four gifts that she got from the boys. "Aww thank you guys for these wonderful presents." She said as she looked back at the tuning harmonica from Reg, a new sketch pad from Al, a photo of her and Bobster together and a new charm to add to her necklace with their band logo from Lu.
A few more minutes passed as three of the five were watching the movie It's A Wonderful Life. Luke and Reese were in the kitchen getting refills on hot chocolate, and as they made their way back over, they were halted in their steps by Reggie voice. "Hey! You're breaking the number one Christmas rule you two." The two were at first confused, but followed the boys finger upwards to see mistletoe hanging right about them.
"Ohh! Come on you two kiss kiss." Bobby yelled jokingly, while Alex just watched with jealousy in his eyes.
"Guess we can't break the number one rule." Luke shrugged embarrassed, but was left in shock when the girl just pulled him over to her face and gave him a kiss right on the lips. As like it was nothing Reese walked away back to the couch, leaving a still blushing Luke underneath the mistletoe.
"So where were we in the movie?"

"I can't handle this anymore Alex!" Luke yelled as he walked back and forth in the garage. Bobby, Reggie and Reese were sitting there watching the two fight, since they were still in the middle of band practice. "What do you mean, Luke?" The blonde asked going around his drum set to stand in front of his boyfriend.
"This, Us." Luke gestured between the two of them as he let out an angry sigh, avoiding eye contact with glassy eyes Alex. "Luke what are you talking about?" He asked trying to grab the boys hands, but Luke just yanked them away.
"Ever since we started dating it's been one big mess. Yes, it was nice at first getting to say I had someone I cared about and loved." Alex flinched when he said love in past tense, just making this conversation hurt more. "But, ever since our second date, things have been going down hill. Your parents are in a way disowning you as of right now because they caught us kissing on your front porch! It was my fault that I did this to you and I don't want to ruin your life any more than what I already did."
After that Luke didn't wait for an answer, but instead ran out the door leaving the three members to counsel their now crying friend.

Bobby was looking out the window as the party for him was still going. Even though it was his birthday, it wasn't as fun since his best friend was on her way to visit her father in prison, he still remembers how broken the girl was and still is since that day. He remembered how they would take naps and he would wake up to hear her yelling Mr. O'Claire's name in her sleep. Luckily Luke, Reggie and Alex were able to help him when that would happen, but it still hurt him seeing the girl that he called a friend in so much pain.
"Hey, Bobby!" Lukes voice yelled as he carried two glasses of pop for them. "I scored us the last bit of Coca-Cola." He passed the drink over, but all Bobby did was stare at the window not even attempting to grab the glass.
Luke just rolled his eyes, but knew why the boy was all depressed. "You know she would be here if she could, but it's her seventeenth birthday and her fathers visiting time. I know it's hard being your guys first time not celebrating together, but don't be like this you know she would be heartbroken that she ruined your birthday. So, don't make her hurt more please, we both know Reese doesn't deserve that."
Though Bobby would like to say he was a head strong boy, he had to admit he was a big softy when it came to Reese. So, when Luke talked about how his friend would be sad that he was also sad on his birthday just broke his heart.
"Alright, let's go party."

Muffled sobs came from Reese, as she sat in the garage with Luke, who was just hugging the girl and whispering soothing words into the girls ear. "How could he do this to me, Lu? Did I do something wrong o-or was I just not good enough?"
"Shh, Re look at me. Miles didn't deserve you at all alright. In fact he was an idiot to think that Lauren was better for him." Luke said as he looked the girl in the eyes, wiping away the tears from her eyes. "Your right, Lu. Ugh, why did I allow myself to fall for a guy like Miles! I-I just want to hit something right now!" Reese yelled harshly standing up and pacing like she always did when she was was angry.
"Ok! Before you start going all Hulk smash on the garage, you know the place that is housing me at the moment. How about we do something else?" Luke suggested with a nervous laugh escaping his mouth.
"Song?"
"Song."
With the mutual agreement the two of them got to work on working on a song that would help with Reese at the moment.

(Reese)
Can I ask
Did she find the pieces of you I've held on to?
That part of your youth, when's the last time you felt youthful?
That part of your smile only I know
'Cause you know and I know I'm the reason for it
And for it I'd walk four decades around this Earth backwards
Just to hear your voice say my name with "I love you" right after
As Reese sang/said the last word, the crowd grew loud as they cheered and celebrated. "Thank you were Sunset Curve, tell your friends!" Reggie said as the band went off the stage. "Wow, Luke. Reese. That was amazing, I still can't believe you came up with that one just four days ago."
"Aww, thanks Reg. Got to say heartbreak is a good way to help use for songs." Reese laughed as a true smile was a lit on her face, showing to the boys that their friend was back. "Plus, it was really all Luke's idea to write the song. So, if any one deserves credit, it's this guy." Placing a chaste kiss on his cheek before running to get some water for the band.
Luke could feel his cheeks heating up as he placed a hand in the same spot that her lips were just on. Reggie was still there and watched the whole thing. "Ohh! You like Re!"
"What no! I-I don't know what you're talking about." Luke stuttered, his blush growing.
"Mhm, sure. Keep telling yourself that." Reggie laughed as he walked away to join the other two who were putting instruments away, Luke slowly walking over.
As they were getting ready to put the packed instruments in the band van that Bobby got, they heard a familiar squeal. "Guys! You'll never believe who I just met!"
"Brad Pitt?"
"Mariah Carey?"
"Christina Ricci?"
"Big Bird?"
Reese looked at the boys. "Uhh, No, no, no, and huh? Off subject, I just met the owner of The Orpheum and you'll never believe what I just did."
"Woman stop leaving us in suspense and tell us!" Bobby yelled shaking the girl, who just giggled at her best friend.
"I got us a gig at the Orpheum. We get to play at The Orpheum the day before our birthday!"

"So you going to tell him?" Bobby asked as him and Reese sat on the couch in the garage, a few hours before their special gig that night.
"Yeah, I think I'm finally going to tell him." Reese sighed nervously as she placed her head on his shoulder.
"I'm finally going to tell Luke I like him."
So sorry if this sucked, but we got a little bit more info on what happened in Maryse/Reese's life. Her father did in fact go to jail, I got the idea from watching For Life, which is amazing tv show, don't worry though, her parents will be brought up again later in the story.
Also yeah, Reese was going to admit her feeling for Luke that night, but as you can tell that didn't end up happening. I am happy that I was able to show a little more of the friendship between Bobby and Reese.
The characters who played Jackson and Freya are
Jesse Williams
and
Barrett Doss
No question still for this chapter.
Now onto the Sixth episode...since as you can tell from this gif below deadline is coming soon.
