But Sonny will Still Have some Issues on His mind. On 10/26 sonny will Decide to go with His guilt on something. He'll rely on His Instincts when A tricky situation curses. Since Ava will seek the truth Sonny may get a whiff off Investigation. he was awfully suspercious  when that call came In from st. Petersburg. Sonny felt like that Ava might Be targeting Him, So He could be even more convinced when She starts poking around. Will sonny conduct on Investigation of His own? If so, that could Lead to A shocking Revelation.

Sonny might Have someone  corner Ava and Nab Her  coconspirator. It'd be A Dramatic Reveal If patient 6 Had the usual Black kidnapping Bag over His Head. Can you imagine Sonny's surprise when He pulled It off? Patient 6 might explain everything and convinced Sonny to keep quiet for Now.

Naturally Sonny would Have To Decide what He Believes. Perhaps He could rely on those Truly Instincts Again. Will He Buy patient six story?
