Alright. I know the people I'm about to talk about may see this and may be offended. That is not the purpose of this. I wish to hurt no one, please do not take any of this in a bad way. Its just something that annoys me. A lot. Its one of my pet peeves. Actually, its more than one thing.

First. I hate it when you have been a fan of something for so long, you know everything about it, you do fanart, fanfics, you can relate it to anything, and you soon find it slipping into schoolwork sometimes. Then someone has to come along and they've been a fan for a good amount of time. A year or two. But they think they can steal that thing from you, like its theirs. No, I'm sorry, but I'm a bigger fan than you. #SorryNotSorry.

Such as, if I'm a huge fan of Jason/TrueMU, which I am. I have been for about 3 years now. He's someone I've been watching for a while now, along with a bunch of other youtubers. He always stood out though, as I felt his comedy related to mine at the time that I found him. I was introduced to him and the others by my brother, whom no longer watches them and likes to tease me for still doing so. That's not the point of this though. The point is that if someone has been in love with this thing for longer than you, don't get in their way. If we've already established that I am Jason's girl, don't go and change that. Stick to your own guy, don't take mine. I feel like I relate to him the most, yknow? I don't just like him for his looks like you do. I like him for him. Even when I hadn't seen him yet, I had still been a huge fan. I don't like people for their looks, that's not how my brain works.

I try my hardest to welcome new members to fandoms. But it doesn't always work out. They always seem to go crazy obsessed, protecting the thing/person with seemingly their life. They tell me that I don't actually like them as much as they do, they deserve them more, etc. Heck naw. 3 years is enough to grant me the right to know more than the people that just join the fandom.

I have no problem with new people subbing to my favorite youtubers. In fact, I love to watch their channels grow. I remember watching PewDiePie grow. I go way back with him, you have no idea. I always knew he'd make it this far. He really deserves it. He's a great guy. But if you just now subscribed to Pewds and are trying to tell me all about him, I am going to get very annoyed with you. I was quizzed enough back when I just started watching him. My brother and I would sit and talk for like 2 hours about his videos. He would make sure I knew the whole gang and could do their voice- Stephano, Jennifer, Mr. Chair, Pipe (with an accent over the e), etc. Those were the best times, the only times we got along.

This isn't about my brother and I though. Anyway, I'm all tuckered out. I've been fuming for a little bit and needed to vent. Thanks guys, if you have any similar stories, share them below. I'd love to hear them :)
