I am currently standing in front of my door, starring at it and debating with myself if I should hide under my bed until Dawn has given up on knocking or not.

Flashback:
After school (01:07 pm):

We were just leaving the classroom, looking forward to finally get home, when suddenly Dawn stopped walking. May and I turned around too see her fiddling with her fingers nervously.

"Maaaay? Serenaaaa?" Dawn started with her 'cute-lil-daughter-that-wants-ice cream' voice.
"What is it?" I asked. "I love youuuu, y'all know that, right?"

"We love you too. Now what do you want?" May asked. "Wha- I want nothing... maybe... but now that you're asking, uhm, you two remember when you both told me to 'live my own life' and stuff?"

May and I slowly nodded in response.

"Well, I called Drew yesterday and we were talking for, like, seven hours or something, okay?" Dawn told us with a blush creeping up her cheeks. May and I started congratulating her when she suddenly stopped us. "Better wait before you cheer, 'cause I feel like you two are gonna be upset about the next part. He invited me on some party as his date and, I know, that sounds like one of those cringy ass fanfics and that's kind of reaaally cheesy, can you two be my wing girls though?"

May and I just blinked at her, then at each other

"Could you two stop blinking? You're making be nervous" Dawn interrupted the silence and nervously chuckled. I turned to look at May. Her expression kind of looked like she was debating with herself. After she probably came to a result, she started speaking: "Okay Dawn, as you know, I'm not a big fan of parties. I really don't like them. Really. But I know that you are a very pretty girl and that there are going to be a lot of dudes, maybe even Drew, that could try to do stuff on you, so I, as a good friend, will fight them and give them a speech about how girls do not fucking 'ask for it' when they're wearing skirts. You'll pay for my lunch for one whole month tho."

"Thank you May! What about you Serena?"

"Uh, I... I don't know. I'm not a fan of parties. I know, I've never officially been on one, but I live with Miette and I know what parties are like. Also, neither am I experienced at love, nor am I a fighter like May, so it wouldn't be a pity if I didn't come, right?" I told Dawn and started feeling guilty, when suddenly her expression grew sadder and sadder from second to second.

"Well, I won't try to push you, but the reason I want you there is not because you are a great love expert or because you can fight or something like that. You're just so smart and always prevent me from doing stupid stuff and you always know what's best for me! Also, this is going to be something new for me and I'm kind of afraid, but I feel so much safer with you. With both of you! That's why I want you to come."

Dawn got me. She really got me.

"Fine. I'll come, but stop being so cute all the time." I chuckled a little with Dawn and may chuckling along.

"Thank you Serena! I'll pick both of you up around 8 pm!"

Back to reality

I didn't even put anything on. I'm still in my hoodie and jeans. After thinking for a long time, about wether to let Dawn and May in or not, I decided to open the door, only to see Dawn in disappointment of my clothes. "Even tho I knew you probably didn't change into something, which is why I brought you that..." she threw some rosé-black dress over I didn't give a look yet "...I'm still disappointed to see you didn't even try!" she fake-pouted. "I, uh, didn't have anything, yeah." I made up some random excuse. "Sure. Well, now you do. Please change Serenaaaa I am starting to regret this." May laugh-spoke, making me laugh too and Dawn standing there, gaping offendedly. "Okay, okay. Gimme a few minutes.

————Time skip ————
Party (8:30 pm):

We were getting out of Dawn's car, when Dawn suddenly turned be around by my shoulders to take a look at me. "Babe, I swear you look gorgeous!" she jumped in excitement. "Well, thank you. I still don't know if to pull it up or down." I told her, since it was very short and kind of had an open cleavage which I usually wouldn't ever wear. The skirt part of the dress was completely black. The top was rosé with some black detail around the cleavage. It was cute, indeed, but not something I would have normally gotten myself.

"Let's get inside children!" May suddenly pulled us with her to the door, which was already opened for the guests to enter.

Entering the house, you were overwhelmed with music and the beats exploding in you're belly. Also, the air was pretty bad. "Ah, there is Drew! I'll get going guys! I'll come if I should need anything!" Dawn yelled at us to overtone the music, so we could hear her. When she was finally gone, May pulled me with her to the kitchen, which functioned as a bar. Finally pushing ourselves through the dancing and drunk crowd, May and I sat down the the barstools. "I swear to god she's gonna be the death of me." May chuckled taking one of the beers standing in the counter and somehow opening it with her hand. I just looked at her, confused. "I know, I know. Me and my hidden talents. I can show you how to open a beer with the hand if-"
"No no..." I cut her off "... I just didn't know you drink." I told her as she nodded. "Aaah. Well, I have four brothers. You know boys. It started with a 'truth or dare' dare, then just occasionally, but I don't drink often, don't worry." She patted my head, making me chuckle. "If you say so."

"Hey pretty girl." someone suddenly touched my shoulder, but before I could turn around, Dawn already punched him, almost knocking him out. "TOUCH HER AGAIN AND YOUR BALLS WILL BE YOUR NEW EYEBROWS!" May yelled at him, I turned around to make May calm down a little, as I suddenly saw the face of the dude. He was the same dude from the café that asked me for my number. "Ch-chill your guts girl!" He yelled, slowly stumbling back to finally turn around and run off somewhere. "Thanks May, but, don't you think punching him that hard wasn't a little too harsh?" I asked her, as she raised her eyebrow at me while sitting back down on her stool. "You probably didn't see it, but he already had a boner coming here. It was NOT too harsh!" May said throwing her arms up in frustration. "Oh, uh, that's another thing. Thank you May. I love you." I told her, as she put her arms down again. "Love you too boo. By the way, do you mind if I go check on Dawn?" she asked and I shook my head "No it's cool. I'm gonna look for the restroom." "Cool then. See ya." She said standing up and pushing her way through the crowd. After asking some random girl if she knew where the restroom is, she told me the directions which I followed to get there. I got inside and locked the door.

To be honest, I didn't even need to use it, I just couldn't stand the... everything. Bad air, loud music, drunk and sweaty people. Not my habitat. After staying inside for roundabout two minutes, I got outside again.

"Princess?"

I turned around to see the least expected.

"Ash?"

This really is a cheesy fanfic, oh my god.

Ash started telling me something, but the music was so loud I couldn't hear him. "What?" I asked-yelled. He started talking again, still couldn't hear him though. "What?" I asked-yelled-chuckled. This is kinda ridiculous. He suddenly grabbed my wrist to pull me somewhere through the crowd, to a door that led somewhere outside, probably the garden. He closed the door behind him, which muffled the music a lot, to finally speak again. "What are you doing here?" he finally asked.

"Oh, well, Dawn was invited here, so she dragged me and May along. She wanted us to be 'wing girls' or something." I explained. "You didn't seem very wingy. Besides, you can't just come here looking like that." he suddenly crossed his arms in anger. I just looked at him. "Like what?" I asked.

"Beautiful." he answered, a blush creeping up my cheeks. "Wha-" I was about to say something, when he suddenly cut me off, putting both his hands on my shoulders. "Guys are gonna hit on youuuuuu! Wait. Did someone already hit on you?" he asked and just when I was about to say no, I remembered the dude May punched. "SO SOMEONE DID!" he exclaimed, suddenly pulling me closer by my shoulders, still leaving enough space though. "Uh, eh, w-well, I-I-" I didn't know what to say, so everything coming out of my mouth was just some gibberish stuff. "Serena." Ash said making me look straight into his eyes. "I'm the only guy that's allowed to hit on you." he said. "Well, uh-" I was about to say something, when he cut me off again. "That wasn't a question. Also, you can't come here looking like this and not expect me to do that."

"To do wha-" he cut me off, not with words this time, but sweet lips pressed onto mine. After a while of being shocked, I found myself kissing him back. His hands slid down to my waist, the right one sliding a little further down, stroking over my hip, my thigh, then back to my hip. Every movement sent electricity through my body and everything started feeling hot and cold at the same time. Although it sounds like hell, it feels like heaven. "I didn't know I had such an effect on you." he mumbled during the kiss, smirking, probably talking about the goosebumps that built on my whole body. "Shut up. You kissed me." I mumbled back. "And I won't ever regret it." he finally mumbled before sliding his hands down to my hamstrings making me jump to cling my legs around his waist. He carried me somewhere, but my eyes refused to open, so I had no idea where. I heard him opening a door with one hand, the other one carrying me. I finally opened my eyes to see that we were in the pool house of this house. Ash let me down again to be able to lock the door behind him so nobody could go in on us and turned the lights on. He turned around to me again to grab me and slamming me against the wall and hungrily pressing his lips back onto mine. He pressed his whole body against me, leaving not an inch of space between us. It was like Ash got that I was out of breath, as he suddenly started kissing downwards, arriving at my neck. I was really trying not to make any noises, but when he suddenly started sucking on this one spot, a groan escaped my mouth. "Sweet spot, huh?" Ash huskily spoke against my skin, before kissing it again. Probably leaving a hickey, he pulled back only to stop right in front of my face, our noses brushing, his breath smelling minty as he spoke: "Sere, I swear if we are not gonna stop now, I don't know if I'll be able to hold back."
