"Italy, I made a deal with Prussia, each deal is different but same. This is the deal;
Italy- you are allowed to live, you will become a angel with a living body. Since you are a country I will allow you to continue, but as either a micro or a smaller nation. I will have a meeting with the older nations to see what you may have. You can never die (like a nation) you are free to be yourself. You are allowed to come to heaven to see anyone you'll like and for as long. By signing this you are to live forever as a angel/god/nation and will help god if needed (like remaking the world) -name-

Italy looked It over making sure he understood all. He thought about it, never dying means staying with all his friends, he might get powers to help. But what about the others... Romano and him not being liked(though he is) America and canada.. Russia, and France. All his friends.. Maybe one day they could have the same deal..
