Germany stopped midway, then quickly right as he was leaving gave Italy a quick kiss on the forehead and leaft. Spain and Romano were making dinner, Spain was on the phone talking to austria about some plans while Romano was making some potato pasta with extra tomato. Germany ran for 3 good hours thinking about Italy. Soon Germany got a phone call, saying Italy might be able to leave by tommorow. Germany thanked the lady and hanged up and told the guys the news.  They were happy an all went  to sleep happily. Germany was in the middle of darkness with nothing around him till he saw Italy, "Italy!" He shouted and ran toward him but just kept getting farther. Soon he fell into darkness where he saw Italy there all happy Germany ran and hugged him. He quickly kissed Italy, to him it lasted forever, there lips in perfect harmony, his baby soft lips with his made him so happy. Soon the needed oxygen was formed and they left go, both we're blushing and panting and just laid on the ground and soon Germany heard the alarm clock. It was 9:45 am and Germany got up and got changed, the others were up
At the same time, soon all went to the hospitable to meet Italy who was sorta gain some weight and some scars were healed. Germany just hugged him and since they were alone quickly
Kissed Italy like in the dream. It was a dream come true but when they both came for oxygen heard the camera and saw Spain taking pictures while Romano just mouthed "watch him good" at Germany and "good job bro" at Italy. They gathered Italy's stuff signed him out and went to the car where they were on there way home.

Summary: everyone depressed, Italy came out of hospitable, all happy, Germany and Italy together
