BOB'S BIRTHDAY
-"This grave looks so old and sad."
-Why are you so unhappy, my dear friend?
-George?!
-Bob...
-But, but... You're dead!
-No, baby. It was just a bad dream.
-Why am I old, then? You look much younger than me.
-Ask your dreams, you know they're the only ones, that hold any answers.
-Am I dreaming right now?
-Maybe... I don't know.
-Can I hold you?
-Of course.
-I missed you so much.
-I love you.
-Jeez!
-What's the matter?
-I had the strangest dream eva'!
-Really? Tell me all about it.
-I was standing at your grave and you were dead for quite a while and then, you just came up to me, like nothing happened! I'm glad you're alive and well.
-But, babe... I am dead.
-What?! You're dead?!
-Haha! Yes! And so are you!
-Oh, thank God... Wait. What?! So it wasn't a dream?
-No, dear. I died back in 2001 and you finally joined me. I missed you so much...
-I missed you, too... Where are we?
-Heaven.
-No way!
-Haha! See? I told you, you'll get here, eventually.
-Come on! Show me around!
-That's how we live here. Or maybe not live... You know what I mean!
-Yeah, I do. Wow!
-What?
-Is that Janis?!
-Oh, yeah. She's a very nice girl, but drinks a bit too much...
-Are there any other stars, here?
-Sure, but I think we should meet up with your family, first.
-Oh, okay...
-Why you're so confused?
-It's just strange, you know? Seeing all these people, that you thought, you'll never meet again...
-Don't worry, you'll get used to it.
-We're losing him!
-Wait! I've got the pulse! He's back!
-Where am I?
-You're in a hospital, Mr. Dylan.
-What? Why?
-An accident, but don't worry. You'll be fine.
-No... George...
A/N: I'm so sorry, this is so sad. I wrote it a while back and was waiting for Bob's birthday to post it (I hope his party was much more cheerful, than this...).
I've been to Dylan's concert only once (on 22 November 2015, in Milan, Italy, it was the last show of the Tour). It was probably the most magical night in my life. I cried the whole concert. He seemed to be delighted. The band looked happy, too. They all had fun, smiling and dancing, a bit. They were in a right place, at a right time. He stood on the stage, telling us, what he wanted to and the band helped him, to do it. The point is, that I hope that his life looks like that. Full and happy.
Anyway, happy birthday Mr Bob Dylan! I hope you're doing fine and that you're happy. Carry on touring and making wonderful records, because no matter how much they'll (the so-called critics) put you down, there'll still be some of us, who'll throw their weight behind you. <3<3<3
~Peace & Love~
