The next day arrives, Sora, Izuku, Shoto, and Tenya are all recuperating at Hosu General Hospital. Izuku concludes that Hero Killer: Stain allowed them to live, to which Shoto agrees.

Shoto: Were you able to sleep, Uzumaki?

Sora: Not at all. All I can think of is the event yesterday.

Shoto: I didn't think so. Me either.

Izuku: Same. Thinking about it now, we did something amazing, huh?

Shoto: Yeah.

Sora: Seeing an ending like that really makes you feel like it's a miracle we're alive. I realized that in our fight, he was actually holding back.

Izuku: And with my leg like this, he probably could've killed us if he'd wanted to.

Shoto: Yeah. We were obviously left alive on purpose. You're amazing to have been able to face him after all the murderous intent was directed at you, Iida.

Shoto commends Tenya for his bravery but Tenya refutes the praise.

Manual and Gran Torino enter the room and introduce the students to the Chief of the Hosu Police Force: Kenji Tsuragamae.

Gran Torino: Hosu's Chief of Police: Kenji Tsuragamae.

Seeing the police chief himself, everyone tried to stood up and pay their respects, however the chief himself stopped them from doing so.

Kenji: Oh, you can stay seated, Woof?

Sora and Izuku(mind): Woof...?

Kenji: You must be the U. A. students who brought down the Hero Killer, right?

Sora: Yes.

Sora(mind): Why would the police chief himself come to see us?

Kenji: "Regarding the Hero Killer we arrested... He had fairly serious injuries, with burns and multiple broken bones, and is receiving treatment under strict guard, woof. Since you're U.A. students, I'm sure you already know that when superpowers were still becoming the norm, the police attached importance to leadership and standards and made sure Quirks were not used as weapons.—

And then the profession of "Hero " emerged to fill that gap, woof. For individual's to use of force, power that can easily kill others, and weapons that could easily slice through, actions that normally would be appropriate to denounce to be accepted officially is thanks to early heroes who followed the ethics and rules of profession, woof.—

Even up against the Hero Killer, for uncertified individuals to cause injury with their Quirks without specific instructions from their guardians of supervisors is a clear violation of the rules. The four of you and the Pro Heroes Endeavor, Yellow Gale, Manual and Gran Torino must receive strict punishment."

The police chief informs them that Stain is being treated for serious injuries and that they must be punished for yesterday's incident because they are uncertified individuals using their Quirks for violence without superior permission.

Shoto: Wait a minute. If Iida hadn't done anything, Native would've been killed. If Midoriya hadn't come, the two of them would've been killed. If Uzumaki and I hadn't come, they all would have died!! No one realized that the Hero Killer had appeared. Are you saying we should've followed the rules and watched people get killed?!

Kenji: Are you saying that as long as it turns out alright, it's okay to bend the rules?

Shoto: Isn't it a Hero's job to save people?

Kenji: That is why you are not a full-fledged hero yet. Goodness, what are you being taught by U.A. and Endeavor, woof?

Shoto: You dog!

This upsets Shoto, who claims that if they had not acted then Native would have been killed. He prepares to lash out at Kenji, but Sora instructs him to allow the police chief to finish.

Sora: Wait, Todoroki! First we should hear him out first. He's not finished explaining yet.

Kenji: Everything I said was the official opinion of the police. And the punishment and such would only happen if this were to go public, woof. If this were made public, you would probably be applauded by the public, but you would not be able to escape punishment. On the other hand, this is a bit underhanded, but if it's not made public, the burn scars and bruises would support Endeavor and Yellow Gale being the Heroes who saved the day, and it would end there, woof. Thankfully, there were very few witnesses. This violation could be crushed here, woof. But this would also mean no one would know about your good judgment or achievements. Which do you prefer?

Kenji admits that this was his opinion as a member of the Police Force and reveals that they would have been punished had it been an official disclosure. Since there were not enough witnesses to report the incident regarding Stain the incident will remain undisclosed. However, as a result, Sora, Izuku, Shoto, and Tenya will not get any recognition for their valiant efforts.

Sora: May I ask something...?

Sora said suddenly raising his hand.

Kenji: You may, woof.

Sora: From what I understand from this talk, it's that we won't be recognize as the Hero who defeated the Hero Killer. But what about the parts when I saved the east area of Hosu city from those human-type Nomu?

Kenji: Ah yes, I'm glad you mentioned that. For that part alone, maybe you alone might not be able to escape punishment, woof.

Hearing this, Izuku, Tenya, and Shoto tense up, while Sora himself already prepare himself. Kenji took out his phones and after pressing some button, showed the kids about the video of Sora fighting some revenant protecting civilians while also aiding the police.

Kenji: For this part, the police alone won't be able to cover for you. Though you did in fact cause a small scale of destruction towards the surrounding, your father, Yellow Gale thankfully had covered for you, that it was under his order that you had to use your Quirk for such actions, woof.

Sora: ?!

Hearing this, Sora's eyes widened in surprise.

Kenji: And not only that, some of the civilians and our police officers also vouched for your punishment to be taken away. Thanks to that, we did in fact pardon your punishment, woof.

Shoto says that the chief should have lead the conversation with that, and the quartet thank him for pardoning them.

Kenji: Personally, I don't want to be the one to find fault with promising young ones because of one big mistake, woof.

Manual: Either way, we will need to take responsibility for being negligent in our supervisory duties.

Kenji: Because of the unfairness of adults, you will not receive the praise you would probably have gotten, but at least.

Kenji says that Sora, Izuku, Shoto, and Tenya have a promising future awaiting them and thanks them for their heroic actions.

Kenji: As someone who also protects the peace, I can say thank you.

Shoto: Please start with that next time.

Sora: Todoroki...

The fight in the alley that started in an unexpected way ended like this without anyone knowing about it. But its influence would continue to eat away at them without anyone the wiser...The news of Stain's arrest spreads through the country like wildfire, with Endeavor and Yellow Gale receiving all the credit.

Sarada(on phone): Hey, Sora! What have you been up to? Seriously! Izuku only shares his info location, then I heard you guys took on Hero Killer! If you love getting trouble so much, then let me enlighten you when we return at U.A.!

Sora(on phone): I'll gladly be enlightened by you and pay you back tenfold! Well later!

Sarada(on phone): Wait! Don't you dare hang up—

But Sora already did. Then he got a call from his own Mother.

Sora(on phone): Um, hello...?

Sora sounded nervous.

Hinata(on phone): Naruto informs me what happened.

Hearing the firm voice on the other side of the phone, Sora only sigh in resignation.

Sora(on phone): I'm in trouble, am I?

On the contrary, Hinata's voice is filled with concerned instead.

Hinata: I'm glad you guys are alright. Hima is pretty worried.

Back at the hospital, Tenya tells Sora and Izuku that his left hand has received serious damage.

Izuku: Long term...damage...?!

Iida: Both my arms were pretty beat up, but it looks like the damage to my left arm was especially severe. There was damage to my brachial plexus. But that just means I'll have trouble moving my hand and fingers and experience some numbness. Apparently, there's a possibility that it can be healed with nerve transplant surgery.

Although it can be healed through surgery, Tenya states that he won't get it healed until he's become a true hero and use it as a reminder of his foolish actions.

Iida: When I found out the Hero Killer, I stop being able to think. The first thing I should've done was tell Manual. But I forgot myself in anger... I hate him, but he spoke the truth. That's why... until I become a True Hero, I think I want to leave my left hand as it is.

Shoto: Iida...

Sora: I felt the same way too. That's why... Let's all get stronger together.

Sora can relate and says he will do the same with his crooked hand. They make a pact to become strong together, but Shoto feels guilty that they hurt their hands in skirmishes involving him.

Shoto: I feel... kind of bad...

Sora, Izuku and Tenya looked at Shoto confused.

Izuku: About what?

Shoto: I feel like if I get involved...other people mess up their hands...

Sora: Huh...?

Shoto: Is it a curse?

The three of them looked at Shoto dumbfounded and all started to bust out laughing.

Izuku: Todoroki, I didn't know you could make jokes!

Shoto: No, I'm not joking. I'm like" The Hand Destroyer " or something...

Shoto claims he isn't joking, but Tenya, Sora and Izuku laugh in response.

Sora, Izuku, Iida: "The Hand Crusher"!

While Izuku remains at the Hospital due to his injuries not being fully healed, Iida left on the day of his test results to be with his family. Sora and Shoto's injuries weren't as severe so they both returned to their respective Heroes to continue their Internships.

Though for Sora, it was hell for him when he'd return. All the Heroes saw the video of Sora fighting, and they all thoroughly chewed him out for being reckless, how he's just a child and should have called a Pro Hero instead of dealing them on his own. And how he'd ended up fighting Hero Killer and defeated him as well.

Sora: I get it! I'm sorry okay, believe it!

Sora had to bow his head and was on his knees so many times that his ankle started to ache. And it got worse when his Mother and Sister got there as well. He's entire body aches so much for sitting down on his knees for almost half a day made him completely sore and waste a day of training. As for Naruto who had to take the blame for all this, didn't even try to hide his annoyance since his license got revoked for a month.

Naruto: You reap what you sow, believe it.

Sora: Grr... I'll get you for this, Stupif old man!
