Two days after the U.A. Sports Festival, normal classes resume at the school. Sora Uzumaki takes the train to school and is recognized from the festival by several other passengers.

Civilian 1: Hey kid... excuse me! Uzumaki from the Hero Class!

Sora: ?

Civilian 1: Congrats on your victory at the sports festival! It was amazing!

Civilian 2: You were so cool!

Civilian 3: He reminds me of when I was young.

Civilians: Do your best... Hero!

Sora: Um Thanks...!

(Timeskip)

Sora: It's only morning and I'm already tired from those people.

Tenya: Good morning, Uzumaki!

Sora: Iida?

Once he reaches school grounds, Sora was worn out by the plethora of fans ganging up on him on his way to school. It was until Tenya Iida appeared from behind.

Sora: Wait! Why are you wearing poncho and rain boots?

Tenya: Why are you walking so slowly? You're going to be late!

Tenya pressures him to hurry to class.

Sora: But we still have 5 minutes until the first bell.

Tenya: U.A. students should always arrive 10 minutes early! As the Class Rep, shouldn't you be showing a good example to your classmate!

Sora:...

Sora looked at Tenya seemingly amaze. Though he just shrugged it off with a smile as he also rushed towards the school.

Sora: Iida... About...

Tenya: If it's about my brother, there is no need to worry. I apologize for worrying you needlessly.

They talk by their lockers and Tenya tells Sora that everything involving his brother is fine before they go to class. During the sport festival reward, Sora had noticed that Tenya wasn't there. When he had asked Izuku, Ochako and Sarada about it, it turns out Tenya's older brother got severely injured during his fight with the Hero Killer. Having lost a brother himself, Sora couldn't help but worry about Tenya's mental state. And he was right, Sora could feel a tint of hatred within him.

Sora:...

There, the other students in the class discuss how the sports festival has made them recognizable to the public. They quiet down once Shota Aizawa walks in without his bandages, having recovered completely from his injuries.

Shota: Morning.

Everyone: Good morning!

Tsuyu: Ribbit! Aizawa-sensei, your bandages are gone. I'm glad.

Shota: The old lady went overboard with her treatment. More importantly, we're having a special hero informatics class today.

Everyone(mind): Here it is!

Kaminari(mind): "Special"? Is it a quiz? I hope not...

Kirishima(mind): I'm bad at laws relating Heroes and stuff like that...

He announces that their homeroom class will be on Hero Informatics, causing many of the students to panic and believe they may have a test.

Aizawa: Code Names. You'll be coming up with Hero Names.

Everyone: OH MY GOD YESS!!! We're gonna do something exciting!

Instead, Shota reveals that they will choose their code names and the class jumps up in excitement to pick hero identities. Seeing their excitement, Shota glanced at them with his crimson eyes which immediately silences the whole class.

Everyone:...

Shota: This is related to the Pro Hero draft picks I mentioned the other day. The drafts begin in earnest in the second and third years, after students have gained experience and can become immediate assets to the pros. In other words, for them to extend offers to first years like you shows that they are interested in your future potential. These offers are often cancelled if that interest dies down by graduation.

The professor tells the class that this has a lot to do with the Pro-Hero draft picks and because they are only first years any offers can be taken back before they graduate.

Mineta: Adults are selfish.

Hagakure: So we'll have to prove ourselves once we get picked, huh?

Aizawa: That's right. And here are the totals for those with offers.

Then he shows them the draft results, where Sora Uzumaki, Shoto Todoroki, and Katsuki Bakugo lead the class with thousands of heroes wanting to recruit them.

Kaminari: Gah, there's such a big difference!

Aoyama: Those pros don't know a good thing when they see one!

Kyoka: I get why Uzumaki is first, but Todoroki is first before Bakugo...?

Kirishima: It's the opposite of their placement in the sport festival.

Sarada: Probably because of how scary his face is.

Katsuki: Pros shouldn't be scared of some face!

Denki is discouraged by the large gap between the thousands of nominations they received and only the hundreds he and the others received. Momo Yaoyorozu on the other hand congratulated Sora on his offer.

Momo: You're as amazing as ever, Uzumaki.

Sora: You think highly of me. It's all probably they know I'm the son of the Number 3 Hero.

Momo: No, no. I think it's because of your skills and quick thinking. You even ranked first on the entrance exam and the Quirk Assessment Test. Counting that you even ranked first on the Sport Festival, can you not blame me for not thinking highly of you.

Sora: Well... I... um... Thanks, I guess.

Sora couldn't deny with Momo said and look away seemingly embarrassed. Meanwhile Sarada on the other hand clicked her tongue in annoyance when she saw the board.

Sarada: As a runner up too, I was hoping I'd get more offers. But I didn't even reached a thousand.

Tsuyu: Still, having 700 offers is still a big deal too.

Ochako: Wow! We got offers!

Tenya: Yes, yes.

Mineta: Midoriya, you didn't get any! They're scared of you 'cause of the crazy way you were fighting.

Izuku: Yeah...

Ochako Uraraka is excited that she and Tenya received offers and Minoru Mineta points out that Izuku didn't receive any because of the reckless way he fought against Shoto. Although like Izuku, some students didn't receive any offers, Shota informs the class that they will all spend a week interning with Pro-Heroes.

Shota: Keeping these results in mind, whether or not anyone asked for you, you will be participating in internship with Pros.

Izuku: Internships?

Shota: Yeah. At USJ, you already got to experience combat with real villains, but it will still be meaningful training for you to see Pros at work firsthand.

Sato: So that explains the Hero Names!

Ochako: Things are suddenly getting a lot more fun!

Shota: Well, those Hero names are still temporary, but if you're not serious about it...

???:...you'll have hell to pay later!

While Shota reminds them of the importance of choosing their hero names, Midnight arrives and tells the class that she will have final approval over the names.

Midnight: Because a lot of Hero Names used by students become recognized by society, and they end up becoming professional Hero Names!

Everyone: Midnight!

Shota: Well, that's how it is. So Midnight will be making sure your names are okay. I can't do stuff like that. When you give yourself a name, you get a more concrete image of what you want to be like in the future, and you can get closer to it. This is what it means when they say, "Names and natures do often agree". Like "All Might" for example.

Sora(mind): Now that I think about it... I never once come up with a name for myself. A name that will represent me and my future self.

(Timeskip)

After she hands out canvases to write on, Midnight tells the class they must present the names they've chosen.

Midnight: Okay, let's start presenting names starting with those who are ready.

Most of the class are too nervous to go up, so Yuga Aoyama reveals his name first.

Aoyama: Here I go... "Shining Hero; I can not stop twinkling"! Which means, you can't stop my sparkles!

Everyone(mind): O_O That's a sentence!

Midnight: It'll be easier to use if you take out the "I" and shorten the "can not" to "can't".

Aoyama: You're right, mademoiselle.

He chooses "I can not stop twinkling" and although most of his peers find the name strange, Midnight simply shortens it to Can't Stop Twinkling and moves on.

Everyone(mind): Is that alright?

Sarada: And choose one language! Don't try combining English or French!

Mina: Then I'll go next! Hero Name; "Alien Queen"!

Mina Ashido tries to choose "Alien Queen" as her label, but Midnight doesn't allow her to compare herself to the villain from Ridley Scott's movie franchise causing the class to worry.

Midnight:—Two! Are you trying for the thing with acidic blood? I wouldn't if I were you!

Mina: Dang it!

Everyone(mind): Idiot! Since the first ones were weird, it feels like we're supposed to make them funny now!

Then Tsuyu raised up her hand wanting to present next.

Tsuyu: Ribbit! Then, may I go next?

Midnight: Go ahead, Tsu.

Tsuyu: I've had this in mind ever since I was in elementary school. "Rainy Season Hero; Froppy".

Midnight: That's so cute! It seems friendly. I like it! Use her well-liked model as a guide for your names, okay?

Tsuyu Asui picks the title "Rainy Season Hero: Froppy" and the class responds cheerfully since she chose a normal name in comparison to the initial two.

Everyone(mind): Thank you, Froppy! You changed the mood back to normal again!

Eijiro Kirishima goes up next and reveals he chose to brand himself after his idol "Crimson Riot" by choosing the namesake "Sturdy Hero: Red Riot". As the naming continues, Sora was still pondering as to what kind of Hero Name he should be.

Sora(mind): I can't come up with any ideas at all. Even though we used to think this through and through... Am I right, Elder Brother?

This reminds Sora of his childhood, where he and his brother Boruto would debate which Hero names should they go with.

(Flashback)

This goes back to 7 years ago when Sora's older brother Boruto Uzumaki is still alive. The two were inseparable, staying side by side no matter what. It was during this time that his brother Boruto was joining his first year in U.A. Thinking about it, the two of them were discussing about their Hero Names, since if they were to become Heroes, they're gonna need a Name sooner or later.

Sora: Hey Bro! What do you think of My Hero Name? Cool right!

Boruto: He-he! Let me see!

Sora presented him his childish Hero-like name. Though Boruto finds Sora chuunibyou antics cute, the name he presented was too damn long. Boruto was finding himself hard not to laugh.

Boruto: "Tempest Gale of the Night Sky"! "Sora E. Abyss Gate, the Lethal Tempest!

Sora: See! Look how cool my naming sense is!

Seeing Sora puff his chest proudly. Boruto felt pity for him on the inside. Seeing this ridiculous naming sense was enough to make Boruto cringe. If he didn't do something, Sora might die out of embarrassment when he grew up becoming a Hero with such edgy nickname.

Boruto: First off, this names are too long! Secondly, don't create a name based on your chuuni antics.

Sora: Eh... Why not! Don't you think my names are good?

Boruto: Sora my dear little brother, you have terrible naming sense!

Sora: WHAT!! What do you mean terrible?! Shouldn't you have my back here!

Boruto: I'm saving you from embarrassing yourself later on in the future!

Sora: What do you mean? I'm sure people will love my Hero Name!

Boruto: -_- No, they won't.

Sora: Grr.... So what name are you going to choose?

Sora grumble to himself, still dejected by the name. So instead he asked Boruto his Hero name. Deep down, Sora just wanted to get back at Boruto for laughing as his Hero name by also laughing at Boruto's Hero Name. Already figuring out Sora's motives, Boruto gave a smug grin and presented Sora with his names.

Boruto: Heh... My Hero name is...

(Present)

Sora(mind): Big Brother's name... I...

Recalling that moment. Sora started to write down his Hero Name on the Canvas that were presented to him. The Naming continues on. With Kyoka Jiro as "Hearing Hero: Earphone Jack". Mezo Shoji as "Tentacle Hero; Tentacole". Hanta Sero as "Taping Hero; Celophane". Mashirao Ojiro as "Martial Arts Hero; Tailman". Rikido Sato as "Sweets Hero; Sugarman". And Mina who changed her name to "Pinky". Kaminari as "Stun Gun Hero; Chargebolt". Toru Hagakure as "Stealth Hero; Invisible Girl". Momo Yaoyorozu as " Everything Hero; Creati".

Midnight loves the chosen titles and continues to approve the others. While Shoto Todoroki will just go with his Name "Shoto". Fumikage Tokoyami as "Jet-Black Hero; Tsukuyomi". Minoru Mineta as "Fresh-Picked Hero; Grape Juice". Koji Koda as "Petting Hero; Anima". Until it was Katsuki Bakugo's turned who presented himself as;

Katsuki: "King Explosion Murder".

Midnight: You probably shouldn't use something like that.

Katsuki: Why not?!

Sora: Why not call yourself "Explosive Dynamite".

Sarada: Yeah. It's a perfect name for a Firecracker like you.

Katsuki: Shut up!

Then it was Sarada's turns. She stood up towards the front of the class and presented her name.

Sarada: "Mikazuchi Kunoichi"(Blue Lighting Spirit).

Midnight: Perfect for someone who inherited Sasuke's Lightning and Sakura's Aura.

Sarada: Ehehe... Thanks.

Ochako Uraraka got up after Sarada take her seat and she too presented her name.

Ochako: Okay, my turn... This is what I thought of; "Uravity".

Midnight: Sounds stylish!

That leaves 4 people left. Sora, Izuku, Tenya, and Katsuki who had to rename himself.

Midnight: Choosing hero names is going more smoothly than I thought it would! All that's left is Bakugo, who needs to rethink his, and Iida. And Uzumaki and Midoriya, right?

While trying to select his name, Tenya recalls visiting his brother in the hospital. Tensei Ida informs Tenya that he has been paralyzed and that he will pass the name "Ingenium" onto his younger brother. Despite his brother's wishes, Tenya elects to use his real name instead.

Midnight: You're using your first name, too?

Sora:...

Sora looked at Tenya with concerned expression. He could see the pain in Tenya's face as if he's not worthy to inherit his brother's Hero name. Though Sora didn't know that. After a couple of minutes it was finally time for Izuku to present his hero name. He walks up to the front of the class and show everyone the name that he chose which surprised them all.

Mineta: Midoriya?

Kaminari: Are you really okay with that?

Kirishima: You might be called that forever, you know.

Izuku: Yeah. I didn't like this name until now. But a close friend of mine changed the meaning of it, and that had a huge impact on me. It made me really happy. That's why...

Izuku showed his surprised classmates as he has chosen the moniker of "Deku". Izuku explains that although he used to detest the nickname, Sora and Ochako taught him it could have a different meaning and he's had a change of heart.

Izuku: This is my hero name!

Izuku stated his Hero Name with a shaky but confident smile, proudly presenting his sign. Ochako simply smile at him while Sora was confused when Izuku meant that Sora had changed its meaning. It was then he realized that Sora had shouted about it during the Sport Festival.

Sora: I thought you said that you'll no longer be the worthless Deku, but the Deku that always does his Best!

Remembering this, Sora simply smile. Now that Izuku had presented his names, all that's left is Sora and Katsuki who had to redo.

Midnight: Uzumaki. Are you finished?

Sora: Yes.

Sora slowly stood up from his seats and walk onto the front and center of the class.

Sora(mind): Brother, please give me strength.

He took a deep breath to calm his nerves. He had waited for this opportunity and he prayed silently that the name he will present will give him the courage and strength to overcome any challenges that may arise. Slowly, he presented his names.

Sora: "The Steadfast Hero; Azure Bolt".

Seeing Sora's name, some of the gasp in surprise, while some others look confused as to why Sora had chosen such name. This has nothing that represents Sora's Quirks nor anything that related to him. And bolt means lightning, to which doesn't represent Sora's Wind Quirk instead. And what does he mean by steadfast? Some of them couldn't understand. It was until Midnight, spoke up on everyone's behalf.

Midnight: That's an interesting name. Why would you choose that?

Sora: The reason I chose to become a steadfast hero, is because of what happened to me and my family 6 years ago. During the Tokyo Highway Bombing incident.

Hearing this, everyone gasped. They all heard of the news.

Midnight: Ah yes. There was a sudden bombing incident at that place without any warning or anything. And not just one explosion but multiple at once resulting in many loses. Both civilians and heroes. Even to this day, no one still has caught the culprit behind it.

Sora: That's right. I was there at that incident alongside my elder brother and younger sister. Me and my younger sister survived, but sadly my brother didn't.

The class and Midnight looked in shocked and they gave Sora his condolences for his loss. Izuku, Sarada, and Katsuki who knew about Sora's condition just stays silent.

Sora: Ever since that day, everything change in my family. As I had to endure for something that I'm sorry I couldn't say.

Midnight: No worries. There's no need for you to say if it brings you discomfort.

Sora: Even so until just recently, I was able to move forward even if it's just a little after that incident. All thanks to the support of friends, family and most importantly, to my Master.

Midnight: Your Master?

Sora: Yes. I've been able to gain unwavering strength thanks to my Master. That's why I've chosen the words "Steadfast".

Midnight: But why "Azure Bolt"? Your Quirk is Wind, right? If you want to use a name that represents your Quirk, shouldn't you use something else.

Sora: That may be true. But the word Azure stance for my Blue Aura that appears everytime I use my Quirk. While the words Bolt is actually stance for my older Brothers name Boruto in English. That's why... This is my Hero Name!

Hearing this, the students all respected Sora for his resolve. Not even as to that, they could sense, Sora's determination with clear intensity. It was prove enough that Sora had the strength that back up the claim. Despite his cheerful attitude, Sora had the firm and unshakable confidence behind his actions. Midnight too was impressed. Out of everyone here, she probably respect Sora the most.

Midnight: If that's the case, then I won't complain.

After Sora presented his name Bakugo was in front of the class representing his new name that he had thought of.

Katsuki: "Lord Explosion Murder!"

Midnight: No, that's still no good.

Code name selecting ends after Midnight denies Katsuki's elected name change "Lord Explosion Murder".

(Timeskip)

After the students finished picking their hero names, Aizawa was awake and stood in front of the class once again. Aizawa returns to the interning topic they discussed beforehand.

Shota: Now that everyone's decided on their hero names, we'll go back to talking about the internships. They will last for a week. As where you'll have them, those who had offers from pros will be given your own lists, so you can choose from those yourself. Those who didn't have offers will choose from among forty agencies around the country that will be accepting interns. They will work in different places and have different specializes.

Midnight: For example, Thirteen would be focused on rescues from accidents and disasters more then fighting villains.

Shota: Think carefully before you choose.

Everyone: Yes sir!

Shota: Turn in your choices before the weekend.

Kirishima: We've only got two day?!

Shota: Make your decision efficiently. Dismissed.

While looking through the list of his many offers, Sora spots that he received a nomination from his father's Yellow Gale's agency.

Sora:...

Naruto: I'll see you at the agency with your Hero Name!

(Timeskip)

During their lunch break, everyone was gathered together in class going over to which internship they want to go with. Sora was still glued to his chairs seeing all the offers that was given to him. Still his eyes were only fixed on his father's agency.

Mina: Hey guys, have you decided what pro agency you're going to yet?

Mineta: I'm going to Mt. Lady!

Tsuyu: Mineta, you're thinking about something perverted, aren't you?

Mineta: I'm not!

Sarada: Mina, I'm surprised you didn't get any offers, since you made it to the second round top 8.

Mina: You said it. But what about you, Sarada? Which agencies are you planning to go?

Sarada: Hmm... Probably my Mom. The "Medical Sannin" Agency. Though I'm not sure if I could even heal any injuries.

Tsuyu: So why choose it.

Sarada: It's to train to control my aura better. And I heard that my Dad will be there too, so I was hoping he could give me some tips on how to improve in using my lightning.

Ojiro: I see. You need to find a way to let your eyes get used to your speed after all.

Ochako: Have you two decided yet, Uzumaki, Deku?

Ochaco tries to ask Sora and Izuku who they've chosen. Her and several other students catch Sora closing his eyes probably thinking who he will go since he had over 4 thousands offers, while Izuku muttering to himself while trying to make a selection.

Izuku: *mutter*mutter*...

Sora:...

Everyone(mind): It's practically an art! Not one but two!

Everyone was in the same mind since both Sora and Izuku were thinking to hard.

Sora: Sorry. It's just hard to decided.

Ochako: You did get the most offers, it's understandable if you're having trouble deciding.

Sora: Did you already decide, Uraraka?

Ochako: I've already decided!

Mina: Really?

Ojiro: Where?

Ochako: Battle Hero; Gunhead's Agency.

Izuku: Huh? Gunhead's a huge battle type! You're going there?

Ochako: Yup! I got an offer from them!

Sora: That's really unexpected. I was totally convinced you were the type of Hero like Thirteen.

Ochako: Ultimately, yes. But fighting Bakugo at the sports festival made me think— The stronger I get, the more possibilities I'll have! If I only do what I want, I'll have a narrower perspective!

Izuku: I see.

Sora(mind): A different perspective? I guess I should see for myself too.

(Timeskip)

As the bell rang signaling the end of the school day, Sora and Izuku was ready to head home with Ochako walking towards them.

Ochako: Uzumaki. Deku. Let's go home together.

Izuku: Sure.

Sora: Yeah.

Ochako: Iida, you too—

At the end of the school day, Sora and Izuku agrees to walk home with Ochako, who notices Tenya has already left.

Ochako: Huh?

Izuku: He probably decided on where he wants to do his internship and went to turn it into the staff room.

Before they leave, All Might suddenly appears in the doorway and takes Izuku aside to inform him about his nomination.

All Might: I am here! In a bizarre position!

Izuku: Wh-What's the matter? Why are you in such a hurry?

All Might: Come with me for a moment.

Izuku: R-Right.

As Izuku follows All Might, Sora and Ochako started walking back home together. All Might discloses that his former homeroom teacher, Gran Torino, extended the offer to Izuku and that he knows about One For All. Izuku is excited to hear the news, but All Might appears to be fearful as he's reminded of his old teacher.

Meanwhile, Aizawa notices that Tenya chose a lower class offer from a hero in Hosu City. Izuku reunites with Sora and Ochako who were getting their shoes, and informs them that he got an offer.

Ochako: What? You got an offer?

Sora: Nice!

Izuku: Yeah.

They both notice Tenya has left school already and Sora recalls hearing about Ingenium on the news, having been taken out by the Hero Killer: Stain. A man who already killed 17 heroes in the past and hurt 23 heroes beyond recovery. After parting ways with Ochako, Sora and Izuku made their way home since they lived in the same neighborhood. During their walk, Izuku tells Sora about the offer he got.

Sora: Gran Torino? Is that the Hero name of the one that offers you.

Izuku: Yeah... He was All Might's teacher. And also know about One for All.

Sora: If he knows about you and All Might's secret. Even more so that he was All Might's teacher, he must be one hell of a Hero.

Izuku: T-True... But for some reason, All Might was trembling when he described it.

Hearing this, Sora was surprised. A man that could make All Might scared. Just what kind of man is he?

Sora: Still, if this is All Might's teacher. Then I'm, sure he'll be able to teach you ways of using your Quirk that All Might couldn't. And knowing you, you'll definitely figure something out.

Izuku: I-I guess you have a point.

(Timeskip)

On the first day of the internships, Shota dismisses the students after giving out their costumes.

Aizawa: You all have your costumes, right? Remember, you aren't allowed to wear them in public. Don't drop them or anything.

Mina: Yessir!

Aizawa: Speak clearly! It's "yes, sir" Ashido.

Mina: Yes, sir...

Aizawa: Make sure you mind your manners with the Heroes at your internship! Off ye go, now.

Everyone: Yes, sir!

Before Tenya leaves for Hosu, Sora and Izuku and Ochako approach him.

Sora: Iida!

Izuku: If you ever feel hopeless, make sure you let us know.

Ochako: Yeah, yeah.

Sora: Iida... As the class representative, it's my responsibility for my classmates concern. So please, do not hesitate to ask me if you ever need assistance. After all, we're friends, right?

They advocate for him to talk to them if he's feeling helpless and asks if he's comfortable doing so because they are all friends.

Tenya: Yeah.

He affirms their friendship and walks away, changing his expression from a smile to a vengeful glare.

Tenya:...

(Timeskip)

Afterwards, Sora made his way towards his father's agencies. He already been to this place so many times that the Heroes there already recognize his face. After arriving at the front gate, Sora was surprised by the welcomed by the Heroes. Though, it's a welcome that he didn't expected.

Sora: What the?!

Shikamaru: Shadow paralysis!

Rock Lee: Leaf Hurricane!

Konohamaru: Flying Swallow!

He was greeted by an attack by his senior Heroes whom had helped him a lot in his childhood. Thankfully to his quick reflexes, Sora was able to jump up into the air avoiding the Shadow paralysis attack coming towards him. On the air, he redirect the whirling kick that was coming towards him by using his own wind as a momentum and his high combat martial arts technique, while at the same time he counter the Flying Swallow attack with his Gale Palm. Grinning from his mouth, Sora landed on the ground perfectly looking at the man before him.

Sora: What a welcome.

Naruto: Sorry for the attack. But I think you might want a few warm ups before the main event.

Naruto smile at his son as his friends all landed on the ground with a satisfactory smile and grin on their faces, since they too wanted to see what Sora is capable of doing when they saw the Sport Festival.

Naruto: Welcome to hell!

Sora: Heh! Bring it on!
