Present Mic: The Eight and last match of the first round! He was kind of famous in middle school! This isn't the face of a regular person! From the hero course, it's Katsuki Bakugo!

Katsuki:...

Present Mic: Vs— She's the one I'm rooting for! From the Hero Course, it's Ochako Uraraka!

The last duel of the first round in the finals between Katsuki and Ochako commences.

Katsuki: You're the one that makes things float, right, Round Face?

Ochako: Round...?

Ochako was startled by Katsuki's nickname for her.

Katsuki: If you're gonna withdraw, do it now. You won't get off with just an 'ouch'.

Katsuki warns her to give up before they start fighting because he's not going to hold back.

Tenya: Midoriya.

Izuku: Hmm?

Tenya: What was the strategy you were going to tell Uraraka earlier for her to use against Bakugo?

Izuku looked down towards his notebook where he keeps everything he wrote about people's Quirks.

Izuku: It wasn't much, really. Kacchan's strong. In a real close combat fight, he has almost no openings, and the more he moves, the more he sweats, making his Explosion Quirk stronger. He can use the blasts from his explosion to move around the air, but if Uraraka touches Kacchan and uses her Quirk to make him float, then she would have the upper hand.

Sora: I don't think Katsu will not noticed that.

Izuku: That's why... the first thing Uraraka should do is...

Sora: A swift attack.

Tenya asks Izuku what his advice for Ochaco was, and Izuku says that she needs to strike first and touch Katsuki to send him out of bounds using her Quirk.

Present Mic: 8th match, start!

The 8th and final match is finally underway. Ochako without further ado rushes towards Katsuki.

Ochako: Withdrawing isn't a choice!

Ochako exclaimed that she won't back down no matter what which brought a smile to Sora, Izuku, Sarada and Tenya.

Sarada: All right! That's good.

Izuku: Even if it's an accident, as long as she can touch him, she can make him float!

Tenya: Bakugo won't want Uraraka to get close to him.

Sora: That's why he'll counterattack instead of evading.

Katsuki even though didn't hear their conversation, already knew what plan he needed to do.

Katsuki: Then, die!

Ochako predicts Katsuki's first attack that he would use his right hand big swing since she saw his fight with Izuku during the Hero Combat Training, but is unable to avoid it, getting blasted with his signature right hook.

Izuku and Tenya: Uraraka!

Izuku and Tenya gasped.

Jiro: Hii—!

Jiro shudders.

Mineta: Did he blast her?

Mineta was stunned.

Tsuyu: Even though you're fighting a girl, you have no mercy, do you, Bakugo?

Tsuyu remarked at Katsuki's aggressiveness.

Sarada: Geez, that Firecracker. He never hold backs against anyone does he?

Sora: Do you expect him to be any other way?

A bead of sweat fell down Ochako's face. Even though she knew which pattern Katsuki would attack, she couldn't react on time.

Katsuki: I'll take care of you.

He reminds her that she should've dropped out of the match and attacks, but he ends up exploding her P.E. uniform that she sent through the smoke as a distraction.

Ochako gets the drop on him, but Katsuki's lightning-fast reflexes allow him to counterattack and blast her away.

Sero: He moved after he saw her?

Kaminari: That's crazy. His reaction time is as fast as Uzumaki and Uchiha. So it doesn't matter if there's a smokescreen. With Uraraka not being able to activate her Quirk unless she touches him, she's at a disadvantage with Bakugo's reflexes.

Sarada: Call me Sarada. I don't like people calling me by my last name.

Kaminari: Um— sorry.

Ochako: Guh...!

Katsuki: Too slow!

Ochako continues her onslaught, attacking Katsuki over and over without rest. He continues to use his explosions to keep her away, upsetting the viewing crowd.

Tsuyu: Ochako...

Jiro: I can't watch!

Mineta: Bakugo, don't tell me... your taste run in that direction...

While her friends were scared for her, Ochako shows no sign of stopping her onslaught rush.

Ochako: Not yet!

Present Mic: Uraraka keeps attacking without rest, but... this is...

Some of the fans believe that because her feint didn't work, Ochako is getting desperate with her attacks.

Sora: How annoying. You people need to take a closer look.

Class 1-A: Huh?

Sora notices the comment and says that they need to look closer. The viewing fans start to boo Katsuki for being too rough, but both Kakashi and Shota calls out the man who started the uproar.

Shota: Was that a pro saying he's playing around? How many years have you been a pro?

Kakashi: If you're saying that with a straight face, there's no point in you watching anymore, so go home! Go home, and look into changing careers!

Sora: Aizawa-sensei? Kakashi-sensei?

Kakashi: Bakugo is being careful because he's acknowledging the strength of his opponent who has made it this far. It's because he's doing everything he can to win that he can't go easy on her or let his guard down.

He explains that Katsuki's fierceness is an acknowledgment of his opponent's strength, and he's simply doing everything he can to keep Ochako at bay so he can come out on top.

Katsuki: Not yet...! She's still...not dead!

Seeing her determined face, Katsuki was somewhat impressed by Ochako's persistent behavior in order to win. The smoke clears from the initial scuffle, and Ochako remains undeterred, still standing from Katsuki's barrage of explosions. Uneasy, Katsuki mulls over the fact that Ochako "isn't dead yet".

Ochako: It's about time... I think...

Katsuki:...?

Ochako: Thanks, Bakugo... for not letting your guard down...

Katsuki: Huh?

Ochako thanks Katsuki for keeping his focus on her.

Sora: Well, it can't be helped from Katsu is, but it's embarrassing for a pro in the stand to start booing without noticing. Ever since this battle started, Uraraka continue to kept her body low as she advanced, storing up weapons. And then, she narrowed his field of vision with relentless attacks to keep him from noticing.

Sora said while looking upwards. He explains that Ochako kept low to the ground as she moved so that Katsuki's explosions tore up the floor of the ring, creating weapons for her. Then she kept him focused on her by attacking relentlessly, rendering Katsuki oblivious to the impending Meteor Storm. Hearing and also following his directions, the people of class 1-A and B all looked above. Katsuki also looks up to see a vast amount of debris floating above the stadium.

Ochako: I'm gonna win!

Present Mic: A meteor shower?

Shota and Kakashi: You should've noticed.

Izuku: She had a desperate plan like that up her sleeves?

As she releases her Quirk, causing all the debris to fall down towards Katsuki, Ochako rushes at him to try and capitalize on an opening. However, Katsuki unleashes a large, powerful explosion that repels all the debris, horrifying his opponent as she gets blown away as well.

Katsuki: Since you're friends with Spike and Deku, I thought you'd be up to something...

Ochako: In one shot...

Ochako was shocked that her plan was easily destroyed by one attacked from Katsuki's explosion.

Present Mic: B-Bakugo deliver a satisfying explosion! He blasted boldly through Uraraka's secret plan!

Katsuki: That was close...

Katsuki muttered under his breath just how close he was to losing. Even his hand was trembling from his own explosion since he never unleashed such explosion in his life, and the drawback from that explosion had made his left hand numb. Meanwhile, Ochako was in the state of despair. After all, she had put everything she had in that plan and attacked, but Katsuki had stopped her cold.

Ochako(mind): I did everything I could...! But he wasn't fazed at all...

Katsuki: All right, let's get serious then, Uraraka!

Ochako tries to stand up and fight not wanting to give up, Katsuki sneered acknowledging Ochako's strength and calling her by name, as he rushed towards her wanting to put an end for good. Ochako tried the same and stand up, but ends up collapsing, having reached her limit after taking the brunt of many explosions.

Present Mic: Uraraka's down!

Ochako: I-I also...also...can still...! I'll become... a hero...!

Despite losing consciousness, Ochako crawls towards Katsuki as she recalls the memory of her promising to help her family by becoming a hero. She ultimately falls unconscious and Katsuki is declared the winner of the match.

Midnight: Uraraka's out of commission. Bakugo advances to the second round!

(Timeskip)

Midnight has Ochako carried off the Recovery Girl's office, and Katsuki leaves the ring, having advanced to the next round. He happens upon Sora while walking back to the stands and is instantly irritated by his presence.

Sora: Yo, Katsu.

Katsuki: What the—?! What the hell do you want?! Die, scum!

Sora: Oh, I want to prepare for my next match, so I want some time alone. Congrats on winning by the way...

Katsuki: That was yours and Deku's idea, wasn't it? That damned desperate plan. You just have to be annoying, don't you? What the hell—

Sora: Now why would I do that? In fact, I stopped Izuku before he could help her. So in other words, she planned it all thinking about how she could beat you.  Since you thought that was annoying, was because Uraraka was leading you around the nose!

Katsuki accuses him of providing Ochako with her strategy, but Sora stands up for Ochako and informs Katsuki that the plan was Ochako's own. He confesses to having nothing to do with it and tells Katsuki if that battle was more difficult then he had anticipated, then it's because of Ochako and not him. Seeing his irritation, Sora grin.

Sora: I'll see you at the finals.

Katsuki: Like hell you're beating me, Spike! I'm gonna get my 100 win before you will!

Sora: Sorry to say, but I'll be the one to get my 100 wins first!

Both Sora and Katsuki grin at one another. Their longterm rivalry has always been a stalemate. Each have won 99 times and 99 loses. Sometimes it would be Katsuki that challenged Sora, while sometimes it was Sora. The two bid their farewell as Katsuki walks to the stands only to be greeted by his other classmates teasing him for his villainous approach to the fight.

Sero: Hey, Bakugo! That was tough, huh? Playing the bad guy.

Tsuyu: Even if it was because of the match-up, you played an amazing villain, Bakugo.

Katsuki: Shut up! Be quiet!

Kaminari: But man, I can't believe you were able to aim such a huge blast at a frail girl.

Katsuki: What part of her was frail?

Denki comments in disbelief of Katsuki attacking a fragile girl, but Katsuki replies that he definitely wouldn't label Ochako as frail.

In anticipation of his next match against Shoto, Izuku goes to the waiting rooms to prepare. He is surprised when he finds Ochaco there and not Recovery Girl's office. She explains that she was completely healed other than a few scrapes and scratches, and goes on to criticize herself for losing. Taken back by Ochaco's lively attitude, Izuku asks if she's okay, to which she replies she's fine.

Meanwhile, Eijiro and Tetsutetsu's arm wrestling match commences. Tetsutetsu's iron arm gives way and Eijiro is able to best him, allowing him to advance to the next round.

Afterwards, Eijiro offers his hand to Tetsutetsu and commends him for putting up a great fight. They shake hands, and Midnight is aroused by their sportsmanship.

Second round match:
    1. Izuku Midoriya vs Shoto Todoroki
    2. Sora Uzumaki vs Tenya Iida
    3. Sarada Uchiha vs Mina Ashido
    4. Eijiro Kirishima vs Katsuki Bakugo

With the second round roster filled, the next battle is slated to begin soon. Izuku leaves Ochako after she wishes him good luck, and then she receives a call from her father. He praises Ochako's performance and her true repressed feeling surface. Saddened by her loss, Ochako claims that she didn't do well and that she failed. Ochako's father continues to encourage her and she gets emotional as she admits to wanting to help her parents out sooner than later. Her emotions pour out into tears after her father says he believes that she will become a great, caring hero and that he is immensely proud of her.

Meanwhile for Sora, he wasn't in the sitting area with his friends, but instead he was all alone walking towards the waiting area, Sora's mind was at the thought about what she should do next. He wanted to see his family, but refrained himself from doing so, because he needed to focus on his own fight.

Sora(mind): Stop thinking about the bet! I need to focus on winning the next fight. Yeah, one at a time.

Then suddenly, Endeavor appears in the corridor which surprises Sora

Sora: Flame Hero, Endeavor?

Endeavor: Oh, what a lucky day. First was that brat Izuku Midoriya, now I get to meet Naruto's son as well.

Sora: What do you want? And what are you doing here...? Shouldn't you be guarding the venue?

However, Endeavor ignored Sora's question and told his statement.

Endeavor: I've seen your fight. Your cloning Quirk is similar to your father, whom is a rival of mine for our goal in surpassing All Might. If by performance use, you are definitely more precise in using your clones unlike your father.

Sora: What's your point? It's true that me and my Dad can create clones, but our Quirk is not similar in the least.

Endeavor: You see here, it is Shoto's duty to surpass All Might. His match with you will be after he won against Izuku Midoriya. And I'm sure that match will be very instructive test bed. Please don't disgrace yourself in it.

Sora: Why are you so sure that my next match is with Todoroki? It's too early to decide that Izuku will lose.

Though Sora doubt Izuku will be able to fight again even if he did win since he would break his arms and legs every time he uses his Quirk. But Endeavor shouldn't decide that too fast.

Endeavor: Are you implying that Shoto will lose.

Sora: I'm not. I'm just saying the possibility that he might lose. And besides, instead of thinking about my fight with Todoroki, I should focus on my fight with Tenya Iida first, am I wrong.

Sora brushes Endeavor off and tries to walk away. But Endeavor next words made Sora's mind lose it.

Endeavor: I hardly doubt you will lose, since you are the same as your father. Just like how Shoto is the same as me.

This aggravate Sora remembering his conversation with Shoto after the cavalry battle, how Shoto would never used Endeavor's Quirk and become a hero without it. At the same time, hearing that he was the same as Naruto made Sora's blood boil with anger, but at the same time, he tried to calm himself. Though he won't deny that he and Naruto are the same, he is not Naruto and he will move forward his own path, not in the shadow of his father.

Endeavor: That was all I wanted to say. I apologize for bothering you.

Sora: I think you've got some misunderstanding here.

Endeavor: Hmm...?

Sora: I am not my father. I have my own goal.

Endeavor: That's obviou—

Sora: That's obvious, right? In other words, Todoroki isn't you, either. He has his own goal. And you have no right to criticize him for choosing a different path than yours.

Both of them glare at one another before Sora left Endeavor behind. He walked towards the waiting room and watch Izuku and Shoto's match in the Tv instead of watching with his friends. He wanted to use Izuku's match as a source of encouragement.

Sora: Do your best, Izuku.

Present Mic: Thanks for waiting, everybody! The first match of the second round is a big match!

The stadium goes wild with anticipation for the second round's first match between Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki.

Present Mic: The man who won a huge victory in the first round and literally left the audience frozen— From the Hero Course, it's Shoto Todoroki!

Shoto:...

Present Mic: On the other hand, this guy barely made it past the first round! What kind of fight will he shows us this time? From the Hero Course, it's Izuku Midoriya!

Izuku:...

Shoto: So you're here.

Izuku: Todoroki...

The two Sports Festival front runners exchange a few words, while Tenya, Ochako, and Sarada discuss how Izuku could win the match.

Tenya: Sarada, what do you think of this match?

Sarada: It depends on whether or not Izuku jumps in close to Todoroki.

Ochako: Yeah. What is Deku going to do about that ice?

Elsewhere, Tomura Shigaraki is advised to pay close attention to the match because the two boys may become formidable obstacles to him one day. Tomura simply replies that he's not worried about a couple of kids.

Back at the stadium, Thirteen recalls that Shoto and Izuku tried to save All Might from the villains at the U.S.J. All Might responds by saying they have more in common with each other than they realize, each of them having an intense vibe about them.

Present Mic: At this year's sport festival, both have shown top class performance! It's like two great rivals fighting against each other! Now— Midoriya vs Todoriki!

Izuku and Shoto take their battle stances and brace themselves for their epic bout.

Present Mic: Start!

The fated duel between Izuku and Shoto has finally arrived. As soon as it begins, Shoto leads with an ice attack, but Izuku counters with a Delaware Smash.

Shoto(mind): Go!

Izuku(mind): Smash!

Shoto creates a pillar of ice behind him to keep him from being blown out of bounds, as he expected Izuku to break his finger in order to negate the ice attack.

Shoto(mind): Just as I expected. He was prepared to injure himself to negate the attack.

Present Mic: Wow! Midoriya stopped Todoroki's attack!

All Might(mind): He didn't know what scale of attack Young Todoroki would use, so he abandoned control and fired off a shot at 100%!

All Might comments that this was likely the only way Izuku could have retaliated. Izuku is forced to damage a second finger to stop Shoto's next attack and mulls over that he only has six more chances, and must find Shoto's weakness before he breaks all his fingers. Shoto doesn't let up and continues his onslaught of ice attacks.

Sora(mind): For how long can you two keep using those huge attack up?

Sora thought to himself as he watched the fight from the waiting room. After all, Quirk's are physical abilities and can get worn out just like anything else. He takes a moment to ponder that this is the very reason he designed his costume in such a way so that he could go beyond his own limits.

Present Mic: Todoroki doesn't recoil from Midoriya's power and gets in close!

Shoto's assault continues, forcing Izuku to break the last finger on his right hand. However, Shoto withstands the smash and creates a tower of ice to run up and close the distance between them. Izuku uses another smash to break the ice steps apart, but Shoto avoids it and nearly freezes Izuku at close range.

Izuku(mind): Oh no, he's so close!

In order to break the ice that's slowly freezing him, Izuku sacrifices his entire left arm and lets off a full-powered smash. Shoto withstands the aftershock of the smash using an ice blockade.

Shoto: That's a lot more powerful than before. Are you trying to tell me... to stay away...?

While recovering, Shoto notes that this attack from Izuku was significantly more powerful than the previous ones and that he realizes his opponent is trying to keep him at a distance. Izuku is startled by Shoto's combat awareness, and some viewing fans even comment that Shoto is already stronger than the average pro hero.

Izuku(mind): It's not just his Quirk. His judgement, application skills, mobility... All of his abilities... are strong? It's like I'm fighting against Sora.

Shoto: What, you're that beat up just from defending and running away?

Questioning Izuku's durability, Shoto asks if he's already too worn out from defending against the ice.

Izuku(mind): He's trembling. Is that how it is...? Damn it...

Izuku doesn't respond, and instead, he notices that Shoto is shaking because of the frost that builds up on the right side of his body.

Shoto: Sorry... Thanks, Midoriya. That guy's face is clouded over thanks to you. With your arms like that, you can't fight anymore, can you? Let's finish this.

Shoto apologizes for the intensity of the battle and thanks Izuku for helping him irritate Endeavor by only using ice rather than fire. Understanding that Izuku has no undamaged fingers left, Shoto sends an ice attack at him that he expects to finish the match.

Present Mic: Todoroki keeps attacking with overwhelming power! Here comes the finishing ice attack!

Izuku: Where are you looking?

However, Izuku declares that he isn't finished yet and uses one of his already broken finger to blow Shoto's ice away.

Shoto: Bastard... With your broken finger...? Why are you going so far?

Shoto asks why Izuku is going so far.

Izuku: You're trembling, Todoroki. Quirks are physical abilities, too. There's a limit to how much cold your body can take, isn't there? And isn't that something you could solve by using the heat from your left side?

Izuku also surmises that Shoto could offset his temperature by using his fire, but knows Shoto refuses to do so.

Izuku: Everyone's fighting with everything they've got... To win and get closer to their dream... To become number one... You want to win with just half your strength?! You haven't put a single scratch on me yet, you know!

He challenges Shoto to put more effort into the battle, stating that everyone else is giving it their all while Shoto is only using half his power. Izuku provokes Shoto by claiming that he has yet to injure him in this battle, demanding that Shoto use his full strength.

Izuku: Come at me with everything you've got!

Sora: Heh... That is very much of you, Izuku.

Sora smile seeing the match already noticing that Izuku is no longer just trying to win but saving Shoto too.

Shoto: Midoriya... What are you planning? Everything I've got? Did my damn old man buy you off or something? Now I'm angry!

Agitated, Shoto rushes Izuku, albeit much slower than before.

Sora: His movement is getting slower. It must be because of the ice on his body... Or probably because of his match against Sero.

Sora notices Shoto's drop in mobility and assumes that it's because Shoto's stamina is running low after wasting so much of it fighting Hanta. Shoto closes in on Izuku, but as soon as he lifts his right foot to attack, Izuku controls One For All and strikes Shoto in the torso, sending him flying away.

Present Mic: A solid hit! We've got some action!

Shoto recovers and tries to use another ice attack, but it's much slower than the previous ones and Izuku is able to avoid it. They both move into closer quarters and fight in spite of their afflictions.

Cementoss: Should I stop it, Midnight? That Midoriya's probably thinking, "Recovery Girl will heal me anyway", and is being reckless. He's full of adrenaline right now, so he probably isn't feeling much pain... But, those injuries... They probably can't be fully healed in one go. Even if he wins, he might not be able to fight his next match.

Cementoss urges Midnight to stop the match because Izuku is fighting too recklessly by continuing to injure his already broken fingers with more smashes knowing that Recovery Girl will heal him.

Sora: No... He's not fighting reckless. He got a bit more control now than before. Because the old Izuku would already break his hand by now. This is the best he can do to win at this point in time.

Sora retorts that Izuku isn't fighting recklessly, he's simply doing everything he can to win the match within his current skill level. He also commends Izuku for his resolve and ponders his intent. As Izuku dashes at Shoto, the latter attempts to freeze him. Without any fingers left to use, Izuku pulls back his thumb using his cheek in order to release another smash to blast Shoto away.

Shoto: Why are you going so far?

Izuku: Because I want to live up to everyone's expectations... I want to be able to smile... and respond to them... To be a cool Hero... That's what I want to be!

Shoto asks again why Izuku is putting himself through so much pain, to which his opponent replies is because he's prepared to do whatever it takes to become a hero.

Izuku: That's why— Everyone's giving it their all!

After headbutting Shoto, Izuku again challenges him to use his full strength, telling him to stop screwing around because even if he wants to reject his father, Shoto doesn't have the right to be the best if he's not prepared to do his best.

Izuku: There's no way I can know all of your circumstances, or your resolve. But for you to become number one without giving it your all, to completely reject your father...  Is a fucking joke!

Shoto: Shut up...

Izuku's words make Shoto recall the terrible memories of his past. As more frost covers his body, Shoto remembers he and his mother being abused by Endeavor. As well as a time where he pleaded to his mother about not wanting to become like his father, to which she replies by asking if Shoto still wants to become a hero. Izuku capitalizes and strikes Shoto with another controlled One For All smash, and declares that he will surpass him.

Izuku: That's why... I will win! And I'll surpass you!

While reeling from the attack, Shoto is reminded of his childhood. He remembers that as a child he was constantly separated from his siblings, and when his mother finally had a mental breakdown from all the domestic abuse and burned his face. Endeavor had her put into a psychiatric ward, but Shoto blames him for his mother's breakdown.

Shoto: I will reject... mu old man's power...

Izuku: It's your power, isn't it?!

Still haunted, Shoto states once again that he will reject his father, but Izuku yells that Shoto's Quirk is his own, and not his father's. This invokes one last memory, one that Shoto had long forgotten. He and his mother were sitting down watching a special on TV about All Might. All Might encourages all children to use their Quirk's in their own way even though they inherited them from their parents. Shoto's mother adds that Shoto must remember to stay true to himself, that he is not a prisoner of his lineage, and that it's okay to use his power to become who he wants to be.

Impassioned, Shoto decides to activate his fire and astounds the entire arena with his display of blazing power.

Present Mic: Th-This is...!

Ochako: The fire's here...

Sarada: He used it...!

Tenya: he actually used his left side...

Sora: Izuku... you truly are an unbelievable boy...

All Might realizes that Izuku had been trying to provoke Shoto to this point in order to save him from rejecting not only half his power but half of himself. As the flames lower down and the frost melts from Shoto's body, he says that now Izuku is the one screwing around for helping his opponent. Shoto adds that just like Izuku, he desires to become a hero one day too.

Shoto: Even though you want to win... Damn it... Going out of your way to help your enemy... Which one of us is the joke...? I want... to be a hero, too...!

Having freed Shoto from his self-repression, Izuku smiles and comments that Shoto's power is amazing to which he responds with an affecting smile of his own.

Endeavor: Shoto! Have you finally accepted yourself?! That's it! Good! It all starts from here for you! With my blood, you will surpass me... You will fulfill my desire!

Ecstatic, Endeavor shouts proudly about Shoto finally using his fire. He walks down closer to the match and claims that Shoto will surpass him and live up to the reason for his birth.

Present Mic: Endeavor suddenly shouts encouragement...? Such a doting father.

Naruto, Hinata, Sakura: -_- No. it's not...

Izuku: Wow...

Shoto: Why are you smiling? With wounds like those in your current situation... You're absolutely nuts.

With the battle reaching its climax, Shoto asks why Izuku is grinning in such a hopeless situation with his injuries and states that he won't be to blame for anything that happens to Izuku next. They both power up in preparation for one final clash.

Shoto: Don't blame me for what happens next.

Izuku: Yeah.

Cementoss: Midnight! Anymore than this...

Midnight: His body won't hold up!

Cementoss and Midnight decide to step in, fearing one of them might be killed. Shoto sends a large wave of ice at Izuku and around himself, but the latter jumps above it by using One For All in his leg.

Even though Cementoss builds a wall between them, Izuku's wind pressure and Shoto's heatwave tear through it as if it were only cotton threads, and the resulting shockwave created by the collision of the attacks destroys the entire fighting ring, knocks over Midnight's stand, and sends a large whirlwind that blows over most of the audience.

Midnight: Hey!

Mineta: What the heck?!

Kaminari: Man, seriously?!

Momo: What happened?

Everyone watches in pure disbelief, and after he recovers, Cementoss commends both of them for their talent.

Everyone is taken back by the battle's outcome, and Midnight announces that Shoto Todoroki is the victor.
