"They're so cute!" Gabriel nudges Enzo's shoulder. "Don't you think so?"

"They're not even dating," Enzo shakes his head at his older brother's enthusiasm. "Sam and Kath are not dating."

"What are you two talking about?" Aalayah puts an arm around Enzo but he shrugs her arm off. "Swooning over the year ten girls? Same."

"Why don't you go date them, then?" Enzo asks Aalayah. "You are gay after all."

"Why don't you go date a year seven girl?" Aalayah mimics him. "You are straight after all."

"What's this about year seven girls?" Tobias walks over. 

"I'm leaving this conversation," Enzo stands up from the bench and makes his way to Brent, Morgan and Saad who are sitting on the wall. "I'm coming to sit with you guys because they're being weird."

 "Is Aalayah discussing gay porn again?" Morgan sighs, "I don't know where she gets it from."

Brent moves his fringe slightly.

"Sit next to me," Saad smiles, patting the empty space next to me. "We haven't spoken properly for a while."

"I think we should leave these two lovebirds," Morgan slyly smiles, tugging Brent's sleeve. "Let's go somewhere else."

"Brogan will forever be the group's OTP!" Saad shouts after the two, before turning around to Enzo. "So how's life?"

"Alright," Enzo mentally hits himself for the awkward small talk. "You?"

"Fine," Saad smiles a little. "Why are you being so stiff today?"

"Stiff?"

"Yeah," Saad rubs Enzo's shoulders. "Feel better?"

Enzo felt more than better.

"Hm," Enzo takes a deep breath from his nose. "I- I think i'm going to check up on Gabriel, you know, to make sure Aalayah isn't giving him ideas."

"Okay," Saad releases Enzo's shoulders. "See you at lunch."
