Since the Hoyoverse announced a new area in Liyue and new characters, I would like to add Gaming (the character) to Ceres love interests list.

I'm very excited for the Lantern Rite in Genshin Impact and many more adventures to come

Ceres P.O.V

After Dvalin left the city, Aether and I floated back down to the ground, when we landed near the Anemo statue, Amber ran towards us

"A-Are you both okay?" Amber asked

"Don't worry, Amber. We're both fine" I said and we heard someone walking towards us, a young man was clapping at us

"You've actually got the power to go up against the dragon... Are you two new allies... or a new storm?" The young man asked

"Stormterror... is attacking Mondstadt itself! Kaeya, Aether, Ceres, you've come at the right time. We must..." Then the young man interrupted Amber

"Hold on, Amber. Are you perhaps forgetting to introduce us? Especially since there's a lovely young lady right here?" The young man named Kaeya said

"Oh... right. This is Kaeya, our Cavalry Captain. These two are travelers from afar, Aether and Paimon, and this is Ceres, the Priestess of the Seven Archons" Amber introduced us

"From afar? Is that all we know of them?" I heard Kaeya mumble under his breath and he turned to look at me and smirked "And a Priestess of the Seven Archons... To think that one remains in this world..."

"Long story short..." Then Amber explained the situation that happened

"I see. Welcome to Mondstadt, though you haven't arrived at the best of times I'm afraid. I understand the anguish of being separated from family. I'm not really sure why you're looking for the Anemo God... But everyone has their secrets, right? Kaeya said and Aether got defensive and Kaeya chuckled "Haha, relax! I won't press you for more. First and foremost, on behalf of the Knights of Favonius, I would like to extend our thanks to you both for your help just now"

"Well, we couldn't just leave the situation to fester" Aether said

"I agree. The people of Mondstadt needed our help and it wouldn't feel right to leave everyone like this" I said and Kaeya lifted up my hand towards his lips and placed a kiss

"Your kindness knows no bounds, your grace" Kaeya said and I felt my cheeks heat up a bit "Your fight to defend the city against the dragon just now was witnessed by no small number of citizens. The Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius is also very interested in meeting you too, and formally invites you three to our headquarters" Kaeya said and he wrapped his arm around my shoulders "Now then, shall I lead you the way, milady?"

"I... I can follow..." I said as I looked away as I felt my cheeks burning more

"Then how about I buy you a drink after the whole Stormterror case is solved" Kaeya said and I let out a sigh

"Alright. As long it's not alcoholic" I said and Kaeya smiled

"Then it's a date then" Kaeya said as he grabbed my hands looking happy

"Let's start heading to the headquarters, shall we?" Aether said as he pulled me away from Kaeya, and we started walking to the Knights of Favonius headquarters

No One P.O.V

As Aether and Ceres followed the directions on the map, they made it to the headquarters

"This seems to be the Knights of Favonius Headquarters. Let's head in" Paimon said as she floated by the door, pushed it open and the trio entered the building

At a meeting room, a young woman was leaning against the table and looking at the clock, impatient.

She let out a breath and was about to leave the room, but another young woman spoke up

"Jean, what's the hurry? I thought we agreed to meet them here" The young woman in purple clothing said to the young woman name Jean

"There have been sightings of Stormterror outside the city. Once we meet, we must..."

"Relax. I'll lend a hand when the time comes" The young woman in purple said

Then entering the room was Kaeya, Amber, Aether, Ceres and Paimon

"Jean, I've brought them" Kaeya said and Jean let out a breath of relief

Then Kaeya explained the situation with Stormterror

"...And once it was over, I brought them straight here" Kaeya said and Jean looked at the trio

"Mondstadt welcomes you, windborne travelers. I am Jean, Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. This is Lisa, our resident librarian" Jean introduced

"Oh! Are you sweeties here to help us out? You three are so adorable! Sadly, the timing is regrettable... Stormterror has caused quite a ruckus in the region since its recent resurgence. Simply put, Mondstadt's elemental sphere and let lines are now akin to a yarn ball in the paws of a kitten. For a mage, it couldn't get much worse. My skin is one elemental particle away from a full-blown breakout" Lisa said

"If it weren't for this interference, the Knights of Favonius would have better ways to help you than just putting up missing person posters. We simply ask that you repose in Mondstadt while we help you seek out your sister" Jean said

"I don't mind lending an extra hand. I wish to help the people of Mondstadt" Aether said

"Paimon will help too! What about you, Ceres?" Paimon asked

"I plan to help as well. I don't like seeing the people here fall into despair like this" Ceres said and Kaeya smiled at her

"Good. In that case, we need a plan" Kaeya said

"With Stormterror now directly attacking Mondstadt, we may have an opportunity to this problem off at the source" Jean said

"The source? Could you be talking the Temples of the Four Winds?" Ceres asked

"Yes. Stormterror's ability to whip up these storms can be attributed to it drawing power from the temples" Lisa said

"I see. What is our objective, Acting Grand Master?" Ceres asked

"Please call me Jean. Our objective is to deal with three of the four temples. I trust everyone understands why we are the only dealing with three" Jean said

"Paimon doesn't" Paimon said

"I have no idea either" Aether said

"I believe we should split up, it'll be quicker" Kaeya suggested

"That is true. Who is going with who?" Jean asked and Kaeya wrapped his arm around Ceres shoulders

"The Priestess should come with me" Kaeya said

"Huh?" Ceres looked dumbfounded and Lisa chuckled

"W-Why should she go with you?" Aether asked sounding angry

"Because I want to know more about her. What's wrong with that?" Kaeya asked and he smirked "Are you jealous? Don't worry, she won't be gone for long"

"T-That's not...!"

"Then, the cutie will come with me" Lisa said as she looked at Aether

"And that leaves the last temple. Amber, will you be able to handle it alone?" Jean asked

"No worries! There's nothing that I could handle" Amber said

"I wish you all luck. May the wind guide you to victory" Jean said and they started leaving.

Once they got out from the building, Aether called Ceres over

"Is something wrong?" Ceres asked and Aether shook his head

"No. I want to say be careful at temple" Aether said

"Thanks. Be careful as well" Ceres said

"Let's meet up by the shops once we finished" Aether said

"Okay. See you later" Ceres said as she quickly followed after Kaeya

Once she caught, Ceres started walking normally next to Kaeya

"So, what did the traveler wanted to talk about?" Kaeya asked

"He wanted to tell me where to meet up after we finished with temple situation" Ceres said

"I see" Then Kaeya went silent for a moment and finally spoke "Tell me, how is it that only you is alive?"

"Kinda harsh question" Ceres said

"Apologies. But I have read that one Priestess disappeared during the war from 2,000 years ago, so I'm curious. That's all" Kaeya said

"Well, someone or something casted a sleeping spell on me and next thing I knew I woke up in this era and learning that I'm the only one left in this world. So now, I'm traveling with Aether, I wish to check on the different homelands that the Archons rule over and see how the people and the Archon are doing during my long absence" Ceres said

"I see. I'll take it as an answer for now" Kaeya said

"What do you mean for now?" Ceres asked looking upset

"Don't worry about it, and look. We're here" Kaeya said as he pointed at the temple ahead

"Temple of the Wolf..." Ceres said

"I'm guessing you've been here before?" Kaeya asked

"A very, very long time ago. Back when I was just a child and I was with my predecessor during that time" Ceres said as tears started to form on her eyes

"You okay?" Kaeya asked

"I'm fine" Ceres wiped away the tears "Let's head inside" Ceres said as she started walking to the entrance and Kaeya followed after her

Then they both entered the Temple of the Wolf
