Hello everyone Rue here. Merry Christmas and Happ to the new year. The chapter of Ruronin Kenshin or Samurai X is here. Sorry for the long wait. Also I read comments asking if Collei, Yelan and Kuki are part of the harem. The answer is yes. Sorry for forgetting to mention it earlier.

Sorry for the very late release as I have been busy with my work and real life kinda hard to balance the two and slipping in some time to write. Anyway I hope you all like it and thank you for the patience.

Also please do not spam my DM because I have been receiving a lot of messages on asking for updates. Please remember I am human and have a busy life in supporting my family especially my sibling studies as a big brother. Okay without further ado let's begin

"Okay this will be the first time we will see a different version of Aether from another world but first I have to explain to you all the difference of this world." Rue explained to the audience.

"Is the difference is really that big?" Nahida asked.

"Yes for one. This world has no visions or the Archons." Rue explained and this caught the audience attention.

"Also the event takes place Japan which is the counterpart of Inazuma." Rue explained with suprise the people of Inazuma.

"Wait...that means that Lady Shogun is not power....Is the nation okay?" Sara asked.

"No and Yes." Rue explained which confused everyone.

"What do you mean by that Rue?" Aether asked.

"Well the nation recently had civil war between samurai and lower class people. The government was overthrown by the people and replace with a new government also resulted abolishing of the Samurai system." Rue explained.

The samurai and other high ranking official eyes widen in hearing this. "Wait what does it mean for us!?"

Rue shrugged in response. "As far as I know the Samurai who sided with the last government join the new government while the dead ones who left their family behind to fight the war....well majority gone through poverty since dead samurai had their lands and other assets absorb by the new government." Rue said.

The Samurai and other high class members of Inazuma eyes widen shock in hearing this.

"The nation going through major reformation which also means they ban a Samurai swords. Ignoring this rule would identify that person as a bandit or criminal unless that person works for the government of course." Rue explained more.

"That's just absurd. You mean we are not allowed to bring our weapon to protect ourselves!" A samurai said in anger with many agreeing

"Yeah but most violators only had their weapon confiscated unless you are part of the new government. If you are part of the new government then you are allowed to bring your weapon whenever you are." Rue explained.

"But I want to ask. During the civil war who has the advantage. The previous government or the current government of that world." Kuki asked.

"The previous government to be honest majority of the soldiers and Samurais were more disciplined and had better resources." Rue explained.

"Then how did previous government lose if they are much more powerful." Kokomi asked.

"It's thanks to him that the rebellion won." Rue pointed at Aether. "In that world Aether is born in that land. You already saw how powerful Aether is.. The version you will see has no supernatural powers. But he is a very skillful swordsman."

"Hmmm so we see a version of Aether as a Samurai huh...This will be interesting." Kazuha said with interest.

"Okay let's stop with the questions and begin the viewing" Rue said and the viewing started.

"140 years ago in the chaos of the Tokugawa regime there was an Imperialist in Kyoto nicknamed "Battousai the Manslayer."

The scene showed the Island of Japan and soon it zoomed it and showed a palace was being burned down and it was night time.

Soon a splash of blood happened and shown a man with a blond ponytail hair wearing a men's kimono of cheap, worn cloth with a white umanori hakama, zori and white tabi. The most noticeable feature was the X mark of the man's cheek. The man was surrounded by other samurais. The ponytail haired samurai were slashing his sword around and killing the Samurais surrounding him.

"That's Aether." Yoimiya said in suprise. Majority of the people were surprised to see Aether easily killing all the enemies.

"This reminds Paimon the time when Aether was fighting against the Shogun army on one on one battle at the beach when we were part of the Rebellion army." Paimon said.

"Admit of the bloodshed...and carved the way of the new Meiji era. He was the strongest. Battousai." Soon the scene shows a man standing before a pile of corpses before him. That was slaughtered by him. The camera zooms in and reveals it to be Aether. He had a cold look on his face.

"Woah...Look at all those enemies defeated." Itto said in shock.

"This Aether...seems to be heartless" Ei said with a serious look. She hopes that this Aether isn't cold hearted as her when they first met.

Aether closes his eyes and and slowly sheath his katana blade away

"However....he disappeared into thin air as the chaos came to a close. His wherebout is unknown"

Soon it showed Aether walking away from the burning palace and the Samurai he killed. Aether was covered in blood from top to bottom

"Battousai, The Manslayer...has become a man of legend"

The last scene showed a katana stabbed on the ground.

"So that's his legend. Battousai?" Gorou said.

"Hmmm if anything I would have believed that this version of Aether is similar to me during the Archon War." Zhongli said.

"Yes, It seems that this Aether created his own legend. Being a big contributor of this civil war. I do wonder how will he live his life after the war." Venti said.

- Tokyo, downtown 11th year of Meiji (1878)

The scene shows a village covered in fog as footsteps can be heard from the background. Soon the scene showed a man walking around the village while carrying a huge wrapping cloth. Soon the running footsteps stop.

"Hold it right there! Don't move... Battousai the Manslayer!" The girl said while carrying a wooden Katana. The man turns around and reveal to be Aether.

"Huh?" Aether said in confusion as he looked at the woman before. The woman before Aether has shoulder-length light strawberry blonde hair, tied into a high ponytail that messily sticks out in all angles. attire mainly consists of a short orange-red kimono with only one sleeve worn. Her right sleeve is rolled up past her elbow and tied with a string. The left half of the kimono is draped around her waist. Her chest is wrapped up in sarashi, as are her left forearm and upper thighs, extending down to her right leg.

This girl is known as Naganohara Yoimiya.

"Hey it's me...But why do I have a wooden sword?" Yoimiya asked.

"Basically in this timeline. Your family runs a dojo. Your mother was a master swordwoman while your father still do firework business." Rue explained. Yoimiya was surprised to hear this especially hearing he rmother was alive and a sword master.

"I finally found you! You're much weaker-looking than I thought you'd be, manslayer!" The woman said as she went to her sword stance

"Oro?!" Aether said with a comical confused look on his face.

"Prepare yourself!" Yoimiya shouted as she charges towards Aether.

WHOOSH!

Aether dodged the woman attack by jumping high in the air and away from the woman. Yoimiya was shocked at the distance of the jump.

Aether landed on a pile of boxes and suddenly boxes broke into pieces which resulted in Aether crashing into the ground. "Ugh!!!"

Yoimiya winced from the sound of the crash and when she looked at Aether and couldn't help but had a comical shock look on her face "Ah?!" Yoimiya said in complete shock.

"...Are we sure that Aether is the legendary Samurai. I mean look at him" Itto pointed out.

"Yeah he is. Let just say that he change after the war." Rue said.

"...I will believe when I see it. Because right now...he really isn't showing it." Kaeya said as he skeptical along with many others if Aether really is the legendary Samurai.

Aether was completely dizzy with swirly eyes.

Yoimiya decided to approach Aether and started to interrogate him. "Could it be possible that you're the legendary manslayer?! I heard you killed three more people last night at once!"

"Is someone taking Aether identity as the legendary manslayer" Sara asked. She knows some people who would other identity for their own benefit.

Aether snapped out from his daze and looked at the woman with a smile on his face. "I'm a wanderer... I'm nothing but a wanderer. I'm merely a wandering swordsman, that I am. Do you honestly believe that I'd be able to kill three people with this?" Aether said as he showed her the Katana blade.

Yoimiya was hesitant at first but grabbed the handle of the katana blade and pulled it out from the sheath. The sword revealed to the blunt side of the sword. "What is this?! The blade is on the wrong side!" Yoimiya said in confusion as she looked at the blade.

Aether explained as he slowly stood up on his feet. "That's a reversed blade sword."

"Reversed blade sword?" Yoimiya said confused.

"It cannot slay anyone. And there's nothing about that sword that looks like it was ever used to slay anyone, is there?" Aether explained to Yoimiya.

The woman inspected the blade and saw that Aether was telling the truth. "You're right. There isn't a scratch on it. This sword looks as if it's good as new."

"Hmm that's super rare to see someone carrying a reverse blade sword." Kazuha said.

"Indeed. I only known 1 samurai in inazuma who use that kind of blade but he is already a retired one and is already in an old age." Ayato said.

"So I've proven my innocence, have I?" Aether asked, hoping Yoimiya will let him go. But suddenly Aether was getting a lecture by Yoimiya with the blade near Aether face and Aether had a comical panic look on his face.

"Now you listen to me! The one they call Battousai the Manslayer has been murdering people on the streets of this town every night! If you walk around carrying a sword at this time of day, anyone would suspect you, and anyway, you know this is the Meiji Era and it's forbidden by law to walk around carrying a sword in the first place!" Yoimiya lectured Aether about the laws about carrying katana.

"Uh..." Aether didn't really listen because he was too worried that katana might be damaged by the constant reckless swinging. He paid good money for that dammit!

"Yeah creating a katana is really not cheap." Kazuha said.

"Really how much is a Katana" Itto asked.

"80,000 mora and that's not counting who forge it and the materials being used. But can go higher if the blade is created in much better material and whoever created it. " Hajime of blacksmith of Inazuma informed.

Many were surprised at this while the rest of the citizens nods in understanding since a katana is of prestige to them.

Suddenly a blow of a whistle was heard from a distance.

"There's something going on! It might be him!" Yoimiya said with glare as she looked from the distance while throwing the katana high in the air. Aether was panicking that the blade might be damaged if he didn't catch it.

"Whoops Sorry Aether!" Yoimiya said with an apologetic look to Aether. Aether just gave a thumbs up that it was okay.

"Augh..." Aether grunts comically as he waits for katana to fall.

Aether managed to safely catch the blade as it falls back to the sheath. Aether sighs in relief before he had a serious look on his face as he looked in the direction where the woman ran.

Soon the scene saw a giant person wearing robes and carrying a katana in hand. The face of the giant man was concealed by clothing with the exception of the eyes. He swung his sword and killed some of the police forces. "Weaklings! You're all a bunch of weaklings!" The giant man said arrogantly. The police officers were intimidated by the man before them.

"Such strength... a man like this can only be the legendary manslayer..." The police said with fear in his voice.

"Woah...he's a giant guy" One of the kids of Inazuma said.

"Battousai! Hold it right there!" Yoimiya voice shouted and soon passed by the police officers and charges towards the large enemy before her with her wooden blade. But the giant person swung his katana but the woman saw it and managed to dodge barely by an inch.

"That wasn't the best idea especially your opponent is carrying a real weapon." Ayaka comments. Yoimiya blushes in embarrassment.

Yoimiya was cornered and the giant man stood before her. The giant swings its blade and the woman tries to defend it but her wooden weapon was cut in half.

"Oh, no!" Yoimiya knew that she was in a bad situation as the giant man prepared to slice her in half.

In a blink of an eye Aether came rushing in and, bridal carry Yoimiya and move away in time before giant enemy could cut Yoimiya in half.

"And my bro came to the rescue!" Itto cheered along with many other civilians of Inazuma.

"Hmm it seems that Aether will only act if the situation calls for it. He doesn't seem he lost his edge after seeing his quick reaction time." Thoma comments.

Yoimiya was surprised to see Aether, who still carrying bridal style. "The Wanderer...!" Yoimiya said in suprise.

"It's rather reckless to use a wooden sword against a real one." Aether said with a charming smile

Yoimiya blushes at this while some of the main girls frown in jealously.

But suddenly a whistle has been blown. They saw the police tries to surround the giant person.

"It's the Battousai!"

"Don't let him escape this time!"

The giant person decided to retreat but not before saying these words.

"I am Battousai the Manslayer! I use the Kamiya Kasshin Style of swordsmanship!" The giant person declared as he runs away from the police with the police on the chase.

"...Why reveal your sword style. Unless that battousai is planning to ruin the sword style reputation" Ayato said and everyone curious as well.

"Hold it!" Yoimiya shouted as she tries to reach out towards

"You're being reckless again." Aether said as he stops the woman from chasing the giant person.

"That's the style of swordsmanship my family teaches! He's using our good name to murder people!" Yoimiya protest as tries to escape but her vision started to get blurry and soon she passed out while in Aether arms.

"Seems you are right milord. But why. Why would the battousai want to destroy the reputation of that dojo?" Thoma asked.

"If could be the battousai is holding a grudge to that style?" Sara guess.

"Maybe that man was defeated by someone using that style." Kuki said.

"Good guesses and valid reasons if you think about it...but for now we only know a little information about the man beside using Aether title." Kokomi said.

Aether couldn't help but smile "Well, she's one courageous girl, she is..."

Soon the scene change and shown a huge dojo compound and soon the scene change into Yoimiya who was asleep on the futon bed. Soon Yoimiya started to wake up and release she was inside a room

"I'm home?.." Yoimiya said confused before she wince in pain. She let a small part of her kimono down and saw her wound was covered in bandage. "The wound I got from the Battousai... but then what happened?"

"Yeah how did she get back and her wounds wrapped up...unless" Itto said before the main girls turns to Aether.

"...what?" Aether said nervously as he saw the girls giving him a suspecious look.

"Girls..." Rue warns and immediately the main girls looks away from Aether but Yoimiya was blushing as she realised that the other Aether might be the one who bandage her up.

Soon she finally remembered Aether saving her from the giant enemy. She was think deeper when suddenly she smell something good. "Something smells like miso soup!"

Soon the scene change saw Aether was cooking in backyard of the dojo and it seems to be a soup. Two girls started approaching him while carrying bunch of vegetables. The two girls stood before Aether

"Let's put this in! Suzume!" The girl with short hairing while in green Kimono said.

The young girl who had pigtailed hair and was wearing red kimono is known as Suzume. This Too! Ayame!" Suzume said happily.

"Oh who are those girls. We never seen them before." One of the kids of Inazuma asked.

"They are just the granddaughters one of Yoimiya family friend." Rue said.

Aether tries to to stop the girls "Huh? Oh, I don't know if we really need that much...!" Aether words were ignore as the girls throw ingredients inside, creating a small spill on the soup. Aether tries to wipe some of the soup away on his clothes.

"Oh...looks like the kids a bit mischievous but nothing to crazy. Paimon sure that Aether can handle them" Paimon said.

The doors opened and revealed to be the Yoimiya and she spoke "Excuse me, what are you doing?"

Aether notice Yoimiya presence and turns to her with a smile on his face. "Oh, you're awake, are you? Your little sisters are very helpful indeed. The three of us have already become good friends."

"Well it can be mistaken that those girls can be miss Yoimiya sisters if Mr Rue didn't tell us about them." Nahida said happily as she was enjoying the viewing so far.

"He's our friend!" The girls said happily while hugging Aether.

"I was just borrowing your garden for a bit to make some breakfast, I was. Would you care to join us?" Aether offered to the woman.

"Here!" Ayame said as she gave a trey of rice balls that shape of a various cute animals like rabbit, hamster, etc.

"Aether when we cook food make sure to make it look like that. Paimon knows you can do that." Paimon said to Aether.

"It's depends but I will try." Aether said to Paimon which made the little fairy cheered in joy.

"So you made this breakfast all by yourself?" Yoimiya said as she grabbed one of the rice balls.

Yoimiya eats Aether rice ball and was shock by its taste "But... how can this be...?! Ugh..."

Aether was panicking a bit "You... you do not approve of the taste, huh?"

"Does my otherself don't know how to cook?" Aether asked Rue.

"Just look at other Yoimiya reaction." Rue pointed at the screen again.

Yoimiya just gave a comical look and said. "I just don't like it when people cook better than me."

Silence fell into the place and Aether falls on his back but was in relief that Yoimiya loves the food.

The scene change and saw Aether playing with the kids with Suzume riding on his shoulders. While Yoimiya was watching them as an old man was applying some medicine to heal the wound.

"Hmm is that the one who changed the bandage on Yoimiya?" Itto asked.

"It's kinda obvious you idiot." Sara said to Itto.

"Oi you don't have to such a stuck up w-"

"Itto please remember that we have many kids here." Rue warned Itto about his language. Itto immediately silence after that.

"Well, the wound was treated quickly, so the bleeding has completely stopped. He did a remarkable job." The old man said.

"So Aether really did but that means..." Venti stops when he and many others were noticing the main girls now glaring at Aether.

"Now girls remember that is Aether other version. Not your Aether." Rikudo sighs which made the girls stop glaring at Aether.

"No matter how you look at him huh Gensai, he really doesn't look like a swordsman, does he?" Yoimiya said as she smile in seeing the kids happy at Aether presence.

Gensai chuckled and sair "He's perfect for babysitting my grandchildren. Hee hee hee hee...*Sneezing* Oh..."

Aether turns to Yoimiya as Suzume was stretching Aether mouth. "So then, Miss Yoimiya, I guess that means these two aren't actually your little sisters."

"No, they're both Dr. Gensai's granddaughters." Yoimiya said as Gensai was finally applying the bandage on the wound.

"I've been the doctor for the Kamiya family for thirty years now. And ever since little Kaoru's parents passed away, I've tried to take care of her as well. There, now that should do it." Gensai said as Yoimiya pull up her robes and fix it.

"So that's the Old man grandchildren huh." Itto said nodding his head.

"Kinda good idea that Yoimiya is also watching Genesis grandkids since Yoimiya is good with kids." Thoma said.

"Mr. Wanderer, while you're in town, I've decided that you may stay here at our school if you like." Yoimiya offered.

"Huh?" Aether was surprised at hearing this. He didn't expected to offer a place to stay.

"So they are living together now?" Bennett said.

"No!/ I don't agree" The girls disagreement with this arrangement.

"You girls really taking this too seriously." Rue said with a sweatdrop as he notice the intense aura the main girls. Yoimiya was blushing at this but secretly happy.

"Well, you did save my life... and you don't exactly look like you have money to stay at an inn. Call it warrior's compassion." Yoimiya said with a smile on her face.

"You don't even know who I am. Are you sure it'll be all right?" Aether asked, making sure if Yoimiya is really okay with this.

"Come on come on. Just accept it." Yoimiya muttered while the glare from the main girls grows more intense at Aether.

"I guess you must have some pretty good reasons for being a wanderer. Whatever they are, I figure that's your own business." Yoimiya said. Aether smiled in hearing this and accept Yoimiya offer.

"Yes!" Yoimiya cheered in joy as she saw this an opportunity her otherself grow close to Aether. The main girls were about to protests when Rue steps in.

"Remember girls....this isn't your Aether." Rue tries to calm down the situation.

Soon the scene change into the dojo hall of the house, a place to train and Aether looks around.

"Are you the assistant master of this school then, Miss Yoimiya?"

"The Kamiya Kasshin style of martial arts was founded by my mother'. The idea behind it was not to hurt people, but to encourage the potential in them. The sword that revitalizes. But now, that murderer has been claiming to studied the Kasshin Style. Battousai is tarnishing my mother's ideals. I'll stop him... for Mother!" Yoimiya said with a determine look.

"Seems that Miss Yoimiya mother have a good reputation as Dojo master." Ayato said.

"I can only guess why that fake Battousai try to ruin the Dojo because something must happened." Sara said, putting her two cent in.

"Yoimiya..." Gensai called Yoimiya which caught both Aether and Yoimiya attention. "I believe that your students have arrived."

"Now you'll see. I couldn't do it alone. But with help from our students, I'll be able to clear my mother's name!" Yoimiya said with a grin on her face.

Soon the scene shown outside the dojo where Yoimiya stood before her students.

"I'm glad you're here, everyone. Tonight, we're going to get that Battousai that--"

"Well, actually... we have decided to quit as of today." The one of the student said nervously

"Huh?" Yoimiya said confused.

"What why?" Aether asked confused along with Yoimiya with a few others. Ei, Sara, Ayato and other has grim look.

Soon one of the students spoke up. "Our friends all make fun of us because we study the Kasshin Style known for that murderer. My mother insists I stop going to a school that teaches people to kill. I told her it's not true, but she doesn't believe me."

"We can't study here anymore." Another student said.

"Forgive us... I know we're the last three students left in this school and you are probably counting on us." The last student said.

Students bow their head in apology and said. "Please forgive us..."

Yoimiya couldn't but be speechless but the same time heartbroken at hearing this from her students. Aether was just watching that happened unfold and couldn't help but pity Yoimiya.

"Poor other me." Yoimiya said as she was heartbroken as well in seeing other self sad.

"This isn't fair! Yoimiya didn't do anything bad." Paimon whine!

"But this is the about the reputation of the school. Because of the fake battousai saying he was using the school sword style. This affected the school reputation as it is associated with a criminal." Ayato explained.

"Yes the bad publicity is not helping the school reputation at all." Sara said.

Soon the scene change into bathroom where Yoimiya was taking bath. She was still depressed about what happened earlier but shook her head and put on the a determine look.

"I'll protect this school no matter what happens, even if I'm alone. Huh?" Yoimiya stopped when she heard noises outside the bathroom

"...Why do I feel like something bad is going to happen to Aether...but in a hilarious way." Heizou said.

"Don't tell me it's an going for the typical shounen trope." Miko realized at this and glares at Rue.

"Hey not in my control. I just show it. Don't look at me." Rue said to Miko.

"...Miko, what do you mean?" Ei asked the kitsune.

"...We will see something that will be very unpleasing to us." Miko said with gritting teeth as she hope she wasn't right.

"I'm sorry to bother you, but you know what? I think she's crying..." Ayame said worried about Yoimiya. Aether was throws some wood into the fire and quickly head to the entrance of the bathhouse.

"All right, all right! Keep the spirits up! Okay..." Yoimiya tries to cheer herself up when suddenly Aether opens the

Aether started to get worried as he doesn't hear Yoimiya "Miss Yoimiya, would anything happen to be wrong in there? Yoimiya? She can't be... !" Aether quickly rushes towards the entrance of the bathhouse.

"Hah!" Yoimiya sighs in relief as her head was out of the water. Soon suddenly Aether opens the door.

"You mustn't give up! Suicide's not the answer... " Aether stops and realize that she is seeing Yoimiya state. Both immediately blush at the situation they are in. Aether was nervous and speechless while Yoimiya was turning red in embarrassment.

"Ugh..." Aether doesn't know what to say. Yoimiya was just glaring at him with tears in her eyes. Thankful everything is nearly covered in fogged so it's censored to the audience.

"AH!!!!" Yoimiya screams in embarrassment and blushes as the other Aether saw other her naked. The guys and girls immediately looked away while the children's eyes were covered by the adults.

SNAP!

"You....You know this didn't you!" Yae Miko points at Rue. The rest of the main girls glare at Rue except for Yoimiya.

"Well....Yeah!" Rue shurgged.

"Man....do you want me to die?!" Aether said at Rue with disbelief. He just knew he was getting his ass kicked.

"Aether.....You better take responsibility!" Yoimiya said blushing. This causes everyone to look confused.

"Wait what?!" Aether look in shock as Yoimiya pointed at him with a glare and a blush on her face.

"You heard me. Your otherself saw me naked....meaning I can never get marry....so take responsibility!" Yoimiya exclaimed. Soon chaos ensue in the theater.

"Wait does this mean Aether is getting married?" Chongyun asked.

"Well in tradition sense yes because Aether saw Miss Yoimiya naked....it means he must take responsibility." Xingque said.

"So Aether find himself in another bizarre situation.....do you think that our Aether done a similar thing like this." Kaeya asked. This just made the girls look at Aether with a glare.

"G-G-G-Girls....please calm down....I never done something like that. Paimon can vouch for me." Aether said as he look at Paimon for help.

"Yeah! Aether never done anything like that so far.....Paimon thinks." Paimon defends her companion.

"Hmmm Yes....I looked into Aether memories with his permission. He never encountered something similar to the screen....But what's the big deal?" Nahida said with a confused look but doesn't see what the big deal is on why the main girls reacted like that.

"Nahida....You are too young for that." Rue said while patting Nahida's head.

"Hey I'm a big girl. I'm several years older already." Nahida whine and pouted Rue for treating her like a kid.

"Yes you are but you don't know any these kinds of things....stay pure little one." Rue said. Nahida just pouted him.

This calm the girls down after hearing that especially it came from the Dendro Archon herself.

Soon suddenly the scene changed of Yoimiya fully dressed as she locking the doors of the shed in her home by placing a huge piece of wood to block the entrance.

Soon shown that Aether was lock up inside the shed with futon bed along with his katana in hand.

"You can just think over what you did all night!" Yoimiya said as glare at door. She couldn't believe that Aether saw her like that.

"Well I can't really blame my other me but I wouldn't throw my guest in the storage room." Yoimiya said.

"agh... I do have one question..." Aether through the door as he stare at the only window in the room.

"What is it?!" Yoimiya asked with an annoyed look on her face.

"Would you recall of any students at this school who were left handed?" Aether asked and Yoimiya was confused by this. "Do you remember if there anyone who could not use their right thumb?" Aether asked.

"Hmm it seems that Aether here managed to find a clue about the identity of the fake Battousai" Ei said.

"Uh?" Yoimiya tries to recall anyone with a student that was left handed.

"I'm referring to the killer." Aether said bluntly. Yoimiya eyes widen in hearing this and glare at Aether through the door.

"I see. So you're saying that you think he was one of our students, huh?! The way of Kamiya Kasshin is revitalizing and honorable! No student will ever use methods to kill without reason! The killer is not our student! He is Battousai the Manslayer! Don't you know that?! He is a blood thirsty murderer killing innocent people using our name and I will risk my life to protect the art and teachings of my mother!" Yoimiya screams in anger as she glare at Aether mr through the door.

"It seems miss Yoimiya can't accept that there could be a chance that the fake battousai can be one of the former students of the Dojo." Ayaka said with a frown on her face.

Aether was not phased by Yoimiya's anger as he let out a sigh. "Miss Yoimiya... I'm sure that your Mother did not want you to protect her teachings if it meant losing your life--that she did not. I'm sure that what your mother would wish for always... would be your happiness first, Miss Yoimiya" Aether said. Yoimiya was surprised at words and looks at him at small window of the door and saw that Aether turn to her with a smile on his face.

Yoimiya blushes in seeing this but quickly glares at Aether. "What does a penniless wanderer like you know about anything! Don't you dare talk about my mother!" Yoimiya shouted before walking away in anger. Aether just gave a smile to the young woman.

"Well aren't you acting like a bit of Tsundere aren't you Yoimiya." Yoimiya father said with a chuckle which made Yoimiya blush

"DAD!"

[At midnight]

Yoimiya was having a hard time sleeping as she remembers Aether's words as it echo in her mind. "I'm sure that what your mother would wish for always... would be your happiness first, Miss Yoimiya."

"Oh, man!!" Yoimiya whines as she sat up from the futon bed. She decided to head back to the shed. She stood before the door, trying to muster up some courage to speak to Aether.

"Ah... About before... I might have over... reacted... I'm sorry..." Yoimiya said as she tries to apologize from her actions earlier. But she didn't get any response from Aether which annoyed her. "Hey in there! That was an apology! I know you're still awake!" Yoimiya said. Aether didn't respond which frustrated Yoimiya. "You could at least give me some kind of answer! Wanderer?"

Yoimiya opens the shed doors and found Aether not there. She only saw the futon that was provided to Aether and couldn't find him. Yoimiya was surprised at this before letting out sigh. She turns around and look at the moon.

"He disappeared?! But how?!" Yoimiya said in shock along with many others.

"...This is Aether we talking about. I'm pretty sure he disappeared easily. After all he escape worst thing than a storage room." Heizou said and everyone just nodded in acceptance knowing Aether skills in escaping impossible situation.

"I wish I had... at least asked him his name..."Yoimiya muttered, as she never learned Aether identity.

"Oh yeah! He never introduced himself only as a wanderer?!" Paimon said.

Soon the scene in an abandoned house around the backyard shows a couple of bandits that are armed with weapons.

Soon a giant man swings his sword towards a straw dummy and destroys it

"Amazing! And he is only using his left arm!" One of the bandits said in awe.

"What do you expect from Master Gohei!" One of the bandits praised. The giant turns to that bandit and glares at him. The bandit quickly got scared "Ugh... I mean, our teacher, Battousai the Manslayer!" The bandit said with a scared tone.

"so that's the name our culprit. It seems that his story will be revealed now." Ei said and everyone was waiting in anticipation.

"So, are we going out to kill some more tonight?" One of the bandits said.

"It is almost finished..." The giant man known as Gohei responded

"Is it time then?" The bandit asked.

"That's right! It's finally time for payback for this cursed thumb! That girl will taste every ounce of my revenge!" Gohei said in anger as he look at his paralyzed thumb. Soon he was reminded of his past.

"So...My mom did something to him to make him lose the ability to use his thumb." Yoimiya said.

"Seems like it. But I wonder how your mother did it." Aether wondered as the past is being revealed now to audience.

[Past]

The scene change into dojo where a man screams in pain as he was slash by a sword with many of students of the Kamiya Kasshin Style surrounding a younger Gohei, who was holding a katana in hand.

"Is he all right?" One of the students said

"Hahaha... So, who wants to be defeated next?" Gohei laughs at injured student.

"Why is he attack his fellow classmate?!" Gorou said angrily as he saw the man cut another student down which made children feel scared.

A young Yoimiya was watching the scene before with a scared look on her face.

"Yoimiya, stand back." A voice said. The young Yoimiya looks at where that voice belong to and saw it was Naganohara Akira, Yoimiya mother and the master of the Kamiya Kasshin Style. Akira was a lot like Yoimiya but she had a wooden katana in her hand.

"Hmm that's your mother....she looks a lot like you." Aether comments.

"Ahh... Akira-chan. How much I missed you." Yoimiya's father said with a sad sigh as he remembers his late wife.

"Sensei!"

"Naganohara-sensei!" The students said in joy after seeing their master enter the dojo.

"Gohei, what you're doing is forbidden. The way of the Kasshin Style is to never hurt others." Akira said with a glare at Gohei.

"Hmm she seems to a skilled with the blade." Ei said as she observed.

"Man this is really a different reality since I never remember my mom ever used a sword." Yoimiya.

Gohei sneer at her and looks at her. "I'm sick of listening to your weak lectures! A sword is to chop people up!" Gohei proclaims as he looks at his blade and admires it with a crazy look on his face. "And blade is begging to taste some more blood... it wants yours..."

"He's acting like a mad man." Kokomi said.

"Just like many of your samurais who tried to spark a civil war again after the vision hunt degree." Rue comment which made some of the Samurai from Yashiro comission and Kokomi rebel army flinch as they remember that is incident.

"Wow Rue you could have said it lightly you know." Aether said.

"Hey I'm just stating facts since those idiots wanted to start war again since they couldn't let go of a grudge and let many people die." Rue shurgged which made many of samurai who wanted to fight and spark a civil war again in Inazuma flinch. They cannot say anything since it was true afterall.

If wasn't for Kujou Sara and Kokomi and Aether. Who knows what would happen if all of them went through their plans to spark a war again.

Gohei charges towards Akira with intent to kill. And in one move Akira swung her wooden sword and crashes Gohei's thumb.

"Uggghhh!!" Gohei screams in pain as he lets go of the katana.

"Woah! That was awesome." Itto said in awe. Yoimiya was in awe as well as she watched her counterparts mother disarmed the big man easily with one move.

"With that thumb, you should never be able to hold a sword again for the rest of your life. You are expelled from this school. Make sure that you never attempt to set foot in this dojo again!" Akira said with a cold look on her face.

Gohei grits her teeth, thinking only with vengeance. But soon his sight was on a small Yoimiya which made Gohei glare and with a dark grin on his face.

Yoimiya shivered in fear along with many females and male and kids but many brave girls just glare back at the image along with many guys.

Yoimiya gasps as she wakes up from the nightmare" Huh?! I remember it! The man whose right thumb my mother incapacitated."

Yoimiya quickly went to the dojo area and is searching Gohei's name on the book that was filled with students of the dojo.

"Found it! He was expelled eleven years ago... Gohei Hiruma" Yoimiya said as she finally found the name of the person who is using the battousai title.

"So that's the name....He was a student of the dojo...he wants revenge because of what happened to him by not only planning to destroy the dojo reputation but along with plans to Kill Ms. Yoimiya." Ayaka said.

"Don't worry I'm sure that my bro Aether will handle that idiot!" Itto said with his gang nodding in agreement.

The dojo doors suddenly opened which shock Yoimiya. She turns her head and saw Gohei and a group of bandits with him.

"Huhuhuhu..." Gohei chuckles at the sight of Yoimiya.

"So, it was you after all!" Yoimiya said with anger in her voice.

"This is not good. She all alone with that criminal has a group of bandits." Nahida said with worried.

"Oh, you finally remembered. I've been waiting in the bowels of Hell for eleven years for this day to come. So I can throw the Kamiya Kasshin Style into the abyss where it belongs!" Gohei said as he made his way inside the dojo

"So it's revenge you're after! You've been trying to disgrace my mother!" Yoimiya said in anger.

"Actually I feel very thankful to your mommy. I know she'd be proud of her former student! After perfecting my left-handed sword technique for eleven years!" Gohei mocked.

"Bastard!" Aether growled along with many others glaring at the man. Rue decided to not correct him because they are too invested in what happening in the screen.

Yoimiya quickly grabbed one of the wooden swords that was hanging on the wall "I won't let you... I won't let you smear the name of Kasshin anymore! Haaah!"

Yoimiya charges and swings her weapon but her attack was blocked by Gohei's right hand, which shocked Yoimiya.

"See? I don't feel bad at all." Gohei bragged before he swung his weapon. Yoimiya tries to block it but Gohei attack was so powerful that it broke Yoimiya weapon.

"He's too strong...this is bad." Kazuha said.

Gohei grabbed Yoimiya and picked her up in the air.

"I will complete my revenge when I kill you and destroy this school! I'll make sure you go to hell slowly... but not before you beg like a dog! Okay, whose sword wants a taste of this chickadee's flesh?" Gohei said as he looks at his men

"I know mine does!"

"Me too!"

"Oh, yeah!" The bandits said with grins on their faces

"...Remind me to punished some bandits when we get back home Yae Miko." Ei said calmly but her eyes tells a different story as they were glowing in anger.

"Noted. I plan to do my own bandit clearing as well." Miko said. Many of residence of Inazuma to make sure to remind themselves to deal some bandit camps when they get home.

"A sword is the tool to save people with..." Yoimiya said weakly

"That's funny!" Gohei said with a laugh and soon his men laughed as well at Yoimiya's naive answer. Gohei pressed her weapon against Yoimiya chin

"May be you should worry about saving yourself right now... what's wrong? Mommy not here to protect you?" Gohei said with mocking tone. Yoimiya couldn't help but let a tear fall in her eyes.

"He is dead!" Yoimiya growled in anger the Gohei dare disrespect her mother.

But the footsteps were heard and everyone turned to the entrance and saw one of Gohei standing before them.

"What's up, Nishiwaki?" Gohei asked.

"I... am... sorry..." Nishiwaki said before he falls forward and lost consciousness. Behind the man was Aether with a glare, looking at Gohei and his men. As the music play in the background.

"It's the wanderer..." Yoimiya said in shock as she never thought she would see Aether again.

"And now Aether makes his entrance." Ayato smile at seeing this and secretly excited to see how powerful this version of Aether is as a samurai in or Ronin.

"You'll put her down gently, you will." Aether said.

"I remember you from yesterday..." Gohei said as he remembers Aether saving Yoimiya.

"I had a feeling that I should've taken care of you right then..." Aether said with a soft tone as he continue to glare at the people before him.

"Bro is serious. Those bandits in a world of trouble." Itto said.

"You mustn't get involved! You're no match for him... Uh!" Yoimiya warned but was stop by Gohei.

"Another fool who thinks the sword can bring out people's potentials..." Gohei mocked.

Aether slowly walk towards to Gohei and his men as he spoke

"No... A sword is a weapon"

Soon a flashback was shown of Aether gracefully swing his sword to the enemies.

"The art of swordsmanship is learning how to kill."

Soon another flashback is shown Aether cutting an enemy with his weapon.

"That is the truth."

Soon the flashback shows Aether dodging all the enemies coming to him and countering them and killing them in the process.

"What Miss Yoimiya says is sweet and innocent talk that only those whose hands have never been stained with the blood of men can believe."

"...That philosophy....it not normally taught in a dojo but-"

"The cold hard truth of war and lived through it." Rue said as he stops Ayaka as he continues. "Remember....this version of Aether came from the civil war that he ended. He is nickname Hikitori Battousai for a reason." Rue reminded the crowd that this version of Aether was cold blooded killer during the civil war.

"I have to admit....his philosophy about the sword...is harsh per say in human terms." Yae Miko said.

"But the truth. No matter how you look at it from someone who went through war. He see the sword only a weapon to kill." Ei said but she disagreed in some point as she saw the blade is also a tool to protect.

This made many of sword pratictioner think hard about Samurai Aether words.

"Huh?" Gohei was confused at Aether answer. Soon Aether expression changes with Aether giving them a pure smile.

"But to tell you the truth, I much prefer Miss Yoimiya sweet and innocent talk over the truth, indeed I do..." Aether said.

"Uh..." Yoimiya was surprised to hear this.

"I hope that someday, her words will become the truth for all of us to live by" Aether said with a pure smile on his face.

".... That's a complete 180 don't you think." Kokomi said.

Gohei looks at Aether with disgust and shouted. "Ugghh... what are you guys waiting for?! Get him and make him die slowly!"

"Right!" Gohei men said as they prepare to fight.

"No, don't!" Yoimiya shouted in worry for Aether.

"I don't want anyone else to get hurt..." Aether said as he was ready to draw his katana.

"Uh, nobody's gonna get hurt!"

"Somebody's gonna get dead!" The men shouted and soon they charged at Aether.

Aether expression changes into a serious glare and one move. Aether blows multiple enemies at once as he swung his blade in lighting speed.

"Woah! He is so fast I barely can see him!" Thoma said in awe. Many in audience were in awe.

"His speed...it similar to yours Ei...and this version is only human." Miko comments.

"Yes...I'm impressed by his speed." Ei said as she observed with a critical eye.

Gohei men were in shock and Aether took advantage of this and immediately struck in an arc swing, hitting many of the enemies at once.

Yoimiya was in shock and awe while Gohei was gritting his teeth in anger. They watch Aether disappear and appeared in multiple places and striking all the men down with no effort.

"Ugh..." Gohei glares as his men were being defeated easily by this puny swordman.

One of the men crashes into the wall and look at Aether with fear in his eyes. "Hagh! He just got five guys with one swing! It must be magic!"

"Are you sure that this version is not using vision.... it's impossible to move to that speed...almost godlike." Kazuha said in awe.

'He seems to be able to predict where people are going to move. And then, get in front of them!' Yoimiya analyzes as she continues to watch

"Yellow hair... Cross shaped scar on his cheek... golden eyes...it can't be..." Gohei said as he realized who Aether is. Soon all of Gohei men were defeated with Aether back facing Gohei. Aether turns his head to Gohei as he place his reverse blade on his shoulder.

"Oh yes, by the way... the technique of Battousai the Manslayer's is neither Kamiya Kasshin or is whatever your style is. He uses Hiten Mitsurugi ultra sonic sword technique that will not feel the slay an opponent unless of course he use a sword like mine that is." Aether said with a small smile on his face as his reverse blade shine a bit.

"Hiten Mitsurugi...so that's the name of swordstyle." Ei said as she finally knows this version of Aether swordstyle and something she never seen before.

"Yes.... it's known as Hiten Mitsurugi-ryū. A style revolving using godlike speed and taking out multiple enemies alone. This style is can only be taught through master and student. A style that some said came from the gods themselves." Rue said as he explained the style which causes many to be shock and awe before turning back to the screen.

"So then that means... you're the real Battousai the Manslayer... Ah..." Yoimiya said as she realized that she was in presence of the real battousai. Gohei lets go of her and takes a step forward with a grin on his face.

"Interesting! But there's only room for one Battousai in this world! We'll have to see who's worthy of that title. After I defeat you, I'll burn this place down and kill the girl!" Gohei declared as he draw his sword from the sheath.

"...This dude is just asking for a beating." Itto said with many agreeing to him

"Then I have no choice..." Aether said as he looks at Gohei.

Gohei raised his weapon above his head, holding it with two hands "Die, Battousai!" Gohei shouted when suddenly Aether disappeared from his sight.

"Over here!" A voice said and Gohei looks up and saw Aether was already above him, ready to attack. Gohei couldn't help but be shocked at this and was completely paralyzed.

"So fast." Yoimiya said in awe along with many others.

Aether swing his reverse blade and crushes Gohei left hand. The blow was powerful enough that it Gohei slams into the wooden floor and is upper body went through the wooden floor.

"...Okay he can never be able to hold a sword again...his bones in hands are completely crushed." Sara said.

"Agreed...it will be a miracle to even a hold a sword with a hand crushed like that" Gorou said.

Yoimiya couldn't help but in awe as she saw Aether defeated Gohei and all of his men without any effort at all.

"I have no attachment to the name "Battousai the Manslayer"." Aether said before he turns to a defeat Gohei. "Just the same, I can't allow someone like you to wear it... I'm afraid you'll no longer be able to hold a sword with either of those hands." Aether said as he sheath his reverse blade.

"Oh, my god! I can't believe it! And he didn't kill anybody! Everybody is just knocked out!" The conscious member of Gohei men said shock.

"...The man's right. Not even one is dead?!" Ayaka said in shock and this causes everyone to be awe as Samurai Aether didn't kill anyone.

"Incredible....was he holding back?" Ayato asked.

"Yes....a lot actually." Rue revealed which shock everyone even Aether himself.

"Just how strong is that human version of Aether." Ei said as she suddenly had the urge to challenge that version of Aether.

"Go to the police and tell them everything this man has been doing, you got it?" Aether instructed. The man run away in fear doing what he was told to do by Aether as he doesn't want to anger the legendary battousai.

Aether looks at Yoimiya who still had a shock look on her face. Aether gave an apologetic smile. "I am sorry Miss Yoimiya, that I am. I didn't mean to hide my identity from you. It's just that... I guess I didn't want you to know if you didn't have to... that's all. Well, take care." Aether said as he slowly walk away. Yoimiya tries to speak.

"...No wait!" Yoimiya said as she finally snapped out from her shock and hopes her otherself will stop Samurai Aether.

After a few seconds Yoimiya finally spoke as she shouted "Ah... ah... YOU IDIOT!!!"

"Oro?!" Aether said with comically look on his face.

"Well that's one way to shock him...but why called him an idiot?" Gorou said everyone else was surprised at Yoimiya outburst.

"Tsundere?" Rue said and Yoimiya blushes in hearing this.

Yoimiya started to rant to Aether "So you're just gonna leave me alone to fix up this place by myself?! You're not even going to offer me a any help at all?! I can't rebuild the Kasshin Style all alone! I told you before that I don't care at all about your past! I meant it!"

"Oh damn....she confessing to him!" Heizou said in shock which made the other main girls glare as they can't believe that Yoimiya otherself is about to confess.

Aether turns to her and said with soft smile on his face. "Yes... but now that incident is over. I'm afraid it would only get you further problems if you had the real Battousai staying here."

"I never said that I want the Battousai to stay here! What I was trying to say was I want you, the wonderer... Uh!" Yoimiya stops as she covers her mouth as she realizes she was speaking like she was confessing to him.

"And she stops herself....but very close to a confession." Heizou commented. Yoimiya just covered her blushing face in embarrassment.

Yoimiya stands up and turns away from Aether, not facing him "If you insist on going... you could at least tell me your name before you go. I'm not talking about the legendary manslayer either. If you don't mind, I'd like to know your real name."

"Aether....Just call me Aether...." Aether said as he gave his name to Yoimiya

"Aether... I guess you should be on your way, Aether..." Yoimiya said sadly. Soon she heard the door closes

"Hagh..." Yoimiya sighs sadly thinking that Aether was gone.

"I have to admit..." Aether said and Yoimiya eyes widen as she turns around. She saw standing Aether was still there with the door closed. Aether was smiling at her. "I'm a bit tired of wandering..." Aether said as she walked towards Yoimiya with Yoimiya doing the same with a smile on her face. "Although you'll never know when I'll hit the road again... I am a pretty lousy cook."

"....Okay is Aether confessing or flirting with Yoimiya now?" Kuki asked as she was confused and pissed off along with the main girls.

"...Can't be both?" Rue offered just adding fuel to the fire.

"Yeah, but you're lot better than I am." Yoimiya said.

"And I might accidentally see you taking a bath..." Aether said.

Yoimiya was reminded at this and crack her knuckles with a smile on her face. "No problem at all. If you ever do that again... HA!"

BAM!

"Oro!!!!!" Aether said with comical look on his face as he was punched by Yoimiya. Soon Aether falls on his back with bruise on jai cheek with daze look on his face.

"Idiot! I thought you'd be able to dodge my punch!" Yoimiya panicked as she thought Aether would dodge her punch.

"You... have a pretty hard right... don't you?" Aether said with daze look on his face.

"....Yeah this girl is definitely a tsundere. You can't change my mind." Rue said. Yoimiya just covered her face with her hands.

Soon the scene changed and it was morning. It was shown that Aether was getting treated by Gensai after receiving a punch from Yoimiya

"Now, stop squirming around so much..." Gensai as he applied the medicine to Aether's bruised cheek.

"Well, it hurts... ow!" Aether wince in pain as the medicine is being applied

"Crybaby!"

"Crybaby!" The kids said happily

Yoimiya looks at the scene with a smile on her face before looking up in the sun. "And that's how it all happened. And a new boarder started living at the Naganohara Dojo."

"Well the viewing of that story for now. What do you all think." Rue asked the crowd.

"Interesting to say the least. Never seen someone using a reverse edge sword and not kill any of his enemies. Is there any reason why that version of Aether using that kind of sword?" Kazuha asked.

"Yes that's involved about that Aether tragic past something that we might see in the future." Rue explained.

"Is it that bad?" Nahida asked.

"Yes....You could say that Aether had experience many things. From being a child slave....a tool of war....and a man wanting redemption." Rue said solemnly.

"...is there any reason why he wanted redemption?" Ei asked as she was curious about that version of Aether.

"Yes...but like I said. That version of Aether has tragic past. We will see if we will explore it." Rue said.

"....Did my otherself got together with that version of Aether." Yoimiya asked which made everyone of the main girls look at her and Aether with a glare.

"....I won't say anything because that will be a huge spoiler." Rue said which causes Yoimiya to pout at him.

"Hmm I want to ask who is the master of Aether in that world. Someone must have taught him the swordstyle." Ayato asked.

"Another huge spoiler so I won't tell you unless we explore that world again." Rue said with Ayato and many other disappointed at Rue response. "Now I have suprise for all of you."

Soon a bright light happened in the center of the Theatre which covered everyone eyes. When the light dies down. Everyone looks back and the main cast crew eyes widen on who they saw.

"Menogias ......Bonanus.....Indarias....Bosacius" Xiao said in shock.

"Guizhong/Lady Guizhong...." Zhongli and the other adepti in shock

"Father...." Diluc and Kaeya said in shock.

"Lady Vennessa/ My old friend." Jean and Venti said in shock.

"Sister." Ei said in shock with tears in her eyes.

"Teppei!" Aether and Paimon said in shock as well

"Tomo....my friend." Kazuha said as he started to cry.

"As promised....the council decided to bring back some of the people here to join us in the viewings.All of them are alive....well in exception of Lady Vennessa as she brought here from Celestia.....Now I will leave you all for a few minutes and let you all have time for yourselves at the moment." Rue smiled as he disappeared via the portal to meet with the council again while the main cast immediately ran towards the people who were brought to the theater.

And that's a wrap! Longest chapter I have written so far. With a busy schedule and real life moments. Thank the Lord that I managed to get everything done!

Well I will be releasing one more chapter before I put this story for hiatus for awhile as I wanted to write another story. I will return to this story when I feel like it. Not really fun forcing myself to write a chapter.

So I will do some new stories and maybe it will help me spark my interest again in writing multiverse stories again.
