Al Haitham + Kaveh - Backstabber (Duchess/Duke AU)

================================================================

================================================================

The mansion's wooden floor creaked loudly as I stumbled through its doors before shutting them behind me. The storm had nearly blew me away. All maids had all been dismissed back to the village for the night, leaving only the sound of  peaceful crackling of the fire place, and my leather coat dripping with the weather's tears. I hurriedly tossed it aside , taking off my boots and socks and dragging myself to the living room to keep myself warm . My fingers had turned pale slightly and I couldn't sense anything but the cold biting my skin."Al- Haitham I'm home ! " the only response I earned was silence . . . How disappointing .

          I waited a while longer, counting the seconds before the staircase squeaked at the presence of pressure placed upon it's rough surface. "My lady. . . It's good to have you back home safely," I could only tilt my head to the side to get a good look at the man waiting for me at the staircase. "Shall I call the others?"

           " No need," waving off his question as I waited for him to sit next to me on the coach ." You alone will be enough tonight . "

He remained to hold his poker face, alas he could not hide the pink flush spreading across his cheeks. " And I told you before.  . . call me 'Master' inside the mansion, " As per usual my scolding did nothing , but today he simply did not even reply and went to the kitchen to prepare the tea.

He laid the tea tray before me before sitting across me in a chair; pulling out a parchment from his vest and placing it next to the tea cup. " The treasure hoarders in the east are causing a bit of a ruckus. This is the report from the spy you sent out, apparently it seems they seemed to have stolen old documents from the ruins a few researchers have been investigating," he paused for a second,   watching me take a slow sip of my tea, as if waiting for me to turn my full attention to him again. "They have bailed and have disappeared again, unfortunately. "

         This was the routine,  daily report. On all the estates and the excavations at hand taking place in the ruins.

          "Funny isn't it ?" I chuckled undoing my tie and tossing it on the coach. " They stealing all the documents, but not much of the artifacts. . . And then POOF! They are gone."

Al-Haitham did not seem fazed at all and simply nodded. " I agree, it's odd, but we still have no leads on what all those documents were."

        "Really now? Or is it just that you haven't gotten your hands on them yet Al–Haitham," he seemed to tense up a little , before relaxing.

           "How sharp of you . . . Master ," his gaze shifted slightly with glimmer of slyness in them. "It seems you figured that out for a while."

          Tracking all the evidence back to him was certainly no easy task at all. Heck , my head hurt from having to chase those bandits several times and infiltrate their camps.

           I nodded, quite pleased with myself, before opening the sugar container and dropping a single cube in his tea, " Now drink your poisoned tea ."

           "And if I refuse?" His face was unfazed as he asked, which slightly pissed me off.

          "Drink, or I'll shove it down your throat ~" I smiled, before nudging the cup towards him. "Afterall, you did personally have this poison commissioned, no?"

         A defeated-small-smile could be seen tugging at the edge of his lips as he took the cup and took a slow and calm sip.  His body shivered in shock in a matter of seconds. The cup fell from his hands and shattered into a million pieces, before he doubled over and collapsed on the floor, a panting mess  "Come here Al-Haitham ~" still trembling, he looked up at me with no expression at all.

       He was still holding back the tears as his face turned red in heat and his arms struggled to keep himself sitting up.
This was unamusing. "You're quite stubborn. . . " I glared sipping my tea calmly. "But you're quite observent for knowing that I usually like putting sugar in my tea. Unfortunately for you, I may or may not have assigned a spy to keep and eye on you," I giggled upon watching his eyebrows kint together in rage. "Don't worry I won't kill you ~"

          Grabbing the tie off the coach I casually made my way to him , before crouching before his trembling state. " How does falling apart feel?" I teasingly bit his ear, watching him tremble even more and stumble back with heavy pants parting out of his lips. "Now that is a new expression! Quite refreshing really~ you usually are always so stiff~"

          "How did you . . . " His body trembled as I grabbed ahold of his collar and planted an ever so gentle kiss flawlessly against his lips. . . For once I was on top.

         "Don't worry your cute little ass about it," I giggled , getting off him and turning back to my tea . " You were quite flawless with your acts, but next time do choose a better spy that won't stab you in the back ~  Come in Kaveh ~"

       The young architect hesitantly walked in slightly guilt ridden and refusing to look at Al Haitham. He held a plain medium sized box between his hands, before sitting next to me and placing said item on the table. " Open it ," I ordered, trying so hard not to sound too excited. " I'm so glad you were able to find one of these Kaveh ~ I was worried Al Haitham here wouldn't be able to enjoy such a lovely luxury."

         The blonde's shoulders fell in guilt. " Awww don't be so said my lovely Bunny ~ " I cooed, inching closer to him and tugging down his collar to plant several cute kisses down his neck that was already previously tainted with purple markings.

         A small, chocked gasp parred out of those pretty pink lips as my hand slided down between his thighs. All with Al Haitham watching, eyes wide from the unexpected betrayal. " I-Isn't this too much?" Kaveh chocked as my fingers undid his blouse, before finally settling on the belt of his pants . "W-WAIT WE CAN'T DO IT IN FRONT OF HIM!"

        His whole face flushed red as he held my shoulders desperately, while glancing hesitantly at Al Haitham.  " Oh well you're right . . . We can't keep our dear guest in such a state. He'll die
afterall if that poison takes over him completely ~ Give it to him. . . That thing you brought."

         Still all flustered and embarrassed Kaveh slowly opened the box , while I strolled over to Al Haitham and tied his hands behind his back with my tie. "You've done enough trouble my dear ~" despite his merciless glare I kissed him again, this time running my tongue slightly agaisnt his lips and refusing to tear my eyes off his rage filled ones. " Still resisting ? Isn't it painful though ?~ I can give you everything you desire you know ."

       Upon resting my hands on his shoulders from behind, I could feel him tremble in defeat. He was not going to last long. He stared at the ground, sweat dripping down his chin. He was going to break. . . .I dangerously ran my hand down his thigh. He sucked in a short breath. . . One way or another he was going to be break ~
           " It's over Al Haitham. . . " but my words fell on deaf ears. The clock struck midnight and all went silent, but a single man's ragged and desperate breaths and groans as he stared at the object in Kaveh's hand with hearts in those pretty emerald eyes.

"And now you're broken~."
