Mui pov

I had science in a class with Yui and senjiro.. So I can spy on them- well- ask to be in a group with them, and observe their extremely friendly, friend relationship

Our teacher had told us to get into groups of three- so it was perfect

“Could I go with you guys? It's either this or me gonna with that dude that beat you up” I said, Ponting st a pair of two people, the guy that Yui was in a fight with, and some other tall guy, assuming he was his friend.

“Oh yeah, sure” Yui said, I nodded and sat down at their table, “So, what're we doing?” Senjiro asked, Yui smiled, “We have to use the salt to conduct the electricity” Yui said

I smirked st him, and he gave me a look, before turning to senjiro again, “is that even possible..?” “Yup, salt can conduct it, we just need to make a trail.. Mui could you go grab the salt?”

I nodded, stood up and went to get the salt, and the lights Yui had forgotten to get

I came back and put them in the table, “Here are your lights too” I said, he looked at me, “forgot we needed those, thank you” he said, I nodded and sat back down beside senjiro, who was watching Yui,

Yui bent over to put the salt around, and in doing so, he dipped his hair in the red food colouring water

“Yui!” Senjiro giggled, and gathered his hair behind his back, “Your gonna have purple tips in your hair now-” he said, giggling again, tying yuis hair back with.. Wow- a rubber band, poor Yui having to get that out, that'll be fun for him

He sat back down while Yui was smiling, of course

“Oh mui, I had a question-” senjiro said to me, I tilted my head, “So you know how like.. Hm.. How do I put it.. You know genyas bracelet?” He asked me, I nodded, “I gave it to him”

He sighed, “Thank god- I noticed they were relationship ones, I thought maybe someone else did and I wanted to tell you incase” he said, “Nah, we have matching, it's Algood” “Sorry-” “No you're fine”

“Man am I gonna be doing all the work here?” Yui said

“Yes” I replied sharply, he rolled his eyes, “Aight, can you at least hold something for me?” He asked, I nodded and put my hand out, and he put some electrical tape in my palm, “Hold that”

I nodded an Chad it held out for him until he grabbed it back and put it over the wire from the light

“Now we have the colouring, senjiro you wanna put that on?” He asked him, senjiro looked st me, “We haven't included you yet, would you want to?” He asked, holding out a pipet for me to put it on, I shook my head, “You can, you seemed like you want to” I told him, he shrugged, “I don't mind if you want to-” he said, before I shook my head and he nodded, going to put it over the salt

The light lit up, and senjiro jumped in the air, “Yay!” He said in a childish way, “you did it!” He said, high giving Yui

It was weird.. He's been slot different- what's going on? Is he just changing as he grows up..? Or is he changing on purpose?

“Well done senjiro and the tokito twins, you guys can come up here and I'll sign your booklets” I looked st Yui, “we have names-” Yui rolled his eyes, talking to me, “Yeah- like dude we aren't just.. ‘tHe ToKiTo BrOtHeRs’ like come on-”

It was always something we hated, being collected together, or being called “yuichiros twin/brother” or “muichiros twin/brother”

The upper moons used to do it, and teachers always did, like if you can say one name, just change on letter and you have the other twins name.. It's not hard-

Or being told we look like each other.. Like nahhh- were twins, of course we will- do you expect one of us to have neon green hair? Or pink eyes? Like No, we're called identical twins for a reason, although now, due to braces, short hair, we aren't completely identical, but if Yui cut his hair and didn't have braces, or if I grew mine out and had braces, we would be-

It was just always something we hated, even as kids, we even did stuff to look even closer, and Yui being the sassy child he was, always corrected them

God I can't imagine what poor mama went through- I have one memory of being a child, and it was 6 year old Yui being boddy and sassy, telling this poor old women some shit like “Actually- we are boys, just have long hair, and if you bother saying my name, say his too!”

God that would be been funny though- but the poor woman- and mama and dad having to put up with our shit- apparently I used to bring cicada skins inside and give them to mama and she was terrified- Yui told me that- apparently I also collected dirty as sticks and named them, along with rocks

I wish I could remember that.. But sadly, I can't, it'd be funny though

Apparently Yui tried cutting his hair as a kid at one point too, learned that from Yui- and yeah, mama nearly beat his ass from what he said
