San shut off his phone, having logged out of his blog account. He'd dipped into the bathroom while speaking as genie, and thus adjusted himself to make sure he still looked presentable upon coming out.

He opened the bathroom door and stepped into the hallway. About ten minutes had gone by since genie had stopped texting him; ten minutes which were strategically placed as to not cause suspicion.

Thus San crept along the hallway, the house now eerily silent as he reached the living room.

He scanned the area, not seeing anyone around. The only thing he noticed was the darkness of the area, with all the lights now turned off.

San stood still, now a bit worried.

"Uh, Woo—" San's words were cut off by a hand clamping over his mouth. He registered the feeling of someone behind him now pressed up against him, with their other arm wrapped around his waist, holding San snugly against them.

"Boo," a warm voice said, causing San's momentary heart attack to cease. San somewhat roughly pulled the younger's hand off of his mouth.

"Wooyoung!" San whined, "you gave me a fucking heart attack," he complained, the other only smiling at his lamenting tone.

San turned around to face Wooyoung, the latter having released his grip as to allow him to do so. San, as if by instinct, placed his hands on the younger's shoulders.

So many different urges pounded in San's head, yet he ignored them all, instead pulling the other into a hug.

Wooyoung, although a bit surprised, quickly reciprocated, both of his hands now gripping the cloth on San's back. Somehow, the pair managed to turn to where San faced the wall of the hallway, Wooyoung placed in between the two.

San using this to his advantage, slowly stepped forward, until Wooyoung found his back pressed up against the wall. San let go of the other's waist as a mischievous look grew on him, leaning forward as to leave no space between him and the other boy.

San swore he could feel the younger's erratic heartbeat with his chest up against San's; this realization made the older feel flushed, despite his confidence.

"I... San?" Wooyoung muttered out, the older boy now somewhat pinning him against the wall. San switched positions, wrapping both arms around the younger's waist and resting his chin on Wooyoung's shoulder.

"I really like you," San said before he could stop himself, nuzzling into the crook of Wooyoung's neck. He felt the other boy's breath hitch ever so slightly at the words.

A hand cupped the back of San's head. "I... like you too," Wooyoung said softly. A big, stupid smile made its way onto San's face, still buried against Wooyoung. The only sign of his joy visible to Wooyoung was how tight the elder began suddenly squeezing him.

"Don't date anyone else, okay?" he muttered, a bit too seriously. Wooyoung let out a laugh that San felt up against him.

Wooyoung gently played with San's hair. "Yes sir," he replied, twirling his blonde locks in his fingers.

San pulled back, still keeping the boy in his arms but now coming face to face with him.

"You promise?" he said, the giddy grin on his face spreading to Wooyoung's as well.

A look of fake contemplation appeared on Wooyoung's face. "Well... only if you can't date anyone else either. Deal?" he teased.

"Deal," San agreed, causing the smile to return to Wooyoung's face.

Wooyoung began trying to move towards the couch while still holding San, the other startledly struggling to stay upright. "Hey, where are we g..." San trailed off as he let Wooyoung drag him over and dump him onto the sofa.

San, now lying down, looked up, alarmed, as Wooyoung climbed on top of him, straddling him at the hip. San began to speak, but quickly hushed as Wooyoung placed a finger on his lips.

With the younger now dead silent, Wooyoung leaned forward, burying his head in the crook of San's neck as the other had done to him earlier.
As if trying to taunt him, Wooyoung began leaving a series of soft kisses up towards San's jawline, almost too light to feel.

San felt chills run down his spine. "Shit—Wooyoung," he called, the younger only giving a light giggle in response.

Wooyoung paused, letting himself rest on top of the other, his chin on San's shoulder.

"So, what does this mean... for us?" Wooyoung murmured, gently drumming his fingers against San's chest.

"It means we're really gay," San joked, Wooyoung lightly hitting him at the comment.

"I'm seriouss!" Wooyoung whined, moving around as to make San's position somewhat uncomfortable.

"Sorry!! I know, I know," San held the other as to restrain him from moving, the boy's wiggling tactic seeming to be working.

"It means we are... together?" San spoke, feeling his voice waver at the last word. A bright smile overtook Wooyoung's expression, the younger squeezing San in excitement.

"I was hoping you'd say that," Wooyoung spoke quietly, yet was clearly heard by San, who softly laughed at his words.

A comfortable silence fell over the two, cuddled up against each other on the couch. Neither wanted to get up or break the contact, not to mention the state of euphoria both seemed to be basking in at the moment.

San, who had his arms around Wooyoung, tightened his grip, vying for the other's attention.

"Hm?" Wooyoung questioned, having closed his eyes as he laid on San's shoulder.

"You wanna order food or something?" San mumbled, trying not to be too loud as to disturb the peace.

Wooyoung shook his head. "Later. I'm tired," he said, keeping his eyes closed as if saying he was going to take a nap now regardless of the other's opinion. San smiled down at the other, reaching up and gently brushing Wooyoung's bangs to the side of his face.

"Alright," San hummed, giving into the other's will and settling down. San slightly shifted, laying his head next to Wooyoung's.

He'd come to really enjoy moments like these: just him and Wooyoung, laying on the couch, calm. San almost couldn't believe their new status, and found himself unwilling to let go of the younger, as if scared it would all disappear.

Those thoughts faded away, thankfully, as the minutes ticked by, San lazily snuggling up against the other as he decided to sleep as well.

He was sure of it, at this moment... this was definitely how he wanted to spend eternity.
