The four teens stood there.

And stood there.

And stood there.

And stood there some more, staring at the man in the finely tailored suit. His smug gaze stared back. Chrome had obviously become flustered, not expecting him to come to the academy; Hunter was currently trying to keep his... "quirks" in check and from revealing themselves; Nick stood there, a smirk had been gaining prominence on his face ever since the puzzle pieces for him clicked; Hayley was just staring at the billionaire in the office, completely flabbergasted and slightly pissed.

They all stood there, waiting for someone to begin. Suddenly, Hayley's face slowly twisted into mocking rage.

"Well, this is clearly one of the worst reasons for someone, anyone, to interrupt one of the best biology speeches I have ever given, one, I might add, that's on the one subject I've had reason to study for for years." She said, crossing her arms in anger and waiting for a response.

"Do you know who I am?" The man replied, mocking Hayley's body language. She stiffened, but did not ease her rebellious posture.

"Of course. You are Tony Stark; head of Stark Industries." The billionaire smirked, but was interrupted by the professor in the wheelchair.

"Would you like to explain the reason why you are here, Mr. Stark." He asked; his formality was raised to the highest level he had in him. Of course, after hearing what they had done, he wanted to hug them and congratulate them.

Then give them detention for the rest of their lives.

The man peered from over his sunglasses at them. "Now, which two of you are the students who are very, very lucky I'm not allergic to blueberries?" He asked, crossing his arms and mocking Hayley's body language even more so. This, of course, earned him a very salty glare from the girl.

Immediately after, there was loud laughter. Nick hadn't been able to keep it in much longer, and so it rushed out like water after the floodgates had opened. He gained a very confused look from Stark. "What are you laughing about?!" Hayley hissed, not noticing Chrome's heated face and Hunter's rigid posture.

"That's what they did?!" He cackled. "They hacked into your AI and made it throw pies at you?!" He continued to laugh, his face turning red from lack of oxygen.

Tony rubbed his temples, clearly annoyed. "So, clearly it wasn't you. Now, two of you can actually tell me whodunnit, or I could risk accusing the wrong person, which would be highly embarrassing." Hayley looked at him like he was insane; her gaze went from Nick to Tony. The gears in her head finally clicked, making her laugh as well.

She went over to Chrome, gripping her shoulders for support from laughing so hard. "That's what you did?! You indirectly pied him?! Oh my god, you two have more guts in you than the rest of the class put together." She snickered, turning her gaze to Tony.

"So it wasn't you either," he said. His gaze shifted to Chrome and Hunter; whom were unintentionally thrown under the bus by their friends. Chrome's fire began to glow brighter from being intimidated, and Hunter was so stiff that a small breeze could have knocked him over. Tony's smirk widened. "So, you two: the teenage masterminds behind the Great Pie Fiasco. Honestly, I'd be much more impressed if I weren't just slightly pissed off. It was rather sloppy as well. If you catch my drift."

Chrome's gaze never left his, not even when Hayley was on the floor rolling around in laughter. She gulped. "We have proper reason to have done so..."

Tony eyes widened in mock interest. "Do share! I'd be delighted to hear it."

She was messing with her hair, which started to catch on fire, one strand at a time. "We thought that it was a challenge in computer science class, so we fully hacked into it. When we recognized your programming style, we decided to run through the data. After all, it's near impossible to get inside JARVIS. Hunter found a slow virus, which slowly corrupts the data over time; almost completely unnoticeable by the untrained eye. I fixed it, and decided to leave a little surprise for you, since the corrupted data was still there. I couldn't get rid of it; I could only change its goal." Her hair by this time was completely engulfed in flames.

Xavier leaned forward. "Is this true?" Chrome nodded shyly in response. He then let a small smile dance on his lips. "You said that you couldn't get rid of it and you only changed it. By Mr. Stark's description of what happened, it seems to be a big concern on what it was originally designed to do." This gained a scoff from the cocky billionaire.

"Its original goal was to override JARVIS's features on friend and foe."

"And this means..." Hayley chimed in, her voice hoarse from laughing.

"That it would have seen Tony as an intruder; taking immediate action. And by the program's design, it seemed to wanted to have hacked into the tower's defense; reversing them on Mr. Stark." Chrome took a deep breath and looked back up at Tony. "It was planning an assassination and thievery of all of your company's data."

Tony blinked in surprise. "How do I know that you are telling the truth?" Chrome fiddled with her flaming hair; its fire igniting the edges of her clothing.

"I don't know... but I do know that Hunter and I could permanently prevent it..." She said softly, her eyes still not leaving his. "You could even use your own Computer Scientists to fully look through the code. But I will let you know one thing; Hunter and I would rather keep preventable deaths off of our shoulders." This fully gained Tony's attention, who then looked both Hunter and Chrome over.

"And what's with Pockets over there?" He asked motioning to Hunter, who was then focusing from keeping his mutations from running rampant. He looked up in surprise, not expecting the conversation to turn to him. Quite frankly, it startled him.

In fact, it startled him so much, that what he had been trying to hide popped out, making Tony flinch, and making Chrome make a noise that relates to extreme happiness. Hunter caught his falling beanie, but in the process failed to cover up two fox ears. In a flash, Chrome was touching them and petting his head and ruffling up his hair; like what one would do to their pet. This made Hunter scowl and shoo her away, quickly replacing his beanie. There was a moment of silence.

"Okay... So I have a way for you to be punished, but I don't know how to get you there." Tony gestured towards them. "Well, I know how to get two of you there; just not the other two."

Hayley's face contorted in anger. "They saved your life and your company, and this is how you repay them?!" She said, gritting her teeth. Tony chuckled.

"While all of that may be true, they still hacked into JARVIS, saving my life or not." He shrugged, grinning smugly. "I won't report you to the cops, just have you repay me a bit." Hayley put her hands on her hips.

"And what might that be?" She asked, and immediately regretted it the moment his smirk turned into a sly grin; almost like he had wanted her to ask the question.

"Oh, you'll see."

Apparently, his idea of the extreme lowest form of being suspicious was putting Chrome in a large trench coat and hat, and putting Nick's giant wings into the weirdest backpack ever.

But hey, it's Tony Stark; who's going to argue?

So when the teens stepped out of the limo, they were greeted with not only with wary glances, but with complete distrust and disgust. Yes. This is the one time that they were all uncomfortable. Hayley's odd features attracted curious glances; Hunter's clothing that sported many pockets made loud sounds as he moved, as they were filled with different kinds of doodads; Nick had never been in more pain in his life than that moment when his wings were stuffed in the backpack; not to mention that Chrome looked just plain weird. But, they had avoided most of the questions and had safely gone inside the tower. Inside, the tower scanned them as they walked through the hallway. If it had been alive, it would have been majorly confused on why there was a walking trench coat and hat without any body. In the heat sensor department, however, it would have asked why three being's body temperatures were normal and two were at the major extremes. One being extremely cold, and the other being as hot as the Earth's core the closer towards the core you went.

Once they were all inside, Nick and Chrome shed their extra clothing, Nick stretching his wings with a relieved sigh. Tony rolled his eyes.

"I bet you're all wondering why I've brought you here. Well, you're going to clean up the mess you've made." He announced, putting his hands on his hips. A large bucket of cleaning supplies was sitting right next to an open doorway. Hayley gave the older man a smirk, before striding past him, grabbing a mop, and walking calmly into the room.

"You two really did a number on this place!" She laughed. Then, there was about a minute of whooshing and silvery blurs, before Hayley deposited a purple-stained mop in Tony's hand, adjusted her ponytail, and strolled leisurely out the door with a smug grin. Tony looked at the group.

"Is she always like that?" The three teens looked at each other and shrugged.

"She's usually worse, to be honest." Nick said, before grabbing the other two teens' arms and teleporting home. Tony sighed, and moved to put the mop back in the bucket. Unfortunately for him, there was a trail of ice that he hadn't noticed.

"SHIT!"

A loud thud resonated through the building
