(After Ariel is out of jail she goes to rekindle her and Jim's marriage only to be heart broken and blames Rose for it and ends up in deeper trouble.)

Jim's pov
6 Months pregnant and Rose is doing great. We just did an ultrasound and my baby is growing perfectly fine no healthy problems, nothing wrong with growth in the womb, everything is great until I got a call from my friend Eric who works at the police department "Hey Jim is Rose with you?" "Yes we just finished a ultrasound appointment what's wrong?" "It's Ariel she's out." "Wait what do you mean out?" "They let her out due to go sober behavior but if she violates anything call me and I'll have them put her back." "Ok." "Damn it!" I said as Rose hugged me "What's wrong love?" "We have to go." "Go where?" "Anywhere Ariel is out due to sober behavior or some bullshit like that." "Jim don't you think she's changed?" "Changed? Do you remember the last time we thought she changed?" "You had to go to the hospital and check to see if the baby was Ok." "Look I'll admit she was wrong but Jim some people change over time when their in jail or prison or gives them time to think about their actions and what they've done." I looked at her and helped her in the car "It'll take years for her to change."

As we arrived home I saw that there was a car in the drive way me and Rose got out "Jimmy welcome home!" Said Ariel she jumped in my arms and kissed me I pushed her off as Rose rushed to my side I wrapped my arm around her "Jimmy?" "I'm not your Jimmy anymore and you don't exist to me anymore." "Jim...how could you say that and what are you doing with our surrogate?" "She's not a surrogate anymore she's my future wife and the mother to my child." "But Jim the sperm you had them- "Your wrong I put it in her myself." She was shocked "My sperm, my child, my wife, and my house plus that paper you signed in jail were divorce papers and now we're divorce and your near us I've called back up." She heard police sirens she looked at Rose angrily "You..you homewrecking man stealing whore!" She charged but Jim stepped in the way punching her out the police came in after Rose let them in she got up trying to get to Rose Jim stepped in front of her shielding her "Get her out of my house." They nodded as they dragged her out "Let me go damn it!" "Let go of me!"

After that Rose cried Jim held her "Shh it's alright princess I'm here." 
"You were right Jim... I don't want her to be near the baby." "She won't because she won't be near our family we have to move again babe." "But.. we just moved here." "I know that but let's just start from scratch again." She kissed him "Ok anything for the safety of our baby."
