This is a Mini Award book so we'll keep the things easy for both participants and judges. 

1.  You can't participate in more than 3 categories. Only one book in one category. 

2. One member of the pair should fill the form and the partner should drop a reply 'Yes, I agree'  in confirmation to that form.

3. Judges can judge as many categories they want. But obviously, can't judge the category they have participated.

4. SIX slots per category are allowed for participant and TWO slots for judges.
