After Gem and Fronnie finished the show for the children, Gem went to the parts and service room to put her guitar away after she finished polishing it.
But as soon as Gem put her guitar away, she heard the door closed with a loud slam which made her jumped.
Gem turned around and sees Mangle.
"M-Mangle? What are you doing?" Gem asked, in a bit of fear.
Mangle didn't say anything but she took out her claws and pounced on Gem. Gem tried to get out of her grip but then Mangle slashed Gem's left eye out. Gem screamed in pain and she pushed Mangle off of her and she tried to run to the door but Mangle caught her leg and yanked it off.
Gem fell to the ground. Then she tried to reach for the door knob but Mangle slashed her right arm and yanked out her left arm.

Then Gem fell unconscious and Mangle was about to rip her ear off when she snapped out of it. Mangle gasped in horror and then she ran out of the parts and service room, crying. Mangle just hurt her best friend.........or maybe even killed her.

((A hour later))
SpringTrap was waiting for Gem for like an hour now. SpringTrap thought that she must've stood him up but he thought that she wouldn't do that. SpringTrap got up and tried to look for her.
Freddy and Bonnie sees SpringTrap looking for something.
"What are you looking for?" Freddy asked SpringTrap.
"I'm trying to look for Gem. I was waiting for her for like an hour then I got worried about her." SpringTrap said.

Freddy and Bonnie are now getting worried about Gem.
They all decide to split up and look for her.

Freddy checked the right hallway, Bonnie checked the stage, and SpringTrap opened the door to the parts and service room but he screamed in horror when he saw Gem.

Her left eye is missing, one of her legs on her arms are yanked or slashed, and she's not moving.
"GEM!!!" SpringTrap screamed then he picked up Gem and put her on the table.
Freddy and Bonnie ran to the parts and service room and sees their daughter very injured. They both gasped in horror and began to cry. Fronnie came too and he sees his sister like this.
"W-what happened to Gem?!" Fronnie asked, in worried and horror.

"I'll try to fix her! Just leave this room!" SpringTrap yelled, tearing up.

They leave the room and wait.

((2 hours later))

Freddy is holding Bonnie and Fronnie close to him when they're crying.
SpringTrap came out of the room.
"I fixed her and she's awake." SpringTrap said.
Bonnie dashed into the room and sees Gem, but she's crying and she's covering her left eye with her bangs.
Bonnie walked to Gem and hugged her.
"What's wrong, sweetheart?" Bonnie asked.
Gem moved the bangs away from her left eye, revealing three scars and her left eye is now black with a white pupil.
Bonnie gasped in horror, covering his mouth with his hands.

Freddy and Fronnie went to the room and gasped in horror when they saw her left eye.
"W-who did this to you?!" Fronnie yelled. Gem held onto her head.
"I-I........I can't remember.........all I remember is that I put my guitar away and everything went black." Gem explained.

"I tried to fix her left eye but nothing seemed to work.........it looks like Gem can no longer use her left eye ever again " SpringTrap said.
