Birds sweetly chirp in the long strong trees, Emma lays in her bed cuddling Noddles snoring lightly in warm fluffy pink covers. The door to her room opens Queen Diamond peeking her head seeing her granddaughter safely asleep. She smiles walking over sitting down on the side of the bed shaking Emma's shoulder lightly.

"Emerald.. Emerald.. it's time to wake up sweetheart." Queen Diamond speaks softly to her, Emma groans a bit in her sleep peeking an eye out giving her grandma a small smile "Morning grandma."

"Good morning Gemstone guess what? Todays  coronation day." Queen Diamond scrunches up her nose at her smiling Emma sits up with big messy hair rubbing her eye yawning "Now sweetheart remember this is a very important step in your royal status we must make sure everything is perfect and coordinated so make sure you present your best self." Queen Diamond boops Emma's nose making the girl blush on her cheeks.

The door opens Jade walks through squeaking a bit at seeing the queen "Princess- Oh! Good morning my queen I was just about to get the princess ready for her special day." Jade does a curtsy towards the queen gesturing to Emma with a smile

"Oh that's alright Jade I was about to go get ready." Queen Diamond shoos a hand at the servant standing up from the bed walking to the door she turns to Emma holding up a finger "And remember Emerald this is a very special day. I know that people will talk about this for years to come." She gives Emma a wink before closing the door, Jade watches her leave before walking over to Emma sitting beside her "You okay?"

"Yeah I'm okay." Emma nods

"You know you don't have to do this if you don't want to-"

"No.. I want to." Emma interrupted her shaking her head with a determined look on her face she takes a deep breath in and out nodding to Jade with a serious look on her face that kinda scared Jade a bit as the girl hops off her bed walking towards the door looking at Jade with a small smirk

"As my brother Leo always says."

"Let's Rock N' Roll."

Onyx walks down the hallway as the servants scramble around prepping and preparing decorations with a stern look speaking loudly at everyone

"Remember everyone this is my niece's coronation! So this day needs to be absolutely flawless and perfect if one of you little ingrates so much as farts during this ceremony I shatter you myself!" Onyx's gem glows a bit with a vein bulging on her forehead as she looks around at the servants with a cold threatening look

"Yes my queen!" Everyone responds in unison

"Thank you!" Onyx nods rubbing her temple muttering to herself trying to keep herself calm "Oh high almighty Golden Goddess give me strength."
She takes a deep breath speed walking to get ready for the big day.

Down in the cellar of the dungeon the teenage boy bangs on the bars of the cell angrily trying to get out, the guard finally fed up snaps at him "Aye knock it off ya little brat it's bad enough ya helped the other one escape!" The teenage boy snarls at him shaking the bars "I can do this all day you wait and see Princess Amethyst will break me free and then we will rebellion against the savagery of this kingdom yet again!!" He shouts raising his arms up making a diamond gem sign with his hands in the air with confidence "Dem The Gem!"

"Yeah yeah whatever you little crazy weirdo." The guard rolls his eyes reading a book until another guard rushing down the stairs with an annoyed look "Hey what you are doing?! Everyone needs to get to their post for the coronation!! Hurry up before the captain or worse the queen shatters us!!"

"Oh stones it's that time already?!! Alright alright I'm coming!" The guard scrambles out of his seat bolting up the stairs disappearing leaving the boy all alone in the quiet dark room. He notices the keys for the cellar are hanging on a hook on the wall, he stretches his arm out reaching for it his yellow gem on the back of his head glows lightly making his eyes glow a golden color. The keys start to glow golden jingling by themselves "Come on... Come on." He mutters to himself with beads of sweat coming down his forehead.

The keys levitate off the hook floating towards him, after what felt like forever he yanks the keys in his hand as his eyes flicker off, he unlocks the lock opening the cell door he drops the keys on the ground running up the stairs

"Have to get out of here and warn the others hopefully I'm not too late."

Emma squeaks a high pitch grunt of pain as Jade tightens the corset around her waist "S-Sorry princess but we have to make sure it's tight so it doesn't fall off." She ties a tight bow in a knot, Emma turns around her red colored face puffing out her cheeks from lack of air "C-Can't breathe! Ribs crushing!"

"Don't worry just breathe from your chest on the bright side it's not like the late late 17th ruler Queen Hermatite who was rumored to have remove some of her ribs in order to look skinner for her coronation." Jade chuckles a bit to herself walking Emma over to the chair in front of her mirror, the door burst open making the girls squeak as the tailor Zirconia walks in with some servants holding her coronation dress, some jewelry, hair products, and a makeup bag "Zirconia is here and ready to make you flawless on this special day baby girl!!

"Zirconia Hehehe yay!!" Emma cheers happily running over giving him a hug on his leg making Zirconia smile with a chuckle patting her head, he looks up at Jade clapping his hands at her in a sassy manner fanning a hand to the door "Jade what are you doing? Girl you better go get ready before the queen has an aneurysm."

Jade blushes a bit sheepishly grabbing Emma's hand nodding giving her an assuring smile "I'll see you in the ballroom okay?" Emma nods as Jade rushes to go change into her dress. Some of the servants girls quickly crowd around Emma brushing her hair, filing her nails, spraying her with perfume "Are you gonna doll me up pretty!" Emma squeals excitedly as Zirconia places some of the things down standing beside her smirking with his hands on his hips

"Sweetheart when we're done with you you're gonna be the most gorgeous princess ever."

People from all around the kingdom villagers, socialize, farmers, workers, gemoniane people of all kinds walking in crowds towards the Crystalline crystal diamond like palace guards stand in formation at the side cautiously watching on alert as the people go inside

"Everyone inside! Inside now take a seat and no shoving!!" A guard instructs the people to the many benches of seats in many rows as everyone sits down the glorious hand crafted ballroom where many kings and queens of their land have been coronated into the royal monarchy hierarchy since thousands of years.

Jade walks up to the small steps to the left side of platform fixing her pulled back French braided hair dusting off any particular on her dress.

"Okay okay we're okay you're okay just breathe." Jade mumbles to herself looking at everyone take their seats, she twirls her dress at the end sweating a bit until she feels a warm hand gracefully brush against her hand she looks to see Obsidian who flashes an eye of encouragement with straight black hair with a few strains tied back with black thick eyeliner with black lipstick, her black stud earrings with a long black gown

"Don't worry everything is going to be fine" Obsidian gives her an assuring nod making Jade be able to breathe again "Thank You Obsidian you look beautiful." Obsidian widens her eyes a bit blushing on her cheeks as she nods to Jade walking to the opposite side of her on the stairs "Thank you,
you too."

Finally after everyone is seated a solider rushing to the two golden double doors "Ladies and Gentlemen May I present the wise Queen Diamond of Crystalinna!" Two servants on opposite sides of each other opens the doors as everyone standings up from their seats, the women doing a curtsy and the men respectively bowing. Queen Diamond walks in wearing a beautiful white glimmering dress, her long white hair is in multiple braided before pinned up in a high tight bun wear her diamond crystalled crown rest on her head, a long pair of sparking diamond earrings twinkles as silver and white glitter eyeshadow lays on her eyelids with roses cheeks and pinkish/red lipstick on her lips.

Queen Diamond walks down the aisle walking pass all of her subjects making her way towards the front, Jade and Obsidian bow holding their hands out as Queen Diamond softly takes them "Thank you girls you both look beautiful." Jade and Obsidian smile curtsying as Diamond stands in between them "Thank you your majesty you look stunning."

"Ladies and Gentlemen May I present the elegant Queen Onyx." The doors opens as Onyx gracefully steps in wearing a long black ballroom gown, her long beautiful black hair braided on the sides pinned in a silver clip with black earrings in her ears. Her single eye covered in a black eyeshadow her gem eye reflected the faces of her subjects bowing in respect of her. Her black lipstick covered mouth cracks a smirk "Hmph bowing as they should." she walks down the line meeting her mother at the front of the stairs as Jade and Obsidian help her.

"You look radiant Onyx absolutely gorgeous." Queen Diamond smiles cupping Onyx's face who blushes with a small smile at the compliment from her mother "Thank you mother. You look as well."

The two women smile at each other as Queen Diamond steps up a few steps towards the people sitting "My people thousands of years ago our ancestor the first queen the golden goddess blessed this land with her presence and the creation of our people." Queen Diamond gestures to a hand crafted glass illustration of a woman with golden blond hair in a sunny orange and yellow dress striking a pose with a bright golden gem on her chest. "Through out the years many kings and queens have been coronated in this very room and now after 30 years we have the pleasure of doing it again." The people nod with smiles in an agreement "My people may I present for the very first time princess Emerald of Crystalinna!"

The servants opens the door wide everyone turns around and gets wide eyed slowly standing up in awe

Emma walks into the room wearing a long beautiful pink ballroom dress, her hair was braided and pulled up into two big space buns with two curly strains hanging in front of her eyes, lightly pink eyeshadow resting on her sweet pink eyes. The two pink diamond earrings danged from her ear with her natural rose red cheeks and glossy pink lips.

"She looks beautiful!" Zirconia stands on the side of the wall with other servants and royal assistants squealing in his hand bouncing on his heels with tears creeping in his eyes, one of the servants puts a finger to his lips shushing him making Zirconia blush a bit sheepishly whispering to him "Sorry."

Emma walks down the aisle passing by all the starstruck people looking at her, she blushes a bit turning a little red feeling really flattered that people thought she was beautiful in her coronation dress she makes it to the front of Onyx and Queen Diamond who smile at her warmly at how beautiful she looked

"Oh gemstone you look gorgeous!" Queen Diamond puts a hand on her heart gushing at her granddaughter.

"You're doing great Emerald you've come a mighty long way." Onyx smile at her, Emma flashes her a smile back doing a small curtsy "Thank You Aunt Onyx."

Queen Diamond clears her throat getting everyone's attention looking at Emma holding a finger at her gently. "Emerald you were born from a long line of kings and queens of royal blood and heir to the throne that goes back eons, do you swear under oath to rule with authority and fairness, to provide for your people good or bad rich or poor, to carry on your wisdom and kindness until the end of your term?"

Emma nods "I do."

Queen Diamond smiles as a servant walks up to her kneeing down with a sea blue colored and gold designed bowl with a sparking white colored liquid, Queen Diamond slips off her silk glove dipping two fingers in the liquid she leans forward drawing a diamond on Emma's forehead who flinches a bit shivering making Queen Diamond widen her eyes at her granddaughter concern

"I-It was really cold." Emma whispers to her holding her head blushing sheepishly with a quiet giggle making Queen Diamond laugh and Onyx roll her eyes.

"By the power vested in me by through the eyes and hearts of our beloved ancestors." Queen Diamond stretches her arms out wide as a guard walks up with a red and pink twirling designed box opening it revealing a beautiful pink crown

Queen Diamond goes to grab it but Emma stretches her hand out stopping her "Wait! Umm don't I have to do my speech first?" She flashes the two woman a smile, Onyx rolls her eyes rubbing her temple letting out a tired sigh "Emerald you do your speech after you've been coronated that goes to show you weren't pay attention to the rehearsal."

"Oh come now Onyx the child seems to really want to do it." Queen Diamond waves a hand at Onyx looking at Emma with a smile. "Go ahead Gemstone."

Emma nervously takes a deep breath turning to the people sitting looking at all the royal servants "I have learned a lot about my royal heritage and this land and it has taught me so much and I have meant so many great people." Emma smiles looking at all the servants and guard who smile at her some even blushing flattered "And I have my Aunt Queen Onyx to thank for that." Emma gestures to Onyx who smiles its pride. "Aunt Onyx you have taught me so much and been patient with me throughout this whole time." Onyx smiles at her gratefully.

But then Emma frowns narrowing her eyebrows in a serious and anger manner "But you are a selfish, narcissistic, manipulative conniving person and you disgust me." She backs away from Onyx's smile quickly disappeared to a wide eyed shocked face

"Emerald why would you say that about your aunt?" Queen Diamond frowns at her looking at Emma with concern.

"Because Grandma she hasn't been honest with you to anyone." Emma turns to the people taking out her fake teeth showing the people of Crystalinna her demon fangs, some of the people gasps in surprise a woman faints in her seat from the shock "I was not born here like my aunt claims I was born and raised on Earth, she told me that if I didn't go with her she would destroy my planet and my friends and family!"

Queen Diamond widens her eyes at Onyx in shock with a frown on her face

"She's also been using magic to control people into her little puppets if they make a mistake or make her mad."

"I would do no such thing!" Onyx's face scrunches up clutching her fist together "I treat all the servants here in the palace with respect"

"No!.. she's lying."

Everyone turns to Obsidian walking out to the side of Emma showing them all her gray gem

"And she did it through with this." Obsidian reaches into her pocket of her dress pulling out the Corpsesalatics moonstone showing everyone Queen Diamond narrows her eyes in confused "Is that a Corpsesalatics moonstone? I thought those were all shattered and destroyed."

"Apparently through the help and research of the royal recorders keeper Pearl" Obsidian gestures to Pearl who get a little wide eyed at everyone staring at her waves with a blush "We found records of the late Queen Morganite who would use these kinds of stones on her servants and subjects if they got out of line as a form of discipline turning them into gray gem and eyed colored zombies but what people didn't know is that every time she would use it she grow more and more unstable to put where the last known record of her was in an asylum from her losing her mind. After her term all the stones were destroyed except for one that she kept hidden in the temple under the palace where our beloved Queen Onyx would have people taken down there to be 'dealt' with."

A male servant walks up showing the gem on his forehead that was also gray "It's true she did it to me as well my queen"

Some of the servants and soldiers looks at each other before show Queen Diamond they're gems  and eyes showing them to be be gray. Onyx get wide seeing the

"Me as well your highness."

"Also me."

"Me too."

Jade walks up gesturing to her gem with a frown "After Obsidian and I took the princess out into the village she squeezed my gem almost shattering me."

"They are all lying saying these horrible things about me because of my status!!"

"Is that what you call dictating your people?"

The audience looks at Carnelia standing on the windowsill with her arms and legs crossed leaning on the side dropping to the ground the guards frowns pulling their weapons out to her smirking looking at Onyx bowing at Queen Diamond in a sarcastic way "I was her partner in crime your highness after the princess Emerald broke her little toy she told me to find who did it, and when I told her it was her own sweet niece that foiled her plan she didn't like that answer and had me charged with illegal sorcery and was going to shatter me after the lovely and cute Princess Emerald's coronation." Carnelia gesture to Emma with a fake smile looking at Queen Diamond bowing "You're majesty."

Queen Diamond looks at her daughter flabbergasted "Onyx." Onyx looks away blushing a bit "But with what it's worth grandma that's not the worst of what's been going on here. I saw a vision that you didn't fall into a coma. Someone tried to shatter you. And I know who it was" People in the audience cover their mouths or look in shock and awe Queen Diamond looks at her granddaughter interested now

"It was you Aunt Onyx!!"

Emma turns around pointing to Onyx making her flinch a bit everyone except Jade, Jasper, and Obsidian gasps "Emerald that's absolutely nonsense she would never try to shatter me." Queen Diamond puts a hand on her chest shaking her head.

"It's true my queen we found have witnesses, but she threatened them to shut them up." Jade speaks up glaring at Onyx who snarls quietly at her "Well then where is your witness peasant!"

"That would be me." Everyone turns to see Peridot standing up even her husband looked at her confused "I went to find you to get you approve of paperwork so I went to the temple when I saw you laying on the ground I went to go get help when I saw her running out. S-She threatened me told me if I told anyone... she would shatter my children." Peridot whimpers a bit a tear spilling from her eye covering her mouth looking like as if she were going to throw up.

"What!" Queen Diamond takes a step back from her daughter with a disgusted look on her face. "Onyx.. is this true?" Onyx opens her mouth slowly but before Queen Diamond raises an eyebrow with a now angry face "May I remind you you are under royal oath."

"Mother that is not true the peasant is clearly lying." Onyx growls at Peridot

"The only one who's lying is you." Carnelia scrunches up her nose with a sour expression "You had me do an off the record mission what you don't remember?" She frowns at the queen.

Captain Agate steps up with her hands behind her back and a serious face "She speaks the truth your majesty. I didn't realize it until Princess Emerald helped me. I believe this was all cause due to the conversation we had before you fell into your coma. Late that night she had me leave my post with extra pay for the troubles." 

Onyx frowns clutching her fist looking at all the people and Emma "Mother you can't honestly believe all these low life peasants over your own daughter!! How do you know they're not saying all that stuff to overthrow us! Or shatter us both you believe them! Over me!!" Onyx's gem eye slightly flashes a bit with anger

Emma frowns clutching her fist looking at her grandmother "It's okay if you don't believe what you hear grandma." She quickly grabs Onyx's hand glowing pink with pink eyes, a gem appears on Emma's forehead as all the people, servants, guards's gems start glowing pink as well as they're eyes

"I'll just have to show you!"

Onyx walks down the hallway looking down at papers in her hands with a focused face "Mother I would like to go over these reports with you they seem to be quite off-" she stops in her tracks seeing Queen Diamonds shadow talking to Captain Agate who stands in front of her as the two whisper.

"Not to question your judgment but... are you sure my queen?" Captain Agate said sounding concerned

Queen Diamond nods sighing to herself "Yes I do believe so I love her I truly do but Onyx is too stubborn too... unreasonable she can not handle something like this"

Onyx raises an eyebrow concern ease dropping in on the two's conversation

What couldn't she handle?

She could handle anything!

What were they talking about?

She sees Queen Diamond walking away from the captain making Onyx scrambles accidentally dropping the papers all over the floor just as her mother sees her "Onyx what did you do? Ooh now there's papers all over the floor." Queen Diamond frowns putting her hands on her hips at her daughter

"I'm sorry mother I must of... slipped." Onyx gives her a fake half hearted chuckle kneeing to her grabbing the papers, Queen Diamond knees down helping her grab the papers "Honestly Onyx I wish you would be more careful and organized how do you expect to be queen when your handle royal reports like this." She scolds her handing Onyx the rest of the papers making her look down a bit with a frown on her face.

Queen Diamond puts a hand on her chin lifting her face up to look into her eyes "Don't frown dear it's unappealing you need to have structure and balance in your routine. I am only hard on you because I love you and I need you now more than ever."

Onyx could feel her chest getting hard from her mothers criticism "Now I must go darling I will see you at dinner I trust you can handle this while I'm gone?" Onyx gives a smile nodding making Queen Diamond smile in return "Yes mother don't worry."

She watches her mother as she walks down the hallway before frowning deeply clutching the papers tight "I can handle it."

Onyx in a black hooded cloak looks around making sure she's not followed into the village as she walks into an alley where a late teenage Carnelia was sitting on top of a trash can eating a purple looking peach with a messy face making Onyx stick her tongue out in disgust "You wanted to speak to me your highness?"

"Yes I have a job for you I was told you skills were the best and you are know for your.. 'talents'?"

"You'd be correct."

"If you succeed I will not only pay you a large amount of money but you will also have the protection and security of working for me." Onyx holds up a small brown sack, Carnelia looks her up me down snatching the bag out of her hand opening it to see gold coins inside she takes one out bitting it along sure it's real "You will be given the rest when you complete the tasks for me."

Carnelia hops down teasingly bowing to Onyx with a smile "I am at your service your majesty."

Queen Diamond walks down the hallway alone not noticing Carnelia following from the window jumping from tree to tree, Queen Diamond stops with a frown look out the window luckily Carnelia hides behind the tree before she's spotted

Queen Diamond squints an eye in suspicion but shrugs coming to walk down the hallway, Carnelia breathes a sigh of relief continuously following her before she sees the queen walking through the hall of late kings and queens tapestries "Why is going through the great hall of dead people." Carnelia rolls her eyes to herself.

She sees Queen Diamond stopping at King Alexandrite her late husbands tapestry she widens her eyes when she sees Queen Diamond grabbing the side of the painting and pulling it causing it to open like a door as she steps inside closing it behind her

"No way."

She watches patiently until the queen steps out making sure no one is around before closing the painting walking away, Carnelia waits until Queen Diamond turns the corner before walking over to the branch of the tree towards the top of the window she places her hand on the glass before her orange gem glows letting her phase through the matter of the window she lands to the ground on her feet walking to the painting she opens it slowly not to make a sound peeking inside her eyes get wide in awe as her jaw drops

"Are you sure? Absolutely sure that's what you saw." Onyx stands up from her mirror walking over to Carnelia with a serious concern face

"Yes I'm telling you that's exactly what I saw it was a crown for princess Amethyst but.. I didn't see one for you... trust me I looked but I didn't see anything .. I'm sorry princess."

Onyx widens her in shock she shuts her eyes as she turns to have her back to her taking a deep breath to herself "Thank you Carnelia you can leave I... need some time to myself right now."

Carnelia shrugs her shoulders unbothered walking out closing the door behind her, Onyx takes a few deep breath before collapsing on her bed with her head in her folded arms sobbing to herself

Her sister was going to be queen?

No that can't be true! It's not true! But... what if it is true?

That's what Captain Agate and her mother were whispering about they didn't think Onyx would be fit to rule so they were going to crown Amethyst as the queen of Crystalline before her.

Onyx sits up with mascara running down her face with tears in her eyes looking at the ceiling in thought.

I followed all the rules
I drew inside the lines
I never asked for anything that wasn't mine
I waited patiently for my time
But when it finally came

Onyx turns her body around slowly sitting on the bed gripping the sheets looking down at her feet in deep thought, tightly closing her eyes just as tight trying to hold back her tears.

And now I feel this overwhelming pain

She stands up holding a hand to her temple rubbing her fingers on the side of her head trying to calm down. She looks up to see a family photo of her, her mother, and her sister. Her and Queen Diamond had serious looking faces while her sister had a small sweet smile on her face.

Onyx grips the photo with hate and anger even in this photo her younger sister thought that she was better than her. She takes the photo and in a quick motion throws it to the ground, smashing the glass of the frame into pieces with a angry frown on her face.

Onyx looks down at her hand making a fist looking up at the balcony down at the village below her she twirls around with a smile thinking about all of that could be hers but then she quickly frowns remembering that it won't be, she feels a spark in her gem eye making cringe a bit holding it a bit in pain.

She stands up tall with a neutral frown walking out the door

A young solider Agate stands at her post at the end of the hallway tall and proud, Onyx walks up to her gaining her attention "Agate you may go home for the night everything is clear."

Agate looked a bit confused "Are you sure princess I normally work my full ten hours-"

"I will make sure you get overtime for the inconvenience go home you deserve an early night." Onyx nods putting a hand on her shoulder faking an assuring smile, Agate smiles a bit nodding walking away. Onyx waits until she's gone before walking down the hall of the royal paintings she stops at her father's tapestry making sure no one was looking.

She opens it slowly and quietly not to make a sounds as she slides in shutting it behind her she sees Amethyst crown in the display.

Onyx angrily growls at the very sight of it she lifts her night gown up to her thigh pulling out a crowbar she had strapped against her leg. She calmly walks up to the glass taking a deep breath she yells out pulling her arm back and swings hitting the glass shattering it to pieces as the glass falls to the ground.

Onyx runs her fingers through her hair pulling it out of the way slowly reaching her hand out into the now broken display grabbing her sisters crown, she looks at it closely eyeing the gems and design of it. She looks up not noticing a door in front of her on the other side of the room she walks up to it opening the door.

She takes a step and sees she's in the observatory temple where her mother would go to admire the different plants, and stairs, and dimensions.

She looks at the crown grabbing it with two hands about to break it apart in half

She couldn't help but feel so angry

Her little sister was going to be queen before her

That couldn't happen!

But then she felt a feeling she never felt wash over her. Like an ocean of different type of emotions had washed over her.

She looks at the crown feeling the jealousy and anger and vengeance consume her. She didn't notice that her gem was flickering on and off on and off. Her breathing got slowly.

The price that I'm willing to pay is expensive
There's nothing to lose

She feels a painful migraine in her head as she drops the crown as her gem glows for the first time. Onyx groans letting her whole body glow black but sudden the door to the temple opens her to stop and her glowing black eye flashes a black light snapping her back

"Who's in here? No should be in here-" Queen Diamond orders with a frown walking inside until she sees Onyx and her face goes from concern to confused "Onyx dear what are you doing in the temple it's the middle of the night-"

She looks down noticing the crown on the ground she looks at Onyx sternly "Where did you get that crown?"

Onyx who frowns at her angrily huffs "When were you going to tell me? You're going to make Amethyst queen?!"

"Onyx I am not discussing this with you."

"No! We're discussing this now! You're weren't going to tell me were you?"

"You had no right to snoop around and be noisy this none of your concern."

"I am the oldest! Me! Not her! It should be me that's queen not her!!"

"Onyx drop this.. now."

"What's the reason there has to be a reason!"

"Enough!!!" Queen Diamond snaps at her daughter making her flinch she looks at her sternly "You are not going to be queen because you are too hardheaded. You are stubborn and selfish and reckless. You treat all our subjects like slaves and beneath you and that is not how I raised you! Your sister is kind, empathetic, generous, understanding those are the traits of a great queen. That! Is the reason!"

Onyx stands there in shock

It all came crash down all around her, growing up she always went like her mother loved her sister more than her and she confirmed it.

Onyx turns her back to her breathing heavily her black gem eye glowed with the hatred and anger boiling in her.

She couldn't help but crack an smile letting her feelings and hurt wash over her, she slowly turns around to look at her mother in a creep like way with glowing black eyes, her pinned up hair falls down to her back moving like spider legs as if it had a mind of its own

Queen Diamond widens her eyes in horror seeing Onyx's hair lifting her up a few feet off the ground.

Onyx smiles cracking her head to the side letting the magic inside her take over letting a strain of her magical rapunzell like hair rest on her hand as she admires it feeling the power grow inside her.

She sees Queen Diamond trying to run out the door but she lets a string of her hair walking towards her as one grabs her mothers ankle making her trip and drag her back towards her making Queen Diamond scream in terror, she tries to stand up but Onyx coldly puts a foot on her chest preventing her from rising up.

Queen Diamond couldn't do anything but lay there helplessly as Onyx stands over her with glowing black eyes as her hair moves around her like snakes growling angrily at her mother.

She looks down shaking clutching her fists in anger before she screams glowing black while her hair straightened as a light flashes white.

Onyx eyes glow back to normal as she looks at her niece, her mother, everyone staring at her in horror at what they had just seen.

Queen Diamond looks at her daughter in disgust and horror on a verge of tears "Onyx... please tell me."

"You were jealous that your little sister was gonna be queen before you." Emma angrily points up at Onyx accusingly making Onyx look down and growl the more she pressed on "So you tried to steal her crown but grandma caught you so you tried to talk to her, but when she didn't give you what you wanted out of anger and spite you tried to shatter her!!!"

"ENOUGH!!!" Onyx yells out angrily silencing the room she looks at Emma with hatred in her eyes pointing at the girl "Your mother was a childish, naive, immature imbecile it was her stupid choices that got her shattered!"

"You watch your tongue!" Queen Diamond angrily interrupts her holding up a finger warning her not to continue

Onyx just lightly chuckles Wickedly turning to her mother "And like always your defending her."

"She was your sister." Queen Diamond frowns

"She was a traitor!!!!!" Onyx screams "I was supposed to be queen!!! Me!!! Not her!!! I am the eldest!! I had more experience than she did!!! And I'm more of a leader than she ever was!!

"You tried to kill her!!" Emma steps up the stairs "The only reason she left was to get away from you!!"

Onyx looked in surprise she didn't want her mother to know that

"You were going to shatter your own sister?" Queen Diamond looked at her hurt and quite frustrated

Onyx just frowned turning away

"It would of been quick."

Some people gasps muttering to each other in disgust. Queen Diamond stands up looking at Emma and then at Onyx with a narrowed look on her face "I had heard quite enough, Onyx.. I always hoped that one day you would show the necessary qualification to be the queen you were born to be... Until now." Onyx squints her eyes at her as her mother stands tall and proud gesturing to Emma and the audience "You terrorize your own people, treat them like slaves but worse of all you tried to murder your own flesh and blood and kidnap her child out of spite. Well I am here and I will not let you do this anymore! And as long as I and Emerald here... you will never be queen again!"

Onyx gasps at Queen Diamond turning around hurt walking away a few feet before growling to herself clutching her fists cracking it "That... can be arranged!" Her bun glows falling apart down her back she quickly turns pointing her hand towards her mother as the controlled hair wrapped around her tightly making wince in pain.

All the people screamed in fear as some try to get away but some of the zombified guards block their way. Jade and Obsidian back away slowly scared, Emma summons her staff pointing it at Onyx ready to fire with glowing pink eyes snarling her demon fangs "Put her down Now or ELSE!!" Onyx just evilly chuckles walking over to Emma casually unbothered. "Heheh or else what? what are you going to do? Blast me? No.. you're too sweet for that... aren't you little one?"

Emma's hands start to shake a bit

She didn't want to hurt her Aunt but if she had to she would

"Look at you trying to be tough and noble but your just as naive and stupid like your mother, but it doesn't have to be that way." Onyx narrows her eyes at her niece who tried to put on a brave face. Onyx lifts herself up a few feet walking over to her with her hands on her chest. "Emerald sweetheart you are royalty, you were born to rule over other. I can teach you and together we can rule over this pathetic little kingdom and mark ourselves in history!!" Onyx raises her hands up with a insane evil smirk she looks down at Emma smiling warmly at her offering her her hand "Join me gemstone, Do something that would make your mother proud."

Emma's eyes get wide looking up at her aunt trying wrap her brain around what was happening she take a deep breath in. Her mother would want her to be strong so she was going to strong. "No! I'm not gonna do that and I'm not going to let you enslave the people of Crystalinna!!" She grips the staff tightly taking a stance of strength not noticing some of the people looking at her in amazement that a girl would stay up to an insane queen.

Onyx just stands there looking at her nice flabbergasted before letting out a wicked laugh making everyone's spin shiver "HeheheAhahaha! You think I wanted to rule these peasants? I don't want to rule just this pathetic little Kingdom! I want some much more than that and once I get it I'm gonna go straight for Earth!"

Emma's panicked inside if she was going to take over earth her friends and family were in danger!

"No! You're not!" Emma hisses at her

Onyx smirks at her rolling her eyes "Oh please! What exactly do you think you're going to do? I have power and you have Nothing!!" She smiles evilly growling

Emma felt a hand on her shoulder looking to see Jade standing tall glaring at the queen with Obsidian, Jasper, Zirconia, and surprisingly Carnelia her side "She has us!!" Emma looks at Jade who gives her an assuring smile.

That was short live by Onyx laughing wiping a tear from her eye "Oh isn't that just precious hahaha!" She then quickly narrows her glowing black eyes creating a black electronic sphere growling angrily at all of them "Not step aside! This little brat has intervened with my plans one too many times already! She needs to be dealt with!!" She throws the sphere as hard as she can towards Emma who flinches closing her eyes tight.

But she doesn't feel anything she looks up to see Jade in front of her grunting her hands above her head with a giant glowing green diamond shaped shield blocking the blast, she looks to Emma with glowing green eyes gesturing to the door as people run away screaming "Emma run! Go!!"

Emma shakes her head out of  shock as she turns around running away with other people, Jade yells out pushing the shield forward knocking Onyx into the wall running with the others.

Onyx shakes her head regain her focus seeing Emma running out the door with the others "Grrrr! Little Brat!!" she growls angrily standing not realizing she dropped her mother dashing towards Emma using her hair like legs, Queen Diamond takes a deep breath watching her daughter mercilessly chases Emma down the hall "Oh uh Emerald!!"

Emma runs down the hallway looking around  for away out she scrambles scared she looks behind her seeing her aunt angrily rushing down the hallway yelling to her as her hair legs knock into the walls smashing into pictures and going through the walls making Emma Yelp in fear running faster. "Emerald get back here!!" Emma breathes heavily before knocking into something hard making her fall on her butt she groans holding her head in pain. She looks up to see the blond teen rubbing his head too he looks at her with wide eyes almost staring at her making Emma dart her eyes uncontrollable.

He looks pass her and screams pointing behind her "Look Out!!" Emma turns seeing one of Onyx's hairs coming towards them Emma holds her hand out with glowing pink eyes "Split Laser!!" Her hand shoots a pink laser cutting the hair strain in half as it falls to the ground. Emma gestures the teen to go scrambling to her own feet "Run! Get outside run!!"

The boy scrambles to his feet running away, Emma stops at a halt in front of a large glass window looking down at the people running away some gathered around the castle looking up with worried looks on their faces.

Emma turns around to see Onyx a few feet from her cold and angry, Emma could feel her heart beating out of her chest thinking the dream she had before Onyx took her away from her family. This is exactly how it was. Her backed up in a corner with no way out. Onyx summons another sphere letting Emma see it getting bigger and bigger about to Chuck it at her to finish her off.

But then Emma felt a warm feeling in her chest she looks down to see her chest is a glowing purple circle in the middle.

It was her mom with her to protect her

Onyx blast a black beam at her and Emma looks up with glowing purple eyes quickly blasting a purple beam back as the two try to overpower each other. Onyx wide her eyes seeing Emma glowing purple with a tear rolling down her face being pushed back with her back against the wall "Stop fighting it Emerald you won't win."

"S-She might not be able to."

Onyx's face goes pale with shock as Emma stands up tall still glowing purple with glowing purple narrowing eyes as Amethysts voice comes out of her daughter's mouth "But I WILL!!" She crosses her arms on her chest forming a purple magic spiked bubble around her crashing her body through the glass window falling to the ground

The people gasps some pointing to Emm fall towards the ground "Oh my stars is that the princess!"

"She's falling!!"

"Someone catch her!!"

The magical ball bounces onto the ground rolling before disappearing letting Emma tumble to the ground "Emma baby you okay?" Zirconia and the others knee to her scanning her for injuries seeing she only had a few bruises on her. Emma groans looking down at her chest not seeing the purple glow.

"We have to go come on!" Obsidian gets Emma up as the others run forward "Where do we go the queen could find us! Aww man we're so screwed! What do we do?! What do we do?!!" Jasper dances in place waving her hands in front of her panicking.

Zirconia gestures his head to the forest looking at them all "I know a place but we gotta hurry come on!" He takes Emma's hand leading them all towards the woods Emma sees a lot of people getting tackled and through to the ground by the zombified guards or dragged away, she thinks for a second letting go of Zirconias hand running towards the crowd "Emma? Emma sugar no! Come back!!"

Emma glows jump in the air doing a twirl landing on a zombie like guard in her gem form making him grunt falling to the ground she walks forward twirling her staff above her head "Zombified with their minds locked give them an awakening shock!!" She chants the spell before slamming the bottom of her staff down onto the ground sending a bright pink electric current through the ground shocking all of the guards making them yell and scream in pain before falling to the ground.

"Everyone into the woods!" She points to the thick tall trees. She sees the gemorian people running away into the woods.

Emma looks up at her aunt standing in the broken wall clutching her fist in anger. Emma walks up twirling her hands posing in a stance she opens her glowing pink eyes ejecting her long pink wings levitating off the ground spinning like a top glowing bright pink "Spiral! Crystal Heart Reflection!!" She stops with her hands above her head projecting a giant pink and red heart towering over her and growing bigger and bigger until it covers the forest like a pink secured dome.

Emma breathes heavily with sweat pouring down her face before she feels weak as she begins to fall towards the ground, luckily Jasper catches her in time.

"Come on guys we gotta move." Jasper looks at them in a scared manner as everyone rushes, Emma looks at her aunt one last time before falling unconscious being lead away deep into the forest.
